Zephyr Agadir

The hotel is immaculate. Our 2 bed apartment was gorgeous. Lots of space throughout with a long balcony - was such a shame we didn't get the sun though, headed to the big outdoor pool instead. The outdoor pool is not within the hotel building, you have to enter another building, All staff are pleasant and very friendly. Room was cleaned every day without fail. Only hiccup, no toaster in kitchen. Location is excellent with good quality restaurants within 2 minute walk. Bus stop opposite the hotel which we used back to the airport for 50dh - great service. Very peaceful, quiet hotel even though its big.

Super Appartements. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Super Größe. Die Lage ist auch Top. Parken in der Tiefgarage auch möglich.

Very new hotel, spotlessly clean with large spacious rooms with dining area and kitchenette Airport bus stops right outside which is really great if your arrival and departure works with bus times. Lots of choice of restaurants opposite. As we were only there overnight before flying home we did not get a chance to try their pool in the sports centre next door. Lovely staff member who brought oour cases up was very helpful and spent time looking for an adaptor so we could charge our phones as the ones we had used everywhere else in Morocco without any problem would not work in this new hotel’s power outlets - very strange. My only negative was that we were given a room (may be because we were only there for 1 night) that was right above the main hotel entrance and the busy main road so there was a constant traffic noise which meant it was not comfortable to sit out on the room balcony and the line of hotel flags on poles were right below our bedroom window and moved about and made a clanking noise in the light wind which kept me awake. We would stay at the hotel again but only if in a room that faced inwards to the swimming pool so not kept awake by the traffic and so we could enjoy sitting on the room balcony peacefully.

Good hotel in a nice, modern part of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's a nice pool you can use around the corner. WiFi was strong

Lovely apartment concept hotel. Clean spacious apartment with smart tv, kitchen facilities and ensuite bedrooms. Close to lots of eateries and small shops for self catering. Outdoor pool at hotel and the nargise club a shirt walk away are free for use. Also and indoor pool and gym which has women and men only days which is chargeable.

Séjour agréable L’hôtel est propre et très bien situé avec un parking C’est la deuxième fois que l’on y séjourne. Prix raisonnable

Appartement met 3 slaapkamers was erg ruim en een luxe met 3 badkamers. Appartement was ook erg schoon. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar. Minpunt is dat het parkeren op eigen terrein betaald is en de sportschool is ook niet inbegrepen (betaald). Locatie was wel top.

My family of 8adults had an absolutely nice time at Zephyr Agadir. Pros:Spacious, Modern, functional kitchen, hot water showers, tv in every room, and balconies and value for money, easy and quick check out. A guy Yassine helped arrange transport for us whenever we wanted to go out. Also it is located nicely in Agadir Bay, so many restaurants and shops around Cons: Checkin took a bit of time, pool has a break of 12-1.30pm when it can’t be used and closes completely by like 6am which is early. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely return when I visit Agadir next

stay away from this property. My room was infested with cockroaches. they were everywhere crawling, even crawling on me while i was asleep Dirty Dirty place I told the staff and they didnt even care

L'isolation sonore des appartements est inexistante. On entend le bruit de la circulation (pas de double vitrage) et les conversations des autres voyageurs dans les appartements voisins/couloirs. L'appartement est bien équipé (literie confortable, salon avec salle à manger et cuisine moderne), mais la propreté en général laisse à désirer, le ménage des chambres pourrait être fait de façon plus rigoureuse. Les parties communes sont quant à elles très propre.

Está en Agadir Bay, muy buena zona. Todo el personal muy amable y servicial en todo momento. La habitación fabulosa. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Muy aconsejable.

We stayed at the Zephyr Agadir for 10 nights. We enjoyed our stay as it accommodated our needs as a family with a 3 bedroom apartment. Large, modern, spacious room, very good value for money, great friendly staff, beautifully clean - both inside the rooms and all around the hotel. Special thanks to Adil, Rashid and the rest of the team. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants to choose from around the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Stayed at this apartment 3 times now. Absolutely amazing hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, amazing staff, especially Ahmed from reception absolutely amazing person very helpful and would go the extra mile. Absolutely recommend both witn and without kids. Coming back in 2 weeks and as excited as the first time.

Three bedroom apartment was excellent - best thing I did was to book this last minute, amazing price, all new, absolutely spotless eateries all around, 24 hour shop next to it that also sells bakery items. We paid a little old man 20 dirhams to park at the side of the hotel - very safe. Staff were also lovely and super helpful - printed our boarding passes for us at no cost, cleaning staff also lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I were ever to return, this is where I would stay without a doubt.

Amazing location loads of eateries right on the doorstep. The room is huge bed is huge shower is amazing. Only downside is there’s no kettle to make tea/coffee in the room. Otherwise it’s perfect!

