Die Zimmer sind bis auf die Lüftungsgitter sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war immer freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung: kleine Pantryküche mit Wasserkocher, kleiner Espressomaschine, Microwelle, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Ausreichend Sitz- und Abstellgelgenheiten. Nur bei dem Bett am Fenster fehlt ein Nachttisch und eine kleine Lampe. Tipp für Raucher: nehmt euch ein Zimmer mit Balkon, da gibt es sogar ein Aschenbecher. Tipp für Autofahrer: bucht ein Parkplatz, die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind absolut überfüllt. Fazit: Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wenn wir wieder in München sind werden wir hier nochmal buchen.

Wir sind öfters im Derag Olympiapark und immer zufrieden. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße und eine Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen Fön und zwar Kaffee aber keine Milch oder Kaffeeweißer. Ehrlich gesagt ist auch das angebotene Frühstück nicht so gut. Wir buchen mittlerweile ohne Frühstück. Direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt und einige Cafés in der Nähe.

Brilliant hotel that exceeded our expectations. We booked the hotel as we wanted to be close to Olympiapark and it's within walking distance so was ideal for when the football finished late at night and we could just walk back to hotel. Hotel is also less than 10 mins walk from an U Bahn Station so we were able to get about easily during our trip. We arrived early and were hoping to store luggage at the hotel but staff actually managed to find us a room that was ready and check us in early. Room was ideal for melt daughter and me. Clean, decent facilities to allow you to buy food from supermarket next to the hotel and prepare your own food. Had good meal in the restaurant downstairs (Italian) and ate at the breakfast buffet when we first arrived (was OK but with a supermarket right next door, much better value to pick up items from there). The only thing that could have improved our stay was air conditioning in the room. We just left window open at night.

Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Zuvor hatte ich einige Bewertungen gelesen, dass es nachts aufgrund des Restaurants und morgens aufgrund des Edeka Marktes sehr laut sei. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Natürlich sind die Zimmer hellhörig und zwischendurch hört man die Restaurantgäste, doch dies habe ich nicht als störend empfunden. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war ebenfalls kein Problem. Wir konnten kostenlos in der Straße vorm Hotel parken. Die Zimmer wurden so gut es geht modernisiert und verfügen über eine Küche, die sehr praktisch ist. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Ausstattung ließ jedoch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Teilweise kaputte oder dreckige Möbel. Die Bettwäsche hatte kleine Löcher. An einigen Stellen löste sich die Tapete leicht von der Wand oder war sehr dreckig. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte zwischendurch nicht. Durch die Abflüsse im Bad stieg zusätzlich ein unangenehmer Duft hoch. Ich glaube, dass wir hier einfach ein schlechtes Zimmer erwischt haben. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel in der Mittelklasse.

A very pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was very easily accessible by metro - just a few minutes ride from the main railway station. The hotel's laundry room was easy to use (the availability of laundry room wasn't mentioned in Hotels.com). If I'd stayed in town longer, I'd have stayed here. Very recommendable if you need to work in the hotel room.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht, im Zimmer 605 waren Silberfische zu Gast und im Zimmer 611 war der Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken nicht richtig befestigt und der Abfluß der Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig. Auf Zusatzkosten für das Frühstück wurden wir bei der Buchung nicht hingewiesen, dieses sollte pro Person 18€ kosten, was wir dankend abgelehnt haben. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen

Fantastic place to stay for a short or long visit. The breakfast is worth the daily cost as it includes hot and cold drinks, eggs, a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, jams, Nutella and vegetables. The room was clean, spacious and the WiFi worked great.

Hotel liegt in ruhige Gegend. Das ist Apart Hotel, also kleine Herd und Waschbecken sind da, Zimmer auf 2 Bereiche optisch geteilt. Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich, leider ohne Klima. Frühstück habe ich nicht genommen. Also, SAP Garden oder Toolwood sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Nice modern room with great shower. Easy access from nearby Olympiapark West tram stop. Helpful and friendly staff. No air conditioning though in business room which was a bit of a disappointment.

Nice hotel in suburbs only 4 stops on underground from central station. 1.90 Euros each way. nice well appointed rooms with mini well contained kitchen . No air conditioning only a fan. Would not be any use in hot weather.

Room was a great size,very clean, nice bathroom, & 2 waters and 2 beers in mini fridge for free was a nice surprise. The reception staff were helpful, directed us to a lovely Italian next door for evening meal and we found a great traditional Beer garden within 10 minutes walk. Overall a nice place to stay.

Bra med minikök så att det går att laga egen mat men det läcker igenom så mkt ljud mellan rummen samt från korridoren utanför att det är svårt att sova. Sängen är dessutom stenhård vilket inte gör det bättre.

