High quality Boutique Hotel on a quiet street, centrally located to everything; restaurants and bars, grocery store, shopping, bus and trolley lines. All steps away from your door. Amazing bed, linens and accommodations. Bright sunny room with excellent lighting, fantastic shower, large refrigerator, Espresso and Tea machines, and towel warmer. Spotless hotel that is fully modernized and impeccably maintained. The staff is fantastic and helpful beyond reproach; directions, transportation, recommendations and umbrellas quickly whipped out when they see you standing at the door staring at the rain in dismay, lol. Carlos was our go to guy and he NEVER disappointed. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this gem!

Everything was great except there were some problems with the A/C unit that required the staff to reset the system a couple times to get it working again. They were very accommodating.

Hotel is simple and lovely. Comfortable beds. There is no main lounge area in the hotel which was fine, but our room had a table and chairs so that was perfect. The bathroom amenities are basic (no conditioner). But overall, great location on a quiet street that is very close to lots of food, shopping and sights. Would stay again!

The hotel and guest staff was very nice. It was in a convenient location and met our needs. The room was larger than some European hotels and we appreciated the coffee and water provided. There was no breakfast provided, but it was an easy 1 minute walk to a bakery and coffee house.

Check in was easy even after hours. You can't beat this location - central, walkable, but on a quiet side street. There's a pay parking lot very close by (with overnight avail). My only issue was the elevators which don't go all the way to your floor. You still have to walk up one flight of stairs to your room as the elevator stops between floors. We had someone with mobility issues and it would've been good to know this in advance. If you don't have a lot of luggage and are in good shape, it's not a big deal. One note, the room with the kitchenette is nice, but the bathroom is a bit tighter than the other room we booked w/out kitchenette. Staff was super helpful and communicative over whatsapp.

Room was smaller than expected and a different room than i thought we were getting, but still nice. The elevator stops between floors so there are stairs to climb no matter what room you are in. The staff were very nice but only there some of the time. There are housekeeping services every day. I would stay there again.

Overall the property was good. The air conditioning doesn’t work well and besides the hours or the front desk says were until 10pm, no one was there since 8pm, no one was answering the phone or mails so we never were able to have the air unit working properly.

Great boutique hotel. Beware that heat / air conditioning is global for the building, meaning that if you like a cool room during times when the building is in heat mode, you won’t have air conditioning cooling available. Awesome staff.

Beautiful boutique hotel right at the best location in Lisbon next to Camoes Square at the heart of Chiado. Facilities were beautiful, staff were very communicative and helpful, bed was comfortable and of course the location is Amazing! One small and only negative was that the elevator doesn't stop at all floors, we had to get off one floor above and walk one floor by stairs.

Location could not be beat. Staff were amazing. Next door family restaurant was great. The property needs to invest in better towels and linens. It is a boutique hotel, not a hostel. The towels were all frayed and thin. Carpet in room was very dirty and gross.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions about the hotel and the room but also about Lisbon and the surrounding area. The hotel is well located in close proximity to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Boutique Chiado and will stay there on our next trip to Lisbon.

This is directly in the heart of the city and it is within walking distance to everything in the Chiado area. Would def recommend as it was spacious, clean and centrally located. They do have a weird smell upon entry to lobby but that was only a problem upon entering building. Otherwise would 100% recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay! Room was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Loved the living room/kitchenette, that had coffee maker and tea kettle and was replenished when needed. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, via text or even call. Our room was a good size and had 2 balconies that opened up. One night (Halloween) the crowd below was loud but I closed the wood panel and it helped considerably. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the middle of the Chiado area and is ultra-convenient to many interesting churches, museums, shops, restaurants, historical sites, etc. It is a well restored and updated building, with small but modern and well-appointed suites. The staff we encountered expressed interest in ensuring our comfort and convenience. What more could you ask for?

The good is location! Close to everything. However the room is very small and furnished like a dorm. The bed not comfortable, pillows and comforter low quality synthetic. I would not stay here again. This hotel needs some investment to make it nicer.

Great place to stay in Lisbon! Clean, updated rooms/hallways/lobby for a decent price. In a perfect walkable location to plenty of restaurants. Only giving 4 stars because you can hear everything in the hallway (though all guests were respectful noise levels) so needs a bit more soundproofing. Elevator also lets out in the middle of the staircase so you have to lug your suitcase down have a set of stairs.

Great Location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Ingrid at the front desk was amazing and even came in early before 8 am. Room service forgot to leave me coffee pods (the one thing that is important for me since I had to get up early and needed a coffee.) The second concierge was hard to get a hold of and even when I left a note on the front desk for him could not get my coffee pods from room service. So had to leave my workshop early to get back at 4:30 pm to catch him to ask for the coffee which room service had forgotten again. MAIN CONCERN: have the concierge be there for longer than 5 pm ! There is no one there to help if you need anything or if room service forgot the supply!

We had a late arrival and did not see in the fine print in the booking confirmation email that we had to contact the hotel ahead of time to coordinate the late arrival. The hotel did not contact us prior to our stay AT ALL and claimed that Hotels.com did not share our information with them, so they were unable to contact us. When we arrived, we called the contact number of the hotel 6 times and no one answered. We ended up having to book another hotel for the night and wasted a lot of money doing so. This is no way to run a hotel. If you don't have 24/7 reception, you need to actively reach out to your guests ahead of time or provide an emergency phone number where guests can reach a human being that can provide them with support. For this reason, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely perfect location, clean room, and really great staff. The only issue, which was a big issue, is that the power went out at 10pm and was never restored, not communicated about. There are no staff onsite after 10pm, and no emergency line or maintenance line that would let us get ahold of the hotel staff. I sleep with a medical device that requires power, so it was frustrating that there was no power at all throughout the night. Also frustrating that there was no communication or way to notify the staff at what happened. Beyond that issue, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent location to explore Lisbon by Metro or any other means of transportation. Rooms were super convenient, especially the bed was very comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful windows was a respite from a regular hotel room. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Just needed extra coffee pods and they had in the room immediately.

