Otelin kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çokça çeşit var, hepsi de lezzetli. Teras manzarası çok güzel uçsuz bucaksız mezopotamya ovası ve arkada mardin kalesi iki manzarayada hakim. Konak güzel dizayn edilmiş fotoğraf sevenler için güzel köşeleri bulunmakta, odaları da konforluydu ve kullanışlıydı. Konum olarak şahane bir lokasyonda, birkaç merdivenle tam merkez 1.caddeye çıkabilirsiniz, her şey elinizin altında. Bu güzel konaklama için değerli Ulubey Konağı çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.

Otelin konumu harikaydı, Otel konsepti de aynı şekilde. Vadiye bakan geniş terasında saatlerce oturabilirsiniz. Muhteşem bir keyfi, içeceğiniz çay&kahve ile daha da muhteşem hale getiriyorsunuz. Personel hizmeti, temizliği&oda sıcaklığı çok iyi ve otel yönetimi son derece kibar ve çözümcüldü. Tekrar gideceğiz ve yine aynı odada kalacağız:)

Absolutely beautiful hotel that has been carefully restored. Great location in the old town close to many restaurants. I booked a delux double that came with a shared balcony and worth the extra for this balcony area you can sit on. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the valet parking was a highlight as parking would otherwise have been very difficult. Staff were very professional. Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend it highly.

Das Hotel ist wirklich ein optisches Highlight, die alten Mauern und besonders die Aussicht auf die Burg und über die Umgebung. Durch den Denkmalschutz ist barrierefreiheit nicht möglich (viele Treppen). Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet.

This property sits in the heart of the old town and is in excellent condition given the fact that it is 300 years old. The view from the terrace is fantastic and our room was super clean. There are very steep stairs since the old structure has been kept. Parking is just awful and very difficult to find the hotel- because this is old town. Call up front office for guidance to reach the hotel. Very easy to just get out and walk around. Lots of shops around. For those looking for an authentic experience this is priceless. We all loved it.

The great old-fashioned inn, with a view (just as everywhere in Mardin), the room was comfortable, I got upgraded to a larger room, so I really have to be satisfied. The only problem is the parking space, but it's a problem of Old Mardin altogether.

Otelde 5 kişilik aile olarak 2 odada konakladık. Gayet sıcak karşılandık. İlk gösterilen odayı beğenmeyince, hiç sorun çıkarmadan başka müsait odayı verdiler. Odaların temizliği gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı ortalamanın biraz üstüydü. Otelin en iyi yanı; tarihi bir konak olması, muhteşem bir mezopotamya ovası manzarası olması ve Eski Mardin'de mükemmel bir konumda olması. Elinizde poşetlerle oraya buraya koşmanıza hiç gerek yok. Rahatlıkla eşyalarınızı bırakıp gezinize keyifle devam edebilirsiniz. Neredeyse tüm önemli yerler 200 mt. yürüyüş mesafesinde. Otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut. Araç parkı ile uğraşmanıza gerek yok vale hizmeti veriliyor(isteğe bağlı bahşiş ile). Otelde eksik gördüğüm şeyler ise sıcak suyun biraz geç gelmesi, bazı odaların (tarihi bir taş konak olmasından ötürü) pencere azlığından rutubetli olması ve kahvaltıda ekmek çeşitlerinin ilginç şekilde paketli olması. Yani Mardin'deyiz oraya taze Mardin pideleri konulmalıydı. Bu bahsettiklerim çok minimal eksikler tabiki. İlk defa Eski Mardin'de konaklayacaksınız, burası doğru seçim gönül rahatlığıyla odanızı ayırtabilirsiniz. Benim için 10 üzerinden 9 bir oteldi.

