Vela Phu Quoc Resort

7泊の滞在でした。海辺に近くて自然が感じられます。 周りが森に囲まれているせいか、衛生面が気になります。 1階の部屋でしたが洗面所にチョウハエが多くて不快でした。途中で2階の部屋へ変えてもらいました。 2階に移動したらチョウハエは少なくなりましたが、この部屋にはアリがいました。 朝食は料理もいろいろあって良かったのですが、レストランはオープンエアなのでハエが食べ物に飛んでくるのには困りました。 1日だけですがシャワーの途中でお湯が出なくなり水になってしまいました。 これらが改善されると良いと思います。

プールもとても綺麗で楽しかったし、朝食も選べてとっても美味しかったです。 でも、何よりもスタッフさんが皆優しい!! 素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらいました！ ありがとうございました😊

I think we got one of the oldest room in the resort that had not been renovated. The room was big but really outdated. The beds are the hardest I have ever gotten in a hotel. I have showered in cold water a whole week because it was not possible to set the temperature right. It was ether to cold or burning hot. The door into the room kept rattling, making sound every time the wind was blowing. We had to put a nightstand in front of the door to keep it quiet. The breakfast is limited to eggs in different ways, pancakes, some bread, two different hot dishes and some fruits. The juice is warm and the coffee is not good. On the positive side the resort is in a fantastic location and only a 3 min walk from the beautiful beach. There is also nice restaurants in the area and only 20 min by car to the night market in town. The personal at the hotel was helpful when we asked for help.

On a budget? Stay here. Staff are wonderful. We stayed during construction, that sucked. They took care of us well, including laundry and scooter. Breakfast buffet is worth the price.
