Furniture from 1980s. Very small shower. No parking. Coffee quality is like during communist times. Smashed mosquito remains with blood stains on the wall. The last time the breakfast area was painted must have been 10-15 years ago.

Easy for a business traveller. Simple but good. Parking a bit of a problem. Better have a clear idea of where you are going to park before you get there. There is parkign but you have to know where to find it and how to pay it.

Colazione varia per tutte le esigenze anche gluten free. Personale gentile, struttura centralissima ma con pochi parcheggi. C'è un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento vicino molto comodo. La stanza rispecchia quanto richiesto, era una suite a buon prezzo. L'hotel andrebbe rinnovato ma rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto la posizione centralissima ne fa una perla, da scegliere.

Well below my expectation, the hotel room was austere & very spartan. Not spacious, and felt cramped. Very dated - reminiscent of the Yugoslavian bygone eras. No small ref - that’s OK, but no ice bucket nor ice dispensers. We had to very inconveniently ask for ice from restaurant. The front desk clerk staff was so-so, especially morning desk staff. Not friendly, not receptive, but not too unpleasant. Again, like a Yugoslavian bygone era, the demeanor was rather cold & unwelcoming. Spartan engagement from the morning desk staff. (Some hospitality training would do). The restaurant-breakfast staff was night & day to the desk staff… the restaurant staff was accomodating, friendly & courteous. The housekeeping staff was above expectation, and as a guest, I felt they had pride in their work. Friendly & efficient too. Parking amenities are quite austere. You ae essentially on your own. And if you’re new in town, to reduce stress… just park in parking garage or parking lot away from the hotel (Use Google Map for hints). In relation to parking, since there is not entry way into the hotel… no opening reception to unload & load. Car, van or bus have to double park with hazard-lights on, which gave the guest an unsafe & rather dangerous setting, as other cars wheeze by. There were some loud jackhammer noices reverberating through the area at 4:30 AM. But in fairness, it’s all over the downtown Rijeka area - as there was massive street construction & renovation going on.

The rooms are clean However I didn't like to stay in a room which was given to a smoker before me Although I needed a kettle for my medical requirements the hotel couldn't provide me a kettle Such hotels such also provide a single use slippers

Very basic. It is clean. But do not expect much.

Staff was unfriendly, they never made up our room and we stayed 3 nights There were hundreds of mosquitos. The smell was terrible.

Hotel carino dall’esterno, ma con camere molto datate e moquette sui pavimenti. Niente frigobar. Qualità della colazione nella media. Prezzo molto elevato in relazione ai servizi offerti.

Great location, good breakfast, price reasonable. The room was quite small but we just slept there

The hotel is just off of the Main Street so it is quiet, however the hotel itself was a little disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable and we had one flat pillow. The curtains would not shut all the way due to the net curtain being attached to the actual curtains. The WiFi would only reach certain areas of the room making it very inconsistent. The breakfast was ok, the hot food was better than the continental. The staff were friendly and helpful but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is nice from a distance, when you go inside it was disopointing, small old rooms, no smart tv and very hot in the rooms. very averege breakfast.

Habitación extra chica sin secador de pelo y sin mesa de luz, las almohadas fueron un sufrimiento. Desayuno muy bueno , rico y variado, el restaurante muy bien. Personal muy atento. El hotel estaba bastante bien ubicado

The staff are friendly. Everything is within walking distance. I recommend this place.

La señorita de recepción de nombre Iva. De aproximadamente 33 años muy grosera . No le pareció que trajéramos reserva por esta aplicación y no le agradamos por el hecho de ser mexicanos

das Haus liegt hervorragend gut in Nähe aller Highlights. Ein Flair von der alten Zeit strahlt aus gepaart mit moderner und hervorragender Infrastruktur Speiseort war sehr schön und bot Vielfalt in jeder Hinsicht. Touristische Beratung am Desk war sehr gut.
