Nice property- easy checkin with WhatsApp and e-mail instructions. Virtual assistant through WhatsApp is also helpful. Location is not super central but still very walkable to all the major touristy sites. It’s safe and quiet at night. Also love the roof top Terrance. The 2B 2B unit is perfect for our family of 5. Everyone has their own space and we enjoyed all the amenities they provided.

Lovely apartment and everything you need. The AC is heaven sent. Really easy access to the building and flat - no need to remember a key. They have a great app and WhatsApp chat for your needs. Essentials cupboard you can top up any amenities. Luggage storage lockers if needed. Really good location - walkable to everything and close to all the shops and resautrants. 100% recommend!

Hele goede accommodatie, modern en goed uitgerust. Er is overal aan gedacht zoals bijvoorbeeld de gratis mini bar, wasmiddel, spons, tabletten voor de wasmachine en vaatwasser. Op loopafstand van het centrum en iets verderop de bezienswaardigheden. Voor de slaapbank was er geen bedlinnen, maar na Whatsapp contact werd hier snel op gereageerd en meteen opgelost. Super!

This was the nicest place that we stayed in Europe. Great apartment surrounding a small courtyard on 3 sides. 2 bathrooms was nice to have. The place was clean, nicely appointed with most of what you would need in the kitchen. The rooftop patio was a really nice touch. There were a couple tables, so we actually ate a few meals up there. Furniture for taking in the sun would have been a nice addition, but would have taken away from the elegance. Given that the property is on a really busy street, mostly foot traffic, it's really quiet inside. Great security. We definitely want to return to this property. Communication was excellent and we got a message as soon as the room was available for early check-in. Keyless entry to property and apartment. Can't say enough positive things.

Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.

Très beau logement et très bien équipé avec four, micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge, climatisation réversible. Belle salle d'eau, bonne literie, canapé. Tous commerces à proximité, taxis très présents et abordables. Le seul reproche est sur la télévision sur antenne, avec peu de chaînes et toutes en langue Espagnole, nous sommes quand même à l'époque des sattelites et de la fibre. En tout cas la notre n'était pas équipée de ces équipements.

The apartment is ideally located within a three-minute walk of the town centre and is conveniently close to local amenities and major sightseeing attractions. While I was able to extend my stay through the Hotels.com app and communicate with Numa via WhatsApp, access to a direct telephone number for verbal assistance would have been preferable, particularly for longer or business-related stays. Such a wonderful place for my friend and I to stay on our 3 night break in Seville. We were really impressed with everything about it. The apartment itself was beautifully clean, had loads of space, was very well equipped and just bowled us over really. It's in a wonderful area with easy access to everything that wonderful Seville has to offer.We went everywhere by foot because that's is what we like to do and found the location of Solea just perfect for this, even the bus stop for the airport bus was only five minutes walk away and the supermarket was even closer. Loads of great places to eat and drink literally on the doorstep too. Delightful, would highly recommend to all.

Wowww where do I begin. May 27th 2025. We started out trip at the property in Seville. when you enter it looks soo cute like the picture on Expedia. However, As we enter the room, it smells like an animal has died and no attempt was made to clean it. So bad that we have to keep a scarf (hankercheif) with us with perfume on it at all times, to not die of this awful smell. The room is dirty, you can’t open the windows because the smell is war stronger on the veranda. They offer us a room change. It’s a much smaller room. We say it’s okay just send someone to clean it. They say ‘sure right away’ . No one comes we call again, after 5 calls they say we can do it today. We go outside and get air fresheners for the room and spray it every hour. Awful smell, continues. Next day they are supposed to clean it. We go for a road trip, come back our friend visits us for some time. She also notices the smell. The room has not been cleaned. Ants appear magically dead. Around the room.

If I had known all windows faced into an interior lobby, and there was no natural light, I would not have stayed. If natural light is not important to you, this might be a 4-5/5 property. It was clean, spacious, and updated, with all of the essentials. Management was prompt and courteous via email, but there was significant resistance to allowing me to leave earlier if a brighter accommodation was not available. I would recommend they disclose the lack of windows to the outside on their property description. I am appreciative of the solution eventually offered, though it should have not have taken 4 days into a 7 day booking.

