Our room was gorgeous with a stunning view, two showers/toilets abd and a comfy bed. However, there were no slippers and no mini-bar and the drinking cups were tiny. Half of the stunning reception area was cordoned off for the Grand Prix the following week which was unfair on those of us who were staying there the week before. All the staff were wonderful week

Absolutely Beautiful hotel. So clean you feel like your the first person to check in and stay there. Concierge very helpful, booked our sand dune safari straight away and executed smoothly. Will definitely book again.

Checking in , was slow! We had arrived from a very long drive from Saudi , the hotel new this as we discussed whether a car was needed for the airport. We waited for 30 mins plus receptionist was not in the mood to be there and did not give us a war welcome. Got to the room , it was average. The doors needed a good clean!! We ordered room service , the served one plate and one cutlery set , when there are two people eating. We called room service to request this , did not receive the items ! This was the start of the worse possible hotel stay. Turn down service was not provided we had asked for it two days in a row, still did not receit for the duration of the stay. We were made to feel not welcome. We had breakfast one time we were not greeted we had to ask for everything, when we got to the breakfast room the staff did not greet us at all. We just had to do ot all our selves. Hospitality was NONE existant at this hotel. It gets worse , we had drinks at the roof top bar and once again, we were not looked after. There was only one other table seated , but there were at least 6 staff member. Who when we asked to add the bill to the room, as we had to leave for a dinner reservation. The waiter accused us of not paying, we explained we are guests here and still staying for 3 days. He was chasing us down the corrainder for payment, when he has all the room details and acredit card on file. I was so shocked by his behaviour. It was my first Eid without my family ,ruined.

We had a lovely stay. We had a suite but the noise from the road was very loud in the Night. We were on the 26th floor and was moved to the 8th floor which was even nosier. We spoke to the duty manager who promised us an upgrade if we decided to come back! Let’s see

The first thing to say about the Mondrian is that it is an absolutely beautiful property. The lobby and pool area is so stunning I even took photographs. The room size was very large with a very well equipped bathroom. Large walk in shower and a bathtub that could probably accommodate 6 people! I found the mattress quite hard for my liking, but it was acceptable. I also found the dining options quite limited. At breakfast only a buffet is available. I would have preferred a smaller al-a-carte option. For dinner there is a Michelin Starred High End Restaurant and an American Bar (Hudson) serving Burgers and suchlike, but nothing in between. The solution for this was room service, which was extremely extensive. I would have preferred to see a restaurant where this menu could be ordered. I was refused entry to Hudson without my passport, which I had to go back to the room and get. This seemed an odd request given I was resident. This may be a new local rule, but I have not experienced this in other Doha Hotels. The 20% VIP discount was not applied to my bill automatically, I had to request it. I did not receive a room upgrade and I don't believe the Hotel was especially busy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Mondrian again but if the management are reading this, I feel the dining options require consideration and the Reception staff need better training on observing the Expedia VIP benefits offered when booking.

Gorgeous hotel! Spectacular design throughout all common areas, restaurants and lounges. Room was a little bit lacking in comparison but acceptable - small and a bit too monochrome for my tastes. Light switches were confusing for something so basic. Check in process was very slow but eventually got sorted out. Glad I stayed but prob one and done… very good value tho

Loved the Mondrian Doha! A small boutique hotel within walking distance to Lagoona Mall and THe Pearl. Stunning interiors and spacious rooms. The bathroom was opulent with a beautiful bath tub with a view and a generous shower with a rain shower fitting. We had a wonderful breakfast, many tasty options on offer from the buffet and the menu, served by very attentive staff. The only drawback, however a very big one for us was how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. We had 2 very uncomfortable nights. Such a shame. We would luv to come back if u just changed the mattress in a room or 2.

Nice hotel, modern, but there was a problem with the staff, you need to tell them everything twice and as a VIP member, I was entitled to a discount on food and beverages which I didn’t get, I have contacted the hotel without success.

Overall great staff and wondeful facilities wpuld highly recommend. They didnt honour the expedia 20pc discount on food though as said it only applied to a la carte after i ordered a set menu. Bit cheeky. Other than that had a great stay.

I did not receive a room upgrade and I don't believe the Hotel was especially busy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Mondrian again but if the management are reading this, I feel the dining options require consideration and the Reception staff need better training on observing the Expedia VIP benefits offered when booking.
The first thing to say about the Mondrian is that it is an absolutely beautiful property. The lobby and pool area is so stunning I even took photographs. The room size was very large with a very well equipped bathroom. Large walk in shower and a bathtub that could probably accommodate 6 people! I found the mattress quite hard for my liking, but it was acceptable. I also found the dining options quite limited. At breakfast only a buffet is available. I would have preferred a smaller al-a-carte option. For dinner there is a Michelin Starred High End Restaurant and an American Bar (Hudson) serving Burgers and suchlike, but nothing in between. The solution for this was room service, which was extremely extensive. I would have preferred to see a restaurant where this menu could be ordered. Stayed here again because of the experience from my previous stay. RIYAD, the Coach at the gym is AWESOME, actually came back to Mondrian because of him. Mary from guest services was kind and helpful So many lovely and courteous staff: Lukman at the pool, Snehil at concierge/front desk, Joshua at restaurant. Housekeeping team was also always available, ready to makeup the room as desired. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was I didn’t get an upgrade as a VIP PLATINUM member.