Otel ana caddede değil o yüzden önüne kadar araç girmiyor ama tam merkezde. Merdiven inerek gidiliyor otelde de odalara baya merdiven inip çıkıyorsunuz. Bizim kaldığımız odanın (106) banyosu ve yatakları temizdi ancak çok tozluydu kalan herşey ve camları küçük olduğu için karanlıktı oda çok. Daha aydınlık odalar olduğunu gördük ancak yer olmadığı için değiştiremedik. Kahvaltı idare eder, anlamlı çok birşey yok ama kalabalık masa hazırlıyorlar. Çalışanlar çok nazik, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Terası çok keyifli ve sakin. Otel’in mimarisi zaten çok güzel.

The hotel is stunning. It is not on the main Mardin road but just a 2 min walk from it which means that is has the best of both worlds - close to the main touristy area yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very nice, super clean and well appointed. The view from the terrace is beautiful. One can just sit there and see the perfect sunrise/sunset views. The staff is helpful. The only problem is that the rooms do not have a kettle which I think is essential.

Odanın ısıtması yeterliydi fakat odanın pencereleri malesef çok kötüydü. Tam kapanmadığı için gece boyunca rüzgardan dolayı ses çıkardı ve uyuyamadım. Yalıtım olarak yeterli değil, dışardan çok ses alıyor.

This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Otelin yeri cok merkezi kesinlikle. Araçla gelenler icin sokak zorlayıcı tabi ama bu da mardinin cohragyasıyla ilgili. Ama konak oldugu icin odanız asagıda kalırsa o merdivenler yaslıları ya da kücük cocukları/kücük cocukluları zorlayabilir,odanızı önden görüşmekte fayda var. Vardıgımız ilk gece büyük yatak ıslaktı ve farkettiğimiz gibi aradıgımızda gelen görevlinin cocuklarınız yapmıştır ithamı cok enteresandı,yahu cocuk su dökmedi odaya henuz girdik desek te “şuan baska calısan yok , ben size catsaf yorgan getireyim, siz kendiniz değiştirirsniz” dedi. Tavır/yaklasım gercekten rahatsız ediciydi,geceliği 2500tl ye kaldıgımız odada bu değişimi kendimiz yaptık, carsafı kaldırdıgımızda alez üzerindeki sacları görünce içimiz kalktı. Ayrıca cocuklar da dokebilirdi,napsaydık ıslak yatakta mı yatsaydık? Bunu anlayamadık. Odamızda kettle yoktu,olmasını beklerdik. Banyodan kanalizasyon kokusu geliyordu,kapısını sürekli kapalı tutmalı. Yatak icin muhatap oldugumuz calısan hariç genel olarak yardımcı duzgun insanlardı. Ortalama diyebileceğim bir kahvaltısı vardı.

During the check-in, we were greeted with an upgrade, the owner of the hotel treated us so good and made us feel so comfortable. In the morning, we woke up to an amazing view, and had a delicious breakfast on it; one of the best of views in Mardin I might add. The hotel is spotlessly clean, recently renovated, and the furniture and decor looks so nice. The staff were always there to answer all of our questions, and to help us in everything. The location is pretty central, close to many restaurants and shops, and transportation. The staff called a bus to the airport for us, and gave us coffee while we waited. Overall, this hotel made our experience in Mardin perfect, an experience that we will remember.

Otelin yeri şahane, ayrıca otoparkı olması büyük konfor. Vale hizmeti sağlıyorlar, İzzettin Bey oldukça güler yüzlü ve işini temiz yapıyor arabayı otelin önünde ona teslim etmeniz yeterli. Otelin kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çokça çeşit var, hepsi de lezzetli. Teras manzarası çok güzel uçsuz bucaksız mezopotamya ovası ve arkada mardin kalesi iki manzarayada hakim. Konak güzel dizayn edilmiş fotoğraf sevenler için güzel köşeleri bulunmakta, odaları da konforluydu ve kullanışlıydı. Konum olarak şahane bir lokasyonda, birkaç merdivenle tam merkez 1.caddeye çıkabilirsiniz, her şey elinizin altında. Bu güzel konaklama için değerli Ulubey Konağı çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.

Harika bir deneyimdi. Otel çalışanları ve sahipleri çok yardımcı oldular. Otele giriş günü aracımız arıza yaptı otel sahipleri kendi araçları gibi ilgilendiler ve arızamız giderildi. Keyifli bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladılar çok teşekkür ederim.

