Food appeared uncooked. Eggs didn’t look like eggs, potatoes were white, sausage were very pale. Most hotels have favoured cream now for the coffee. One elevator in the hotel and it’s slow. No restaurants in walking distance. Room was great though.

Les lits dans la chambre sont très confortables par contre, le divan lit ne l’est vraiment pas. Le matelas est plein de springs que l’on subit dans tout notre corps. La piscine est très froide. La salle d’entraînement est super.

Great place to stay which is about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto. Good room facilities and clean, option to have the room turned over every day by housekeeping. Outdoor areas stunk of weed, even though it is a smoke and weed free property. Maybe build smokers a pen away from the main outdoor facilities? This was a minor issue for me but my wife can't stand the smell. Available laundry facilities were great and plenty of food options in the local area, within walking distance if you fancy a drink. Breakfast was very poor but may be okay by North American standards, however, it's not up to standard compared to what is on offer in Northern European Hotels of the same standard. Luckily it was easy to get breakfast locally at other establishments. All in all, I would definitely stay there again, the issues were only minor and are cancelled put by the fantastic service given by the staff.

The room we were given had a cockroach infesation and many other bugs, I did not notice this until 11 pm when the lights we out and the bugs were running all over the kitchen counter, I killed 3 of them but also found them on the headboard. Night clerk was apologetic and change room but knowing there are cockroaches in one room does give you comfort about any other room.

The hotel from the outside/inside seemed very nice. The room was nice aside of the shower itself being dirty (walls/doors/floor), there was a lot of silverfish in the shower and around toilet, there was what felt like a hole in the floor right in front of the kitchen sink that was covered over by flooring (we were constantly tripping in that spot with the dip in the flooring), we had asked for face clothes but we’re told there was none available and were given bath towels and one day a random facecloth which seemed odd they wouldn’t have this), pool was closed and we were able to use the one in the hotel next to ours but it was grimy, We had asked to have our bathroom cleaned 3 separate times and the one time it was completed there was still hair visible (like it was just wiped with a towel and not actually cleaned), and only given one toilet paper roll at a time for 5 people (the day we arrived we got early check in and they had to check to ensure room was ready - it was but the toilet paper roll had 3 squares left on it so had to request a roll right off the bay). Staff was nice, breakfast was decent (just wish they wouldn’t mix up cereal containers they were filling as some had nuts but then had a different cereal in the labelled container - our son has a severe nut allergy so we had to stay away from any cereals for that reason), but the outside of the building and interior (halls/eating area/front entry) were very clean!

Very dirty floor and bathroom. There were even crawlers in the bathroom. The bathtub was missing a part and you could see the mold. I regret nor taking pictures. I will never stay there anymore. I stayed there before and I decided to give it a chance but that is it.

Mattress Quality & Health Concerns: I was traveling with my wife and our 8-month-old baby. The mattress in our room was extremely soft and sagging, which caused significant discomfort and back pain. After the first night, I raised this issue with the front desk on September 6th. Unfortunately, I was informed that all rooms had the same type of mattress and no alternative could be provided. This made the stay very uncomfortable and unsuitable for a family with a baby. 2. Cleanliness at Breakfast Area: The breakfast area did not meet the cleanliness standards expected from a 3-star hotel. There were mosquitoes flying over the food, and the overall hygiene was poor. While this was concerning, the mattress situation was the main issue that made our stay unpleasant. Attempts to Resolve During Stay: I attempted to contact Expedia customer support on September 6th (Saturday night). However, due to connection issues and my baby crying, I was unable to reach an agent and could not call again during the stay. Request: I booked this property trusting Expedia’s standards and ratings. Unfortunately, the stay did not match expectations of comfort, health, or cleanliness for a 3-star hotel. Given these circumstances, I kindly request compensation in the form of a refund (or return of equivalent TD Rewards points). I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Enjoyed the stay, our room had 2 queen beds and one sofa bed and full kitchen made it very easy for four of us to stay for 5 nights. Very convenient place and 15 minutes drive to the airport on non rush hour.

Not suitable for family stay with small kids. We chose this place because of kitchen with the room as we have a new born with us. The room temperature however was not suitable for human occupants, let alone a small new born. The thermostat was fixed at 24C so you cant go beyond that and the temperature was no where near 24 in the room. Even adults like me and my husband felt so cold and the baby’s eyes started watering. I talked to front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything, they dont have external portable heaters and they cant do anything about the thermostat either. So we were basically left to deal with it. I cannot describe how we spent the night. There were tons of other issues like a lamp that kept flickering and going out as if the place is haunted. At check out they said they could’ve compensated us if this was a direct booking but because its third party they cant do anything. Horrible place.

The building is nice and has the typical amenities of any hotel. Everything looks ok at the start, but then you notice stains in the hallway carpets. The rooms are nice enough looking and comfortable. The cookware and dishes in the kitchenette are old and need replaced. Our room had a strong curry odour that lingered during the entire length of our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, from the amenities to the overall experience. However, I believe the staff could improve their approach to guest interactions, as I found them to be slightly impolite at times. Aside from that, everything was fantastic.

Overall a good experience. The front desk team was very helpful and prompt. The hotel is well maintained and clean, however, the housekeeping team needs some training and improvement. In our 5 nights stay, the beds were never made, the room was not vaccumed, bathrooms were not cleaned! Supplies replinishment (towels specifically) was a hit and miss.

The property looks fairly new, and the room is quite roomy. The areas in general were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was just okay. The other thing should note is the property is within the flight path of planes to and from Pearson International Airport, and can be quite noisy when the planes fly directly above the property.

The room was okay and clean, the area is quiet so we were able to sleep. But the breakfast was the issue, the hotel was under staffed, and didnt have enough food to feed everyone. You had to wait for 30 mins to get eggs.. people were standing inline for at least 10 mins to get waffles and other items. They were out of items as well. I would give the hotel okay rating for the room, and very bad rating for their breakfast!

L'eau de la piscine était trouble, donc impossible d'y plonger la tête. Il manquait toutes les serviettes dans la salle de bain los de notre arrivée. Le déjeuner était vraiment décevant et médiocre ; oeufs sans goût et liquide, patates molles et froides, saucisses à hot-dogs coupées en deux plutôt que celles normales à déjeuner, pas de fromage à la crème pour mettre sur les bagels, bananes plus noires que jaunes ...etc.