Checking in , was slow! We had arrived from a very long drive from Saudi , the hotel new this as we discussed whether a car was needed for the airport. We waited for 30 mins plus receptionist was not in the mood to be there and did not give us a war welcome. Got to the room , it was average. The doors needed a good clean!! We ordered room service , the served one plate and one cutlery set , when there are two people eating. We called room service to request this , did not receive the items ! This was the start of the worse possible hotel stay. Turn down service was not provided we had asked for it two days in a row, still did not receit for the duration of the stay. We were made to feel not welcome. We had breakfast one time we were not greeted we had to ask for everything, when we got to the breakfast room the staff did not greet us at all. We just had to do ot all our selves. Hospitality was NONE existant at this hotel. It gets worse , we had drinks at the roof top bar and once again, we were not looked after. There was only one other table seated , but there were at least 6 staff member. Who when we asked to add the bill to the room, as we had to leave for a dinner reservation. The waiter accused us of not paying, we explained we are guests here and still staying for 3 days. He was chasing us down the corrainder for payment, when he has all the room details and acredit card on file. I was so shocked by his behaviour. It was my first Eid without my family ,ruined.

All front desk staff were so so lovely and Ricardo, hotel chauffeur, was the absolute best…so friendly and kind from beginning to end. He went out of his way to ensure that my husband and I had a comfortable and pleasant journey with him!

Chambre : suite deluxe Loft n°1101 Très déçu par l’emplacement, tout d’abord, l’hôtel est située aux abords d’un axe routier type 4 voies. La vue n’est pas terrible et c’est plutôt bruyant. Nous étions au 11 ème etage et nous entendions la musique du 2nd étage où se trouvait le resto/bar. Il faut savoir que du lundi au vendredi à partir de 17h un DJ ambiance la terrasse jusqu’à tard dans la nuit (si vous recherchiez de la tranquillité, passait votre chemin). Il n’y a pas de balcon pour la grande majorité des chambres sauf si vous optez pour une gigantesque suite, si vous voulez profiter du soleil il faudra vous rendre sur la minuscule terrasse de la piscine où se trouve 2 malheureux bains de soleil ! La piscine intérieure est bruyante et petite. Pour prendre votre petit déjeuner au calme, il vous faudra y aller tôt, apparemment il est compliqué de profiter de son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse extérieure. L’entrée principale n’est pas accueillante, la porte tambour est minuscule, même le personnel faisait cheap. Concernant le paiement à l’arrivée, nous avons fait un deposit du montant de la chambre plus une avance sur d’éventuelles dépenses dans l’hôtel et au moment du check out ils ne le retrouvaient plus. Nous avons dû apporter la preuve de ce paiement (une réjouissance qu’on aurait aimer se passer). Nous venions de l’hôtel Fairmont et nous regrettions déjà d’avoir changé d’hôtel.

O hotel é incrível! Possui excelente estrutura, é extremamente moderno (o elevador não tem botões no interior), e a piscina é um convite ao relaxamento. O café da manhã é ótimo, pois possui ao mesmo tempo variedade e qualidade. Por fim, a partir do hotel são cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada até o Lagoona Mall. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Loved the Mondrian Doha! A small boutique hotel within walking distance to Lagoona Mall and THe Pearl. Stunning interiors and spacious rooms. The bathroom was opulent with a beautiful bath tub with a view and a generous shower with a rain shower fitting. We had a wonderful breakfast, many tasty options on offer from the buffet and the menu, served by very attentive staff. The only drawback, however a very big one for us was how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. We had 2 very uncomfortable nights. Such a shame. We would luv to come back if u just changed the mattress in a room or 2.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. A bit of a hike from the aiport (opposite end of the city), but worth the drive. Convenient to lots of shopping and stuff to do. Rooms are amazing with great views. Lobby is full of modern art and class. Will stay again.

The Hotel is unique in design. the lobby is eye catching. the rooms are more of a couples room. My only problem with the hotel is that it is located by a motorway. I could not have a nice sleep because of the noise from the highway.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondriaan Doha. The crew was amazing and always greeted us with a smile. We had breakfast at the hotel and every morning we had the choice for either a buffet or menu that we could order from. I want to give a special thanks to Abdellah & Amine. When we arrived at midnight the first night they were quick and very helpful to check us in and gave us all the information we needed for the morning. I couldn’t given 5 stars for the location simply because you have to take a taxi to city and this was about a 20 min ride. If you don’t mind that, you’ll love the hotel just like we did.

Really fabulous hotel, so tastefully done, unlike any other we’ve stayed at in Doha recently such as the Mandarin Oriental or Fairmont. Really surprised to find the photos we saw online of the hotel were almost identical to what we saw when we arrived as this isn’t usually the case. Fairly quiet hotel too which we like, all staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. I’d definitely return here. The spa facilities were amazing, like some sort of a dreamworld! Thanks to Andrea who helped us get nice hot drinks at breakfast, it was really appreciated as the buffet option was lukewarm at best which was disappointing. We were surprised to receive some delicious baklava and roses in our room thanks to Anwar, we weren’t expecting it at all!

Overall great staff and wondeful facilities wpuld highly recommend. They didnt honour the expedia 20pc discount on food though as said it only applied to a la carte after i ordered a set menu. Bit cheeky. Other than that had a great stay.
