Me encantó casi todo... La verdad es que es buen lugar para relajarse y descubrir cada rincón y valla que son varios... Lo que no gusto fue que las albercas se veían descuidadas y aún que no hay televisión por lo menos deberían dejar el wifi.

Es un lugar lleno de historia y agradable para estar; la propiedad es enorme y muy bien conservada. Hay algunos detalles que no me gustaron pero se pueden arreglar facilmente. El restaurante tiene horarios muy cerrados pero la zona en general también tiene los mismos horarios; aunque no es problema del hotel, no hay servicio de telefonía celular y el internet wifi en la propiedad es muy inestable. El cafe en las habitaciones es muy malo y en el restaurante también. Puntos positivos: la comida es muy rica y las porciones muy buenas, los precios promedio. El personal es muy discreto, amables y profesionales en todo lo que hacen. Las areas muy bien cuidadas y seguras. No me gustó que no tenga suficientes areas para descansar dentro y fuera de las habitaciones que no sea las jardineras, restaurante o algunos columpios. Hay una zona debajo de los jardines que les falta iluminación y descripción de los ambientes; supe que se usa para filmaciones de películas pero si no lo sabes, puedes pensar que es un ambiente de culto oscuro. Por cierto, esta area es muy interesante. Sin duda volveré como visitante y disfrutar de toda la propiedad, cómo huésped fué una experiencia agradable.

The views and architecture are amazing. But the facilities are poor. There is no AC, no cell reception. Our room was not very clean (we found a dirty facemask on our bed). The bathroom did not flush properly. However the staff was very friendly and they offered a very cool tour of the place.

En general bien, solo que se persibio un olor a cañareía por la mañan en el baño. y que no fue posible pasar al puente en la parte posterior de la hacienda, y es un punto muy bonito para toma de fotos, lamentable el no poder acceder.

Pésima hospitalidad, el mesero nos tiró dos limonadas encima, no pidió disculpas, se portó muy grosero. No hay wifi, ni tv ni teléfono en el cuarto, tampoco llega la señal del celular. El restaurante entre semana cierra 7:30 y no se preocupan por ofrecer comida para antes de que cierre no hay dónde cenar en la noche en el pueblo ya que todo esta cerrado por lo tamto te dejan sin cenar. Las toallas sucias, tuvimos que pedir dos veces tapete de baño y toalla de manos aunque éramos los únicos huéspedes. Sus áreas comunes donde hay wifi son poco confortables. No se preocupan por que los huéspedes estén cómodos y contentos.

El peor servicio que recibido en mucho tiempo. En el restaurante se tardan demasiado, no te limpian la mesa cuando llegas y no tienen los platillos que exhiben en su menú. Los colchones de las habitaciones son muy viejos y no se puede descansar. Para lo que cobran de hospedaje por noche, es ridiculo

En el restaurante el mesero esta en su celular y tienes que ir a buscarlo. La guía muy amable, respondió todas nuestras preguntas

El lugar en general es muy bonito y con mucha historia, para desconectarse un fin de semana, el desayuno no fue gratuito, el camino para llegar es oscuro y empedrado, si tiene estacionamiento, la habitacion es comoda, yo pedi una suite vintage, no habia servicio de botones tuvimos que cargar nuestro equipaje por los patios de la hacienda porque son empedrados no puede rodar tu maleta , en servicio le doy un 8 , el lugar es bello

Al llegar enrecepcion no tenían registro alguno de que había reservado a través de EXPEDÍA, pero se resolvió. El servicio en restaurante es bastante lento, además de no haber servicio de bar en la alberca. La entrada al atractivo de prismas basálticos está a 5min en auto, pero fuera de esto no hay nada más de interés al rededor. El pueblo mágico de la Huasca está a 20min en auto. Las ruinas de la hacienda (iglesia, túneles, mazmorras) bastante atractivas y de interés histórico; las vistas son espectaculares.

No me gusto el restaurante, mal decorado, llegamos y ya no tenia nada de comida solo pollo y fue un fin de semana de puente, no hay paquetes para el desayuno. Tuimos que salir a comer a la otra hacienda. Nos dieron muy caro la caminatata al ser huespedes $200 por persona cua do en la.otra hacienda cobran $150 si no es huesped. El servicio de WiFi malisimo. La hacienda tiene instalaciones muy bonitas, es muy grande y con varias cosas por conocer. La comida del restaurante es muy rica y el recorrido nocturno que hacen (con un costo adicional) es muy divertido.

Hacienda SMR was a truly delightful experience. The grounds are unique and amazing. I spent hours walking to the waterfall and through the historic buildings. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended!

This historic hacienda is absolutely stunning and boasts an unbeatable location right next to the Prismas Basálticos. We stayed in the newly renovated rooms, which are gorgeous and beautifully finished. The entire property is expansive, full of history, and offers endless spots to explore and take incredible photos. The pool area is a visual highlight—highly captivating and well-designed. However, because it’s entirely open-air and we hit some rainy weather, we couldn't fully enjoy it. The only area with room for improvement is the on-site restaurant. The food is average at best, which is a bit of a letdown for a property of this caliber. That said, the service partially makes up for it; the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Despite the dining, the ambiance and stunning grounds make it worth it. We would definitely come back!