I can't say one bad thing about our stay here. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff that made check in easy and helped with recommendations throughout our stay. Our room was clean and beautiful! I recommend a room with a balcony, that was our favorite part. Great price for the location and room in my opinion!

This hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are incredible. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there were many great restaurants nearby. They even provided a very helpful guide for Lisbon prior to our arrival which had some great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great experience! The staff were helpful & friendly. They provided recommendations prior to our visit. We appreciated their hospitality & friendliness. The hotel room was equipped with more than what we needed, in a great location that was walking distance to some of our favorite places. Quiet - which is hard to find in almost any city. Thank you… we would totally stay again& recommend to other travelers! :)

The room was clean and the location was very central to restuarants and attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. We was caught in a storm and our train to porto was unexpected canceled. Thr reception went out of their way to help us find alternative options. Very much apprecated

Staff we interacted with were both excellent. Both were very friendly and helpful. A bit disappointing was that the front desk was seldom covered beyond 5pm on the days we were there. Having someone there till 10pm as advertised would have been helpful at times. We love the location.

In the heart of old Lisbon, a short walk from the top of a funicular and a lovely lookout, right on the edge of the bairro alto, and a four min walk from a metro stop. Was very grateful for the four escalators to get up from the metro to the station entrance at bairro chiado to largo do chiado. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Made great use of it as a home base for exploring Lisbon with the Lisboa card

High quality Boutique Hotel on a quiet street, centrally located to everything; restaurants and bars, grocery store, shopping, bus and trolley lines. All steps away from your door. Amazing bed, linens and accommodations. Bright sunny room with excellent lighting, fantastic shower, large refrigerator, Espresso and Tea machines, and towel warmer. Spotless hotel that is fully modernized and impeccably maintained. The staff is fantastic and helpful beyond reproach; directions, transportation, recommendations and umbrellas quickly whipped out when they see you standing at the door staring at the rain in dismay, lol. Carlos was our go to guy and he NEVER disappointed. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this gem!

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent location to explore Lisbon by Metro or any other means of transportation. Rooms were super convenient, especially the bed was very comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful windows was a respite from a regular hotel room. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Just needed extra coffee pods and they had in the room immediately.

We had an amazing stay! Room was clean and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Loved the living room/kitchenette, that had coffee maker and tea kettle and was replenished when needed. They responded quickly on WhatsApp, via text or even call. Our room was a good size and had 2 balconies that opened up. One night (Halloween) the crowd below was loud but I closed the wood panel and it helped considerably. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel and guest staff was very nice. It was in a convenient location and met our needs. The room was larger than some European hotels and we appreciated the coffee and water provided. There was no breakfast provided, but it was an easy 1 minute walk to a bakery and coffee house.

Mooi appartement met leuke oude details maar tegelijk gemoderniseerd naar de huidige standaard. Fijne zitkamer met smart tv en complete keuken. Ontvangst was super! De kamer was eerder klaar dan verwacht en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Locatie is perfect!

This hotel is so nice, sometimes the photos are deceiving but my room was so clean and charming. It rained my entire stay and I was so happy I booked this room since I spent a little more time inside than I planned. There are mini markets all over and the kitchenette in my room was perfect. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Lisbon.

Boutique Chiado Suites are in a perfect location - located on a quiet side street but a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Trolley 28 Chiado stop. Staff was very friendly and provided great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable - with a little table and chairs plus a kitchen setup with plates and silverware for snacks - mostly wine and cheese for us. Would recommend. If you drive - there’s an underground parking lot that’s a 2 minute walk from the hotel, not inexpensive, but super convenient,

L'albergo si trova in ottima posizione. Zona tranquilla ma in pieno centro. Ci si muove a piedi per attrazioni, ristoranti, shopping e movida notturna. Non c'è hall né ristorante ne reception h24. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono carine e pulite, il letto comodo, ma la puzza nelle scale è fastidiosa. Avrei aggiunto prodotti per il bagno. Veramente scarsi. Troppo caro per quello che offre. Non siamo stati male ma, a parte la posizione, per il resto non lo consiglierei.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good AC, helpful front desk staff. Only warning: the elevator only stops on 1/2 floors, so you'll always need to walk up or down a half flight of stairs to reach the elevator. This was fine for me, but warning for those with limited mobility. I would stay here again.

We booked a suite that was spacious and comfortable. Before our stay, we were provided information about booking our transfers, which made it easy to reach the property. We were also able to access our suite when we arrived at 9am, instead of waiting for the normal 3pm check-in time. A couple of issues we encountered: not all the electrical outlets in the room worked, this was particularly an issue in the bathroom when attempting to use the hair dryer; the shower is small and does not have shelves for products; a water leak occurred on Sunday evening on a floor above ours and contacting property management proved impossible so that the issue was not addressed until the next day (this did not impact our room; however, raises the question of how room problems are addressed when staff is only onsite for limited hours).

The room was clean and towels and lines were prepped daily. The staff was very helpful, especially when one of my tours was a no-show they helped me sort it out and found another tour for me. The staff was wonderful. Also, a great location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Streets were noisy some nights, but you are in the city.
