Beautiful location, disappointing atmosphere. We’ve holidayed in Agnes Water for years and have stayed at this park many times without any issues. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The town itself is beautiful, but our school holidays were overshadowed by what we felt was an unwelcoming atmosphere towards families with children. Our kids were simply riding their bikes, playing handball, and enjoying the park with other children, yet we experienced repeated complaints from some elderly people who seemed unhappy with children enjoying themselves. We felt that the park manager, Glen, consistently supported these complaints rather than taking a balanced approach that considered both families and elderly people. It also appeared that he had a very familiar relationship with them throughout our time here, which left us feeling that our concerns weren’t being heard or treated fairly. After speaking with several other families staying at the park during our visit, we found that our experience wasn’t unique. They shared similar stories of feeling uncomfortable because of complaints about their children riding bikes, playing games, or simply enjoying the park. Hearing that other families had experienced the same thing reinforced our feeling that this wasn’t an isolated event.

We were in the tree top safari tent which technically isn't a 'beach view' however we had a nice view of the beach.

If you’re not looking for frills, but like comfort in a fantastic location, this is the place to go. Not a cheap price for what is basically a tent with an ensuite, but it’s quiet and management is efficient and invisible. A friendly, relaxing place.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The best thing about it was that it faced the beach - about a one minute walk away. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves in bed. Would've stayed longer but unfortunately it was booked out.
