Parking was easy. Room was dirty, the shower floor was cracked & spongy. The door security latch was broken off. The hotel had no washcloths to offer. The room smelled bad. The room had bugs in it. This did not feel safe or comfortable. Also they did not have the room I booked and paid for. The receptionist said that "the site often offers rooms/accommodations that are not actually available at time of booking". So I'd suggest calling prior to booking to be sure they have the room being offered. I'll never stay there again.

Quiet n clean. Easy parking. But the door catch was missing, There was a deadbolt though. That’s the only deterrent. They gotta fix this if they want a good rating.

The pool area was clean and the water quality was great! Food restaurant next door and a sheets within walking distance too. On bus route. Fridge and microwave in suite. Laundry on site. I also had both my dogs with me. It was great

I’ve been going here for years buts it’s been about two years since I’ve been gone so when we got back I decided to go to a hotel I knew until my place gets ready but once I got there the only things that where how I remember it was the pool washers and the sweet lady’s at the front desk…. The rooms are not the same needs better house keeping an to do repairs …not bad but it needs to be loved a lil NO BED BUGS IS ALWAYS BEST N THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY IN MY ROOM .. I’m writing this review to let mgt know I love it there my kids are grown now but I brought them there almost every weekend while they where growing up…because it was nice rooms affordable an a nice pool ….so please continue to be the best cuz now I have to bring my grand kids……Ty for the great customer service and I’ll still come back so update my room..!!😁

It was super dirty to the point I needed to go to the office and change rooms and even though they change me to another room it was still super dirty and it had cat hairs everywhere even in the fridge.the walls we're so dirty the toilet seat was very nasty dirt everywhere it got to the point that I went to the store and bought cleaning supplies even a mop bucket and a broom because the floor was so dirty sticky and nasty and it had cat hairs everywhere.

The only thing that made the stay okay was the pool. At first glance the room was okay. Until I start checking the beds out and there’s food and blood stains all over the sheets that were clearly there from the last person. UNWASHED!! And Little Rock’s all over the sheets under the blankets. It was very clear the sheets weren’t washed after the last person. Cigarette burns all over the tub, dirty tub floor, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were Viagra wrappers IN THE ICE CONTAINER! and as we are getting our stuff together to leave we find a pair of dirty women’s underwear stuffed at the top of the bed inbetween the wall and the bed frame 😖 and a bottle of baby lotion at the top of the bed. You could tell these rooms weren’t cleaned correctly if at all. Waiting on a refund as we speak.

The room smelled. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the mirror was filthy, the floor was dirty and sticky, Lighting was poor. The small fridge/freezer was dirty inside and out, very unsanitary. And I can say the same for a friends room that also stayed at this motel for one night. We are supposed to come back in two weeks and my wife and I will be canceling that reservation. What a nightmare. On Monday I will be calling the health department in that city and filing a formal complaint about the condition of this motel.

Meh. Very dated. No shampoo or moisturizer, etc provided. Provided one face cloth and 2 towels. Very skimpy on the fringe items that cost them nothing. Burn holes on the bed comforter along with some white sticky substance as well (god knows what that was!!), Not dirty but certainly not very clean either. I am 5-8" tall and the shower head was at the height of my shoulders!

Walked into room - overpoweringly hot (27F outside, 84F in room) & smelling of air freshener. Aired by leaving door open for a bit, then noticed extremely noisy heater was set to 64F. Figured I didn’t need it on given the extreme heat, but no way other than unplugging to turn it off (at least no button pushing produced “off” - most buttons no longer had label b/c broken or rubbed off). Bed linens had cigarette holes, beds sagged horrendously. Toilet didn’t stop running without jiggling handle after flush. Then have to flush and wait and jiggle and flush to achieve a flush ‘cause all tank water drained out in between uses. I was hoping for clean and inexpensive, but this was appalling. Furniture, walls & floors were significantly damaged and aged. Curtain was broken & dangling at one end.

The bed set low to the floor. Maybe a double size for both of us. The sheets had stains on them. The floor was vinyl that was very uneven and sunk in at spots. The shower had tape od shower area floor to seal a crack. Very terribly managed. Dirty and stained, no wash cloths and after asking for two, they only found one. No safety lock on outside door. The best part was the shower head. Very nice spray that came out.

First 2 rooms had no a/c went to the 3rd room a/c worked i got a non smoking room all the rooms smelled of cigarettes. Our room had dirty pillows dirty sheet with dog foot prints the hostess had an attitude when i asked for a clean sheet which had a massive urine stain on it took her 5 minutes to even find a non stained sheet. All kinds of noise from the sketchy people thier definitely heavy drug users. Bathroom had pubic hairs all over locks were broken door was kicked in at some point holes all over worst ive ever seen.

When you check in, there are lots of warnings Posted at check-in. The paint was peeling in every room and the fire alarm battery was beeping all night. It’s a place that people have brought pets as there was chew marks all over the door frames. The bedding was clean. The surfaces were clean and clear. I did not see any trash or dust in my room.

The guy at the front desk freaked out at Check in. I was 4 minutes Early Check in is at 3:00 pm not 2:56 pm buddy wasn’t happy about that at all. Play it safe check in at 4pm.

Booked thru Expedia. Got there, gave last name, I saw name on monitor. Clerk told me there is no reservation and no rooms available. Showed her email from Expedia. She said hotel never received reservation from Expedia. Was told to call Expedia. Expedia confirmed reservation was made, and confirmed by hotel's auto respond service. Took one and a half hours on phone for Expedia to find other hotel in area. Seems all hotels were booked up. This place obviously cancelled my reservation because they got someone else who paid much more.

I have no complaints my room was pretty decent for the most part and especially at a time where me and my family really needed a place to stay I would say hands down this place was very decent and the staff were excellent

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend wanting a closer drive to Lake Erie for a few days at the Headlands Beach. I loved that the beach was only 15 mins away instead of my usual hour drive up. The motel was definitely worth the $. It was by far the cheapest around. The property and rooms were a little old and run down. Some rif-raf around. Once we got comfortable it was completely doable. Even my dog liked it. (I think it was the King size bed)

Nice place to stay with a McDonalds and 7-11 on the premises. Was fortunate to find this in place, as I was on an eclipse trip. They did not inflate their price for eclipse traffic, and I am very grateful for that.

When we pulled up we noticed a very big presence of homeless individuals. As well as people actively using drugs outside their rooms. There we also signs on the door of weekly rates. We checked in anyways as we needed to get ready for our concert. We processed to our room and their were several individuals in the middle of the road fighting. We get to our room and we were greeted with a massive stench as well as holes all in the wall and cigarette burns in the bed. There is blood on the walls as well. While we were getting ready someone tried to enter our room. We immediately grabbed our belongings and went to the office to check out. The lady at the front did state that low income people live there. This place needs to be taken off your websites.

I SHOULD BE ABLE TO POST THIS! I GOT SCAMMED! This place is a dump, and I want a full refund my children and I were initially scared pulling in there were obvious people hanging outside under the influence of drugs the lady at the desk, looked like a crack head the room was disgusting! We hurried and got changed and freshened up for the concert and left immediately the pictures listed for this are not for this hotel dump! this place should be immediately removed from your listing I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP! THIS IS CRIMINAL AND FRAUD

Was placed in a room that had a defective smoke alarm. Chirped every 3 minutes…. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Area was sketchy when we arrived at mn…. And stains on the bedding…… luckily it was summer and we didn’t need the outer blanket…. But still…. It was super cheap… so there’s that…. You get what you pay for….
