For the rates that they charged, it is a great deal. They supply you with your basic needs just like any other hotel. Microwave, large fridge, even a stove! Only thing I didn't like or that caused inconvenience was that the bathroom in the room I stayed in, the trim on the door was coming loose so the door wasnt fully secured. The other thing that was kind of annoying was that my keycard kept needing to be reactivated, but the staff was always kind when I asked to get it reactivated. I am not a picky person so this place was perfect for me. Many restaurants very close by. Smokey Bones is an amazing one for some great BBQ food. If you are uptight and expect a million amenities for less than $100, then this place is not for you.

I mentioned the black mould around tub but the microwave had not been cleaned and had old food hanging from the roof of it:( yuck. There are no pots, cutlery, or dishes for this unit with “kitchenette”. The doors are falling off cupboards - they should just remove this and clean it up.

Great value for the price! If you want to use the stove or sink you have to bring your own pots or pans, cups paper plates, cups etc. it was clean enough and provided the usual motel amenities. It was quvk and easy and pleasant check in process.

Room was in terrible condition. The floors was like walking on a roller coaster! Falling in and holes where the floors met the walls. When booked, it stated the room had a kitchen. There was no kitchen supplies! No pots, no dishes, no cutlery, absolutely nothing! So the kitchen was useless! We were there for a whole week and our room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels every time. The shower rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The carpet was DIRTY so much it was discolored. Noisy neighbors with paper thin walls, had to call front desk at 1 am and ask for them to make them be quiet! Outlets wouldn’t even hold my charger, it kept falling out of the outlet. Ceiling was falling in from a leak… too much to mention. See attached photos!

For an older motel, it was very clean, staff helpful and friendly. We chose this because it had an efficiency kitchen. I am diabetic and the full size refrigerator came in handy. I am also disabled and having a walk-in shower with bench was helpful. We had a 4-D weekend and this was a spur of the moment trip. The cost for a 3-night stay was prob. comparable to a one-night in the higher priced luxery hotels.

The air/heating unit needs cleaned it had a weird smell when on. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet had a great night sleep. I would stay here again just not in the room i was in for this stay.

The room was filthy. Floors were tile that were sticky and could not take off our shoes. Bathtub had grungy film and black curly hairs. When I wiped it with hand towel it turned the towel black. Toilet had fecal ring and had not been cleaned. The floor in bathroom was not only dirty but had kids stickers stuck too it. The kitchen sink cabinet was rotten and the doors were hanging loose. We had to stand on the bed and clean the greasy hanging cobwebs off the ceiling as we did not want them falling on us in the night. The dead bolt on the door would not lock. In 50 years of traveling we have never seen anything so disgusting. Only sheer exhaustion and lack of funds prevented us from moving on. Got a few much needed hours of sleep and got out of there.

There was food splatter on walls, dents in walls n door main door, hole in carpeting that was covered with tape, bathroom door jam was very dirty with food jammed into the corners, bathroom sink had no stopper so you could straight down the pipe, fridge/freezer was dirty and freezer was covered in ice. Not very clean The first room had bugs crawling and the toilet looked like someone used it and it wouldn’t flush. I asked to switch rooms and that was accommodated. Service was very friendly. Noisy neighbors but for the price some of these things aren’t avoidable

Disgusting. Got to hotel after 3pm. The room assigned to us was not clean, had pizza boxes on dresser and bedding in floor. Asked for another room and the room we got was supposedly freshly cleaned…it was not clean by any means! I have photos. We are not the type to cause a ruckus so we cleans the room ourself and stayed. NEVER AGAIN! I will be emailing corporate and sending them photos!

From the outside, it looks nice and well maintained. My room, however, left a lot to be desired. It was pretty run down. Still has to old 69’s/70’s wall nights, with cracked shades. Poor repairs to the ceiling, where it had previously been opened. Old carpeting, lighting not very bright. It wasn’t terrible - but wasn’t great either. The bed was comfortable and there were no bugs in the room - that’s the plus.

Convenient, I like staying here, my 3rd time, very good value for the money. Staff was friendly. On the down side, a little worn and room service is 1 time a week, I was able to get additional soap and coffee at the front desk.

Bad business. Made a reservation 6 weeks in advance, paid, and when I try to check in the day of they were sold out and didn't have a room for me. The business will take your reservation and payment, but will give rooms to whoever shows up first. Why bother taking reservations then? They were not even concerned that they were leaving me out on the street, even though I paid for a room weeks in advance

The room is not very clean that they gave us I went up and told them about it. The lady went and check the room and basically called me a liar and said it wasn't clean I have numerous years of cleaning and it was gross and it was stinky. She didn't even want to get us another room and her manager said to give us different room. She was not very nice about it he had an attitude. We requested a smoking room couldn't even get a smoking room. Which was fine the second one was a little better A lot cleaner

the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room.

The service is terrible, I had a reservation several weeks in advance for 5 nights and when I arrived to check in they told me that they could not honor my reservation. They wanted to charge me for the stay per night and with the price terribly increased by the eclipse. The manager is not present at the hotel and if you call her the call is transferred to the hotel, there is no way to contact her. Horrible place, I recommend not using this place even if it is the last place in the world. The administration is super dishonest!

Looking for a refund last night the hotel had the fire alarm go off at 3:00 in the morning and woke everybody up. It rang for 15 minutes and I was about ready to leave for McDonald's before they shut it off. Earlier in the day they had the alarm and Fire contractors there working on the system apparently they didn't fix it right

I was a bit surprised this was a Choice Hotel. It is a functional place for getting sleep and taking care of necessaries. Have a kitchenette was nice, but most components of the place were outdated, included the bed. Again, it served its purpose, and perhaps the price range dictated the situation. Also, we felt that the floor wasn't clean as far as a deep clean. It was swept, but it wasn't spic and span. One of the kitchen drawers wasn't clean either. So, we had a good sleep, but it wasn't the most enjoyable stay. We were able to take a walk, and there are plenty of sidewalks and places to walk. There are also many restaurants available and a nearby grocery.