Our room was upgraded however very noisy from the street. Reception arranged a taxi for us and charged us 150drhm cash however a taxi should have cost 38drhm

Spacious, bright apartment with basics supplied.

When we went to book the hotel on your website the text inferred breakfast was included but it wasn’t. The small print detail did show breakfast was not included but we did not notice this detail. This is misleading. The Breakfast was in a different building a few hundred meters away. It was principally Moroccan with little options for international visitors, even missing basics like Toast and ordinary bread. The quality of the buffet was poor. The Fridge made a racket like a tractor which affected our quality of sleep. A maintenance person tried to help but could not fix it. We turned off the breaker for same, sacrificing the milk for our tea. There were NO international or English channels on the TV - no BBC, CNN nada. The staff were nice, the room was clean and the basics were ok but on the whole we’d never stay there again. We do not understand why you give it a 4.9 rating - there are far superior hotels nearby.

Nous avons un bébé de 8 mois, j'ai fait une demande pour un lit bébé et on m'a dit c'est sur place selon la dispo. Déjà j'aurais dû tiquer... Une fois sur place : pas de lit simple, pas de lit bébé... Heureusement un client nous a gentiment dépanné. L'hôtel nous a juste dit "désolé". On arrive dans la chambre, pas de serviette pour notre enfant, comme si on était juste 2. Le room service affiche des prix mais ils rajoutent des frais supplémentaires indiqués nulle part. Le petit déjeuner se fait à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Sur Hotel.com c'est écrit environ 50 dh/pers, au moment de payer, c'est 70 dh. Pas de micro-onde, pas de bouilloire. Suite à ma réclamation sur comment nous avons été traité auprès de hôtels.com, quelqu'un de l'hôtel est rentré en pleine nuit (après 23 h) dans notre chambre, sans notre accord pendant qu'on dormait pour nous déposer un lit bébé. Autant vous dire qu'en terme de sécurité... Bref, on a payé pour un service qui n'a vraiment pas été à la hauteur. Et à chaque discussion avec l'hôtel "on est désolé" ou "oui mais il y a une erreur sur le site"... Mais au final c'est nous qui payons les pots cassés et aucune compensation ni financière ni commerciale. Hôtels.com quant à eux, nous ont dit après 48h, qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire malgré le problème de sécurité et notre envie de changer d'hôtel. Un bon d'achat de 60€ pour compenser des vacances merdiques.

The property was well maintained, and noticeably cared for. Great presentation with all the facilities and nice design. All the staff too kind and ensured a comfortable stay. Rachid in particular at the front desk was a great help. I had stayed here once before, and will definitely return again when we need a place in Agadir.

We stayed at the Zephyr Agadir for 10 nights. We enjoyed our stay as it accommodated our needs as a family with a 3 bedroom apartment. Large, modern, spacious room, very good value for money, great friendly staff, beautifully clean - both inside the rooms and all around the hotel. Special thanks to Adil, Rashid and the rest of the team. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants to choose from around the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We have stayed here on at least 5 occasions -each visit exceeding expectations. Rachid at check in and Adil are extremely welcoming. Rachid has gone above and beyond his duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are super clean, the location is fantastic, there’s a 24 hr shop right next door. The hotel is quiet and extremely safe as are the surrounding streets. Amazing coffee shops and food places are within 5 min walking distance. The beach is 15 mins walking distance. All in all Zephyr exudes a 5 star experience.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. We had two bathrooms and a cloakroom in our two bed room apartment. The staff at the desk are polite and helpful. -ves: There was only one person at the reception when we checked in at 9:30 pm, causing some inconvenience.However, there are so many positives that this easily is offset I would strongly recommend using GlOVO and In Drive for food and taxis.

Great location close to food

Zephyr is a modern apart hotel, with a variety toom choices. Undoubtedly very good value for money and excellent space and comfort. Restaurants etc at its doorstep makes it very good for families and only a 5min taxi to the beach or a 20/25min walk to the beach etc.

Lovely clean hotel in a nice area with lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. Our apartment was really spacious and comfortable and the staff were always friendly.

The hotel looked good and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was located close to the beach and the souk. The equipment in the kitchen could be better. There were no knives, oil, salt & pepper. It would also be good if they provided a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge.

Clean big rooms. Courteous staff and happy to help. Nearby a hub of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was in another building and not a huge variety.

Hotels agréable plutôt style moderne , accueil sympas juste le problème du restaurant extérieur un peu loin pour le diner et le petit déjeuner puisque il s'agit plutôt de studio apparts que de chambres hôtels pour cela qu'on demande une caution à arrivée ,pense établissement pour des familles en vacances.

Belle chambre spacieuse et de confort moderne, l hôtel est grand, effectivement le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans l autre bâtiment mais à une rue plus loin il y a une boulangerie Paul excellente !
