Simple but well appointed cabin - everything looked brand new. 2 luxurious quilts! Lovely location - able to walk directly onto the waterfront path into town. Good for families with the playground area and although we didn't need to use it - the camp kitchen was magnificent!

This is great accommodation and the gold standard for this type of accommodation. The cabins are great. Double bunk beds so the 2 kids didn’t have to fight for who would be on top. They are lovely and warm and clean. And you can park right next to them. The facilities are big and spacious if you are staying a bit longer and want to use the cooking facilities. And the kids bouncing pillow was a hit. There is also a good restaurant on site. Our only regret was that we only got to spend one night here on our travels.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean accommodation, with everything we needed for our stay. Helpful and polite staff. Location is convenient to touristy things and lots of places to eat nearby too. My family appreciated the playground and games room, as well as the spare blankets and hot chocolate powder in the cabin. Would stay again!

Cabins are fairly new (but showing wear and tear eg mould in shower recess, marks on walls, chipped paint, etc) and have adequate dining and sitting room for four, but would be very squashy for six (there is a double plus two sets of bunks). Second bedroom with the bunks has no storage, so would be very cramped for four for more than one or two days. Kitchen is well equipped with decent size fridge, convection microwave and two hotplates. Park is well maintained but a fair way from town centre (over 2km), although there is a good path. At $180/night it is no bargain.

The cabin was near new, clean, well equipped and very quiet - definitely one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in. The onsite bar/restaurant was delightful with an awesome view and delicious meals! We would have loved to stay longer but a cruise booking further down the coast prevented it.

The park is in a good location about 2kms outside of the town centre with lovely views across the bay. The cabin was fairly new and in good condition. It was clean and comfortable. The main downside was the lack of a second bedside light which meant we had to get up and go across to the other side of the cabin to turn the main lights off when we had finished reading. Some extra hooks in the bathroom would not go astray. The staff were great and the text communication was excellent. The on-site restaurant was very good.

We stayed in 9a a studio. It had a view of George’s Bay. It was modern and pleasing to look at. Only thing as a studio it was a bit small and bathroom was small. It had a kitchenette. It was about a 5 min drive to town centre.

Excellent restaurant, particularly service. Accommodation is poorly designed with a queen bed crammed in without space for a second side table and lamp. Needed to walk sideways to access the bed - see the picture as it says it all.

From the minute we walked into the reception we knew we selected the right place to spend the night. Folks at the front were accommodating and funny. We booked the delux #4 with great views over the park and could not be happier with our choice. With full kitchen and town very close for provisions self catering was a breeze.

The staff were friendly and efficient. It was the nicest park that we stayed in in Tasmania. Late check-in was smooth. Enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Very nice spot to use as a base for exploring the area. Well appointed villa, with good kitchen, nice deck and separate bedroom. Worked very well for two. The on site restaurant was very good. There is a walking path along the bay, a bit too far to walk to town but an easy drive.

Relatively new cabin and park. Nice location near water, but a bit far from town (not walking distance). Large cabin with good kitchen and bathroom. Bunk height on low side, so need to be careful sitting up on lower bunk. Some signs of wear already, scratched paintwork, etc. Cabins are very expensive (near $200pn for 3).
