Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this area after dark. Was a ten minute walk to the centre or newer part of the city.

Funcionários simpáticos e muito solícitos. Travesseiros um pouco alto, mas pode ser solicitado troca. Hotel possui adega com vários rótulos para aquisição. Não possui restaurante.

Located in a marginal neighborhood. Room with doors for adjoining rooms offer zero sound proof so people in next room are more or less in your room. No desks in room to work. No room service or restaurant comforted to go out at night in the marginal neighborhood to seek food. No currency exchange service offered when Uber eats merchants refused to process payments with credit cards to avoid I assume merchant charges. Brutal hotel which I suppose is partly to be blamed on the current economic and political troubles of Argentina

Great place stay in Mendoza. The breakfast is delicious. The staff for the most part were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept. They don’t have phones in the room so be prepared to download WhatsApp, and another app to use for the room key. It’s located in a convenient area in Mendoza. Worth checking out.

El desayuno tiene variedad pero no es bueno, los huevos revueltos más feos que he probado y no hay ninguna otra opción de comida caliente en el desayuno. La piscina desgastada, poco llamativa para meterse. Por el precio se espera mucha mayor calidad, tiene tarifa de 5 estrellas y en realidad debería tener máximo 3. El baño desgastado, la ducha muy difícil de regular el agua pues el mezclador estaba roto.

This hotel must have been a modern and great hotel over 2 decades ago. It has not been updated. Rooms are big and clean. However, bathrooms smelled bad. Personal is limited. Breakfast is not great. Worst part is that they have ample room in the dinning area but they set the breakfast in a tiny space next to the check in desk.

This is a nice hotel a few blocks from the centre of Mendoza. The room was super nice but the walls are not sound proof at all. We were travelling with kids and had to listened to other rooms partying at 4am. And it wasn’t just partying, you could here people talking or snoring from the adjacent rooms.

A estadia foi muito boa, estive por 6 dias, contudo a única reclamação vai ser com o Ar Condicionado que só foi funcionar a partir do quarto dia. Mesmo reclamando na recepção, disseram que o ar estava funcionando e que a temperatura era igual para todos os quartos. A sorte foi que o clima estava agradável, mas tive que abrir a janela.
A estadia foi muito boa, estive por 6 dias, contudo a única reclamação vai ser com o Ar Condicionado que só foi funcionar a partir do quarto dia. Mesmo reclamando na recepção, disseram que o ar estava funcionando e que a temperatura era igual para todos os quartos. A sorte foi que o clima estava agradável, mas tive que abrir a janela.

Highly recommend Mod Hotel for travellers. The team and service were amazing, even though we spoke English. They made regular effort and small details to provide a tailored experience, even moving a wine barrel table and wine gift into our room when they heard one of our tours was cancelled. Hotel was clean and very cost effective for the facilities and service levels.

El Hotel es muy bueno. El desayuno excelente. Las habitaciones limpias, nuevas y muy cómodas. La ubicación está un poco alejada para el lugar de comercio y restaurantes lo que hace que no puedas salir caminando en la noche.

Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this area after dark. Was a ten minute walk to the centre or newer part of the city.

Located in a marginal neighborhood. Room with doors for adjoining rooms offer zero sound proof so people in next room are more or less in your room. No desks in room to work. No room service or restaurant comforted to go out at night in the marginal neighborhood to seek food. No currency exchange service offered when Uber eats merchants refused to process payments with credit cards to avoid I assume merchant charges. Brutal hotel which I suppose is partly to be blamed on the current economic and political troubles of Argentina

This is a nice hotel a few blocks from the centre of Mendoza. The room was super nice but the walls are not sound proof at all. We were travelling with kids and had to listened to other rooms partying at 4am. And it wasn’t just partying, you could here people talking or snoring from the adjacent rooms.

Great place stay in Mendoza. The breakfast is delicious. The staff for the most part were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept. They don’t have phones in the room so be prepared to download WhatsApp, and another app to use for the room key. It’s located in a convenient area in Mendoza. Worth checking out.

El desayuno tiene variedad pero no es bueno, los huevos revueltos más feos que he probado y no hay ninguna otra opción de comida caliente en el desayuno. La piscina desgastada, poco llamativa para meterse. Por el precio se espera mucha mayor calidad, tiene tarifa de 5 estrellas y en realidad debería tener máximo 3. El baño desgastado, la ducha muy difícil de regular el agua pues el mezclador estaba roto.

This hotel must have been a modern and great hotel over 2 decades ago. It has not been updated. Rooms are big and clean. However, bathrooms smelled bad. Personal is limited. Breakfast is not great. Worst part is that they have ample room in the dinning area but they set the breakfast in a tiny space next to the check in desk.

The hotel provides you with a good breakfast and excellent rooms. The swimming pool is quiet small if you go just to the hotel to enjoy it. The cleanliness in very good and the staff incredible! you are 7 blocks from the peatonal and downtown and 10 blocks from bars and good restaurants. I would like to mention Franco Indiveri and Sheila from the front desk staff, excellent disposition. Franco helped us since we got into the hotel. He really made the difference! Excellent!! another advantage the hotel has is that you can use the facilities if you buy food. You can use the tables there and they provide you with salt, oil, forks, knives, and all you need to have dinner there. If I go to Mendoza again, I will sure go to this hotel!
