The hotel has such an interesting history. The room was comfortable and the location peaceful but still close to restaurants etc.

Wonderful property. Be aware that their on-site restaurant is reputed to be excellent however, it’s closed on Monday & Tuesday. Hence, we were not able to try it.

We had a wonderful dinner in the Hotel. 10 out of 10. Great Waiter and fantastic food. My compliments to the Chef!! View is an added bonus in the Saffire Room. Our room was very comfortable as was the bed.