This hotel is worth the money! It's in a very central location right in the old town. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable the whole time. It was such a nice feeling to tour the surrounding area and then come back to our stone room and AC and relax for a bit before going out for dinner. The hotel also has an amazing view from the main building. It looks out onto the Mesopotamian plane... amazing! The staff at Ulubey Konağı hotel were also great. The valet service is terrific and the people working there, at the front desk, and in the kitchen/restaurant were always there to help. You could tell that they take good service seriously. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Eski bir konakta çok konforlu bir konaklamayi ailemiz ile tecrübe ettik. Hemen eski Mardin'in içerisinde ve tarihi mekânlara çok yakın. Araç ile gidecekseniz eğer, park konusunda da sorun yok lakin, otele araç ile dar yollardan ulaşım biraz zorlayıcı. Onun dışında herşey çok güzeldi.

Ana caddeye yürüme mesafesinde, merkeze çok yakın. Temiz ve güzel bir otel, kahvaltısı çok yeterli. Tek kötü yanı otelin yakınında canlı müzik olan bir restoran vardı ve gece 12’ye kadar müzik sesinden uyuyamadık. Merdiven inip çıkmaya engel durumunuz varsa rezervasyon öncesi muhakkak belirtin ve giriş katta bir oda ayırın. Tekrar gidersem yine bu otelde kalabilirim.

Absolutely beautiful hotel that has been carefully restored. Great location in the old town close to many restaurants. I booked a delux double that came with a shared balcony and worth the extra for this balcony area you can sit on. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and the valet parking was a highlight as parking would otherwise have been very difficult. Staff were very professional. Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend it highly.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa en el Ulubey Konagi. La habitación era muy grande, limpia, preciosamente decorada y con tres ventanales que daban a una terraza con vistas. El baño muy grande y con una ducha perfecta con presión de agua excelente. Todo super limpio y ciudado. El desayuno buffet con todo lo que uno puede pedir excelente también. La atención de parte de todo el personal de 10, la señora Emine, el Señor Mesut, el Señor Ittet y todo el personal de la cocina y de limpieza. Mardin es la ciudad más maravillosa que existe y la estancia en un hotel tan bonito solo la ha hecho aún más bonita.

This property sits in the heart of the old town and is in excellent condition given the fact that it is 300 years old. The view from the terrace is fantastic and our room was super clean. There are very steep stairs since the old structure has been kept. Parking is just awful and very difficult to find the hotel- because this is old town. Call up front office for guidance to reach the hotel. Very easy to just get out and walk around. Lots of shops around. For those looking for an authentic experience this is priceless. We all loved it.

It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin .

Otelin konumu harikaydı, Otel konsepti de aynı şekilde. Vadiye bakan geniş terasında saatlerce oturabilirsiniz. Muhteşem bir keyfi, içeceğiniz çay&kahve ile daha da muhteşem hale getiriyorsunuz. Personel hizmeti, temizliği&oda sıcaklığı çok iyi ve otel yönetimi son derece kibar ve çözümcüldü. Tekrar gideceğiz ve yine aynı odada kalacağız:)

Tuvalet kokuyordu ve sifonu bozuktu.Konumu eski Mardin in merkezinde ve otoparkı mevcut olması bu eksikliği giderdi.Personel yardımsever ve oda temizdi.Tas konak olmasına rağmen odalar sıcaktı, kahvaltı vasat idi.Aile ile konaklanabilir sıradan bir otel,çok şey beklemeyin .

Odaların dekorasyonuna fazlaca önem verilmemiş, genel olarak temizlik konusunda bir sorun görmedik. Ancak kahvaltı için aynı şeyi söylemek zor. Mardin gibi bir yerde BIM'den alınmış peynir, zeytin, pakette reçel ve tereyağı ile hiç bir özelliği olmayan vasatın altı bir kahvaltı servis edilmesine üzüldük.

This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
