This was a good hotel, best part is that the tram is pretty much right there when you step out of the hotel. All front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size, nice, clean. We did not try the breakfast so I don't know how good it was, the reason we didn't try was because it was $35 per person, we found that way too expensive. One thing I found weird was that when you are showering, the person outside on the bed has the option to open a frosted glass sliding door and watch you shower, and there is nothing the person in the shower can do about it. Personally, didn't care, just found it funny and could be an issue depending who you're rooming with. Nice soaker tub in the bathroom. We ate at the pub in the hotel, it was decent, nothing special. The bed was good, not great. Overall, it's a good hotel.

For first time visitors to Zurich, the Sheraton we enjoyed the Sheraton. Access to Public Transport was excellent, we had driven and found it easy to access the car parking at the Sheraton. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Overall very good experience. Nice property, good room size. Liked the "need your room card in the elevator" for security. Great location right off the #4 Tram. I few extra minutes to get to the Bahnhof and Altstadt but well worth it.

Klimaanlage defekt, Baulärm ab 7Uhr morgens, gegen 9Uhr viel Milch auf Boden vom Fahrstuhl verschüttet. Ich hatte extra um ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Solche skizzierten Gesamtumstände müssen sich auf den Preis auswirkem Sprich max. 100€ pro Macht, nicht über 200€.

Aufzug war zu langsam, mussten 15min warten um von der Tiefgarage zur Lobby zu gelangen. Wollte auch einen Business Lounge Zugang upgraden aber wurde verweigert, zu wenig Flexibilität. Frühstück am Sonntag schon um 10.30 Schluss obwohl es im Aufzug / Fahrstuhl 11.30 Stand.

The Sheraton in Zurich was a very nice property. The club room was smaller than expected and the club lounge less than expected. I was not impressed by the front desk team at arrival. I needed an extension cord and was told i could puck one up at front desk...no offer to deliver. The restaurant on site was grwat for breakfast with excellent assortment of breakfast choices and the staff were great. Parking was convenient although no handicapped spots designated. The AC is controlled by a range of 3 degrees so was warmer than liked. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very friendly staff who do their best to help you. The hotel is clean and room comfortable. The AC wasn’t working and they immediately moved us. The location is very dull there is nothing really around. Parking is very expensive.

Mit der Reinigung des Zimmer waren wird nicht zu frieden. Erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung haben wir dann frische Handtücher bekommen Und das Zimmer würde am 2. Tag nicht gereinigt. Sowas ist für so ein Hotel im gehobenen Standart inakzeptabel.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, I found a pizza box and a big bottle of Coca cola. It was mentioned the room are air conditioned but the room temp couldn’t get below 24 degrees while the weather outside was 35 degrees While checking in the hotel porter was asking us to push the luggage trolley which I don’t mind but this is not the service of 5 stars hotel.

Pretty nice hotel, steps away from a tram station that gets you to the central train station or old town, very convinient. Building and the room were nice. In July heat AC worked well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast choices were great. Our final night's stay was spoiled by the sewage smell that appeared in the middle of the night. Hope that's fixed. Overall, pretty good stay.

It’s a business area that’s away from the main city centre. There are a lot of tours and groups using the hotel as a base though because it’s easy to get into the centre from the tram stop at the front of the hotel. Staff were great and polite but there weren’t many of them and you do have to wait a bit at the lobby. The room was really good quality and very clean with a massive bath and shower room. The staff were more than happy to bring a bed and extra towels for our daughter to stay too.

Nice modern hotel 10-15 min by tram 4 from Zurich HB. The continental breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Our king bed room was quite spacious, comfortable, nice TV, plenty of outlets, mini fridge, shower, decent size tub. Oh and the room had remote control outdoor opaque windows shades which was pretty new. The floors were slightly scuffed but not a big deal. Quiet on our floor. I would stay here again if I was in Zurich.

We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick.

The Sheraton Zurich Hotel is located just outside the Downtown area of Zurich, a leisurely 10min tram ride. The property was clean, rooms were super clean, spacious and had the right amenities. The staff were amazing - kind, helpful and friendly. Henry from front desk was outstanding with his caring and compassionate attitude. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, and with a great variety of options.Overall it was a fantastic experience and stay at the Sheraton

The hotel location is great, amazing service, great staff and good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again with family. The hotel has a Tram Stop front of Hotel (2 mins walk -- Toni Areal No. 4) which is under 15 mins to and from Zurich HB (main train station), very Convenient! If traveling with family or friends, I highly recommend this hotel. COOP Supermarket is 3 mins (walk), great for shopping and nice area! This property is close to everything and we enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer!!!

The hotel location is great, amazing service, great staff and good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again with family.
