The late arrival acceptance was welcoming. Room is clean. Room was quiet including surrounding areas. Parking area well lit and cameras for security. Breakfast staff were great and were always ahead of the game, such as empty items filled quickly, cleaning on going, helpful to all when questioned, attentive to serving the customer.

Great Inn, for a fair price. Rooms were very new, and clean. Beds were comfy, and the showers were powerful and hot. Staff is very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good. Didn't run out of food, and had real coffee with cream, as well as eggs, a pancake machine, and bagels, cream cheese, butter, and juice. Although, my barking legs were sad that the jacuzzi in the basement was out of order, after i skied all day. But overall, an excellent place to stay, with a good price, & microwave, fridge and dishes/hot plate, in rooms with kitchenette.

Room was very clean and spacious and the shower is excellent, water pressure, soap, shampoo and conditioner available. Breakfast is simple: yogurt, juices, coffee, pancake, eggs, sausage, beans, bagels and bread and some spreads, bananas and apples. The dining room is small for the amount of rooms so both mornings of our stay we had to way 5-10 minutes to get a table. There is a very small gym at the hotel (treadmill, ergonomic bike and 2 machines), which was nice. Plenty of parking on the property. Great value for money.

The jetted tub was so dirty I turned on the jets and a brown tub line showed up with something floating in the water. I washed it out twice and it would not go away. Notified hotel staff and they said they can't do anything about it. Will never go here again.

Was very, very clean and quiet. The included breakfast was great with many choices, including eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, pancakes, etc. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Great rate too!!

The room was so clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised at the value for this hotel. The rooms were kind of noisy, but once the hotel calmed down it was fine. I would stay here again, just for how clean our room was. I've spent more on a hotel room and it was not that well cleaned.

The room was great. The room had a jetted tub that was pretty comfortable. The room did not include a luggage rack, but it did include to surfaces for the luggage. The room had a coffee table and two chairs, but the chairs were uncomfortable, and we would have preferred a couch.

I inquired about early check-in. Was told $50 for check-in at noon, $20 at 2 pm. Considering the room rate of $69/night, the extra charges seem out of proportion. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Rude maintenance guy - he came at midnight 12:30 am as shower nob is not working teaching us why to bath towel is on floor. He have no sense about time everyone sleeping, we F*** not paying for leaking not working shower at midnight were we staying there literally to take a nap. Rest all staff were freindly.

Beautiful room king jetted tub suite.Greay price outside parking and a run down shanty property next door. Brought all valuables out of vehicle. Not the hotels fault it's a great place to stay if you're spending a few days in Jasper to save some money.

Great location - lots of food nearby and not a hard drive to Jasper and the surrounding area. There are a lot of hotels and food and gas options nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and had some great options. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

Great location for golfing at Hinton Golf Club across the street. Room was a bit cool and couldn’t adjust except by unplugging the HVAC. Bed was rather stiff and squeaky springs but not terrible. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Good value for the money overall.

Helaas was er geen ontbijt voor gluten en lactose vrij dieet. Ook nadat ik gevraagd had om dit te regelen voor de volgende dag, was er helaas niks. Kon alleen een banaan eten en drinken. Dat zei de receptie zelfs, je kan zelf nr een winkel of meer bananen eten.