Staff are completely incompetent. Charged us an extra $800 TWICE for two of our groups bookings when we already paid through Expedia upon booking. When contacted by Expedia the hotel initially denied the extra charges but after some pressure - admitted to the staffs errors at check out. Still yet to receive a refund or an apology and was advised that refunds can take months. Absolutely disgusting behaviour - train your staff properly!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and most spoke English well which I really appreciated because my German is barely adequate. I especially like the balcony on my room, where I could smoke. The Ubahn (subway) is three blocks away. Will definitely recommend!

Room was a great size,very clean, nice bathroom, & 2 waters and 2 beers in mini fridge for free was a nice surprise. The reception staff were helpful, directed us to a lovely Italian next door for evening meal and we found a great traditional Beer garden within 10 minutes walk. Overall a nice place to stay.

This property was everything we needed it to be for the weekend in Munich. We were there for the opening match of the Euros. Initially it was booked for a 2 week stay but we contacted Expedia to change this to just the weekend, which they confirmed with us but never told the hotel! When we arrived to check in the gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful, finding a suitable agreement (as certain charges were different as we were then not "long stay guests" which was fair) and doing so in a timely manner as he appreciated we were already cutting it tight for getting to the match. Rooms were great and location was fantastic, a few minutes on a subway from the centre of Munich and you would thing you were no where near it. Fantastic, we plan on returning to Munich and this would certainly be our first choice to stay when we return

We booked the hotel as we wanted to be close to Olympiapark and it's within walking distance so was ideal for when the football finished late at night and we could just walk back to hotel. Hotel is also less than 10 mins walk from an U Bahn Station so we were able to get about easily during our trip. We arrived early and were hoping to store luggage at the hotel but staff actually managed to find us a room that was ready and check us in early. Room was ideal for melt daughter and me. Clean, decent facilities to allow you to buy food from supermarket next to the hotel and prepare your own food. Had good meal in the restaurant downstairs (Italian) and ate at the breakfast buffet when we first arrived (was OK but with a supermarket right next door, much better value to pick up items from there). The only thing that could have improved our stay was air conditioning in the room. We just left window open at night.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et le sejour devient compliqué surtout quand votre fenêtre fait face au soleil avec une temperature exterieure de 35 degrés. Il offre des bouteilles d'eaux et bières disponible dans le frigo surement une sorte de compensation mais pas renouvélé le deuxième jour. De plus la salle petit dejeuner est sous dimensionné par rapport aux nombres de clients.

Leider hatten wir Italiener neben uns die lautstark geredet und gefeiert haben, dünne Wände…sogar Feueralarm wurde ausgelöst durch sie wegen anbrennen lassen. Ansonsten alles top! Staff was very helpful. This trip was apart of my Oktoberfest journey and not only was it reasonably priced, but it wasn’t too far from the Wiesn. The room was an okay size for my friend and I and I loved that we could use the kitchen in the room. They also gave us complimentary water and beer for being guest. 10/10

Fantastic place to stay for a short or long visit. The breakfast is worth the daily cost as it includes hot and cold drinks, eggs, a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, jams, Nutella and vegetables. The room was clean, spacious and the WiFi worked great.

Wir sind öfters im Derag Olympiapark und immer zufrieden. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße und eine Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Einrichtung sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen Fön und zwar Kaffee aber keine Milch oder Kaffeeweißer. Ehrlich gesagt ist auch das angebotene Frühstück nicht so gut. Wir buchen mittlerweile ohne Frühstück. Direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt und einige Cafés in der Nähe.

Die Bilder im Internet sehen besser aus als das Hotel im Zustand ist. Es ist nicht schlimm, aber man sieht, das es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt. Auch die Zimmer sehen grösser aus als das sie es sind. Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal (die Frauen) sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

The hotel does it job if you stay one night and visit the Omlypic park, the SAP Garden, The BWW Museum and BMW Welt. You can walk to all of these. There is also a Edeca supermarket next to the hotel. However, housekeeping is making noise by pushing and pulling beds in other rooms, when tay make the beds. I was charged twice for the room, first via Hotels.com and then by the hotel at check-in. The staff could not reimburse me the next morning and said on Easter Thursday that the manager would return to the matter after Easter. Nothing heard so far. The AC-charging is extremely expensive over 80 cents per kW. Entrance to the parking is very complicated with physical keys given at checkin desk. I did not try the restaurant nor the breakfast.

Unique setup. I'm not sure how many units were part of the Living Hotel and what were actual apartments, but the room itself was a bit small and not super comfortable. There was no airflow, so I kept the window the whole time, but there was no screen. Thankfully there were no bugs. The reception & cafeteria were in a building across a courtyard, but it wasn't obvious what path to take. The breakfast was OK. Overall I would go back if I needed to be in that part of Munich, as it was convenient and felt very local. It was well situated to get around!
