Parfait !! Un appart hôtel moderne et récent. Bien situé, avec pas mal de choses à faire autour, petits restos, shopping, etc... Personnel hyper accueillant, bienveillant et agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Attention quand il est indiqué 2 lits doubles il s'agit du lit 2 places dans la chambre et du clic clac du salon à déplier. Mais absolument pas gênant pour nous. La piscine est un peu petite et fraîche mais suffisante car très peu fréquentée. Restauration top. Je recommande ++++

The gentlemen who checked us in was very kind and pleasant. The lobby was very appealing and pretty. The rooftop restaurant was nice except that there was a language barrier with me and the waiter. Room was decent except that our television was not working and the technician did not come to fix it. Decent property, just needed some improvements.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Not every cleaning staff could speak English but they tried hard to help us and give what we wanted. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with two children. Would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very safe and easy to come around with InDrive cab app. (English spoken drivers). Highly recommend to download this app. Minus: the buffe, poor choose of food, the cheese was hard and outdated. They didn’t have any spoons or bowls for cereals. We had to ask them several time to get the spoon and bowls. Some of the food didn’t look fresh or appealing. The juice tasted odd. We just had breakfast buffe one day. Positve: the omelette section and friendly staff who made your omelette like the way you wanted. Minus: the laundry- there was no washing machine in the rooms but at the reception. You could wash clothes with an additional fee. We thought that it would be in our rooms as described in website.

It was a very bad experience in thid property because there is no soundprofing in the bulding. You hear the traffic and car horn from the room like if you were on the street. The carpet in rooms are not even vaccum not to mention shampoo. Same for carpet on hall ground.

Mauvaise représentation, chambre affichée comme étant équipée de 2 lits doubles alors qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul lit, le 2e étant seulement un canapé-lit, pas vraiment adapté à coucher 2 personnes. De nombreuses fourmis dans la chambre, incluant dans le lit. L’hôtel est dans un coin sympa de Casablanca, et les installations globalement de bonne qualité.

Location was excellent close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a good size with ample space for a family of four. The unit definitely needed some TLC with a fresh coat of paint as there were many marks on the walls but the it was clean otherwise.

The staff was very helpful to accommodate us when we had to leave our bags for 2 extra hours. They let us keep the room until we came back from a tour. The room was good and clean. The area is not super convenient if you don't have a car as it's a bit far from the interesting spots. If you are willing to walk, it's not a big deal.

Parfait !! Un appart hôtel moderne et récent. Bien situé, avec pas mal de choses à faire autour, petits restos, shopping, etc... Personnel hyper accueillant, bienveillant et agréable. À l’arrivée personnel très accueillant souriant, bagagiste présent à la disposition, réceptionniste souriant et serviable à son niveau auquel j’ai demander de me réveiller à 7h pour que je soit présent à l’endroit de ma formation ( objectif de mon voyage ). Réclamation: aucun coup de file pour. Me réveiller à 7 h. Aucun passage pour nettoyer la chambre sachant que la demande écrite de nettoyage restée sans réaction toute la journée… Après réclamation à la réception ( khadija réceptionniste) en remarque que le sens de l’écoute très peut développer. Justificatif sur la réclamation de l’absence du réveil clairement mensonger … Chasse des toilette brouillant avec écoulement de l’eau tt la nuit( panne de chasse d’eau). Au départ absence ou disparition du bagagiste. En quite la réception de l’hôtel sans contacte des yeux du personnel avec froideurs dégotante. Là vérité mon expérience a l’hôtel adagio n’était vraiment à ce que j’attendais puis je ne peut pas le recommander à mon entourage de médecin malheureusement ( une vrai déception).

Location was excellent close to many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a good size with ample space for a family of four. The unit definitely needed some TLC with a fresh coat of paint as there were many marks on the walls but the it was clean otherwise.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. The apartment had utilities for 4 guest in the kitchen and the kitchen was clean. They had enough towels and gave refill whenever we needed extra. The only minus thing was that they didn’t have coffee cups, and we got small glasses instead because lack of understanding English. Not every cleaning staff could speak English but they tried hard to help us and give what we wanted. The rooms were spacious enough for a family with two children. Would like to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very safe and easy to come around with InDrive cab app. (English spoken drivers). Highly recommend to download this app. Minus: the buffe, poor choose of food, the cheese was hard and outdated. They didn’t have any spoons or bowls for cereals. We had to ask them several time to get the spoon and bowls. Some of the food didn’t look fresh or appealing. The juice tasted odd. We just had breakfast buffe one day. Positve: the omelette section and friendly staff who made your omelette like the way you wanted. Minus: the laundry- there was no washing machine in the rooms but at the reception. Echt een super net en schoon hotel, ontbijt prima. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt en voorzien van handdoeken en badkamerspullen. Dakterras en zwembad een aanrader. Prima service en aardig en uiterste vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij het mohammed 5 stadion. Carrefour op 5 min loopafstand. Let op ze spreken er voornamelijk Frans en weinig Engels!

The gentlemen who checked us in was very kind and pleasant. The lobby was very appealing and pretty. The rooftop restaurant was nice except that there was a language barrier with me and the waiter. He got a few of my food and drink items incorrect. The floor was quite dirty in the hallways. It needed a good vacuum clean. Room was decent except that our television was not working and the technician did not come to fix it. Decent property, just needed some improvements.
