We had an outstanding experience staying at Golden Tulip. Everything was spot on. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast option was fantastic. 10/10, definitely will come back if we go to Batu again. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. It's still rather new and very well maintained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff personnel are very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

They were well staffed and willing to care for our every need. We were treated like royalty. Breakfast was amazing with an endless amount of choices to satisfy everyone.