L appartement est magnifique. Mais les fenetres sont mal isolees. Situé à côté d un bar, il est impossible de dormir avant 2h du matin le vendredi et le samedi. Les jours suivants des travaux ont commencé à 8h tous les matins pour refaire la route. L hotel n est pas responsable de la voirie mais aurait pu au moins nous prevenir ou bloquer la chambre. Nous sommes venus nous reposer, c est une catastrophe.

On a month long trip this was best aparthotel stay in Spain by a wide margin. Clean and comfortable. Living Room has nice work desk, functional, well stocked kitchen. Very quiet bedroom, large bathroom. Excellent communication. Walkable to all major attractions incl. Seville Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. El Corte Ingles less than 5 min walk. Justa Train Station ~30min walk. Highly Recommended

El apartamento esta genial, ubicacion perfecta. El único inconveniente es que si da a la calle como el nuestro, se oye todo y no se descansa bien. Mucha gente hablando , trafico, limpieza... Sin embargo la zona genial para moverse a pie y el apartamento ideal.

If I had known all windows faced into an interior lobby, and there was no natural light, I would not have stayed. If natural light is not important to you, this might be a 4-5/5 property. It was clean, spacious, and updated, with all of the essentials. The staff was more than helpful in allowing us early check-in during the national power outage. Our ground level apartment was well appointed and clean. Roof terrace was a bonus. Only suggestion would be to improve exterior ventilation in kitchen/living area.

Lovely apartment and everything you need. The AC is heaven sent. Really easy access to the building and flat - no need to remember a key. They have a great app and WhatsApp chat for your needs. Essentials cupboard you can top up any amenities. Luggage storage lockers if needed. Really good location - walkable to everything and close to all the shops and resautrants. 100% recommend!

Very disappointed horrible don’t stay here this looks good in photos but we didn’t have any electricity the whole night , there was a beeping alarm in the lobby which took 3 he to fix from the time we were informed , we were up until 1:30 at night the reception on phone told me maybe I can check the fuse box and try to fix myself . The digitalized checking and everything do your own no help . In the day time electricity kept going coming back every 15 min. If I had negative 5 stars I will give that

On a month long trip this was best aparthotel stay in Spain by a wide margin. Clean and comfortable. Living Room has nice work desk, functional, well stocked kitchen. Very quiet bedroom, large bathroom. Excellent communication. Walkable to all major attractions incl. Seville Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. El Corte Ingles less than 5 min walk. Justa Train Station ~30min walk. Highly Recommended

Nice property- easy checkin with WhatsApp and e-mail instructions. Virtual assistant through WhatsApp is also helpful. Location is not super central but still very walkable to all the major touristy sites. It’s safe and quiet at night. Also love the roof top Terrance. The 2B 2B unit is perfect for our family of 5. Everyone has their own space and we enjoyed all the amenities they provided.

Such a wonderful place for my friend and I to stay on our 3 night break in Seville. We were really impressed with everything about it. The apartment itself was beautifully clean, had loads of space, was very well equipped and just bowled us over really. It's in a wonderful area with easy access to everything that wonderful Seville has to offer.We went everywhere by foot because that's is what we like to do and found the location of Solea just perfect for this, even the bus stop for the airport bus was only five minutes walk away and the supermarket was even closer. Loads of great places to eat and drink literally on the doorstep too. Delightful, would highly recommend to all.

Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. Large and comfortable with plenty of seating area and room to spread out. Great location with easy walking to sites, shopping and dining. Easy access to apartment through door keypad. Highly recommend for couples, families, friend groups.

Le petit déjeuner manque de variété (choix entre 6 formules prédéfinies, pas possible de le composer soi-même ). Il est pris dans un café en bas de l’immeuble. Le personnel du café est aimable et fait de son mieux pour répondre aux demandes. C’est une bonne option si on reste une nuit ou deux mais si on reste plus, on se lasse vite. Pour le logement, l’immeuble est très joli, très bien entretenu, très lumineux. Vraiment agréable. L’emplacement est central, proche de tout à pieds. Il manquait juste un jeu de serviette par rapport au nombre de personnes de la réservation.
