Really nice hotel in not very nice neighborhood. Breakfast was really good, room was nice and clean. To improve: was surprised that swimming pool was paid: $20 per person per hour; and bathroom light eas modern, but inconvenient for couples as tge light is see through and very bright, light can't be used during the night.

Was very impressed by the hard working, friendly and helpful staff (especially Soumia at breakfast). There were lovely fresh juices at breakfast and rooms were nice. Also liked the central location. However, the hotel was no where near 5 star as promised; would say 3.5 star. It was very run down in many areas (guest toilets, stairwell, corridors), it looked poorly maintained, like a faded beauty. The breakfast was very disappointed because it had limited choices, especially healthy options, and the buffet area was always covered in flies. The staff offered to make us food from day 3 out of 7 (e.g. omelettes, chopped up fruit), and that helped and the breakfast became more bearable. The swimming pool was awful - the tiles were black and broken, and we were unable to swim in it, which should have been one of the highlights of our vacation. Was so disappointed. The indoor pool did not exist - instead there was an indoor pool in the spa downstairs, which you had to pay for.

First staff are amazing everywhere you go, very friendly and helpful and they have an amazing smile. Second, I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival and allowed to check out late. Third, the rooms and facilities are fantastic, clean and fashionable. Love this place and highly recommend it. I even asked the hotel to send me transport from airport and it was perfect experience and smooth. Thank you all Oh although I didn’t use it, but I visited their spa and rooftop bar and they look amazing

The photos did not do the hotel any good. The pool looked really good in the pictures but in reality the pool was maximum 10 cm deep…. The sunbeds ( there were 3 beds ) were IN the restaurant so you were laying in the restaurant?? It was really bad. And the price for the breakfast was to much.

Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich, allerdings wundert man sich schon, dass die Junior-Suite nicht für 4 Personen gebettet ist, wenn das so gebucht ist. Wenn man erst um 10 abends ankommt ist das mühsam… Rooftop-Pool klein aber mit sehr schöner Aussicht und angenehmer Bar um sich von den Strapazen der Stadtbesichtigung zu erholen. Gym/Spa nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert.

This isn't a five-star hotel by any stretch. It's not in a good area. The pool and gym are tiny. The street noise is loud and a bank alarm when off repeatedly, both nights I was there. It went off about 20 times a night and was very loud. When I talked to the hotel staff about it, they acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about, when the alarm was probably 10 times louder than a normal car alarm. There were some kind and thoughtful staff members at the hotel, but honestly, they need a lot more training. No one really seems to know what they are doing, and the smallest task takes five times longer than it should. There are much, much better places to stay in Casablanca. Radisson has zero business promoting this property as a five-star hotel. Zero.

When we arrived at the hotel, we needed to go back to the reception 5 times because the card of the room never worked. Impossible to connect with WiFi, TV in the room didn’t work. The bar and restaurant were under construction and they did not tell us, therefore there was not enough space to take breakfast, we did not have towels in the room at first, no hairdryer and no shampoo. Very disappointed in this Radisson hotel.

This place was horrific start to finish which I'm really surprised about given how well reputed it is globally. The negatives: 1.) At check-in, I was requested to have a seat as there was a long queue ahead of us. Once they were checked in, then someone else walked in and they decided to go through and check-in them which took another 15 minutes whilst we kept on waiting (all in all about 45 mins for check-in which is ridiculous). 2.) Once in our room, the A/C didn't work. Called maintenance and he said to restart it after 15 minutes (which I already did a few times). Called him again after an hour and he said maybe its broken. Spoke to the manager and he then explained finally that all rooms on that particular floor have heated set on and that he'd move us to another floor which finally resolved that issue. 3.) Next day, whilst my family was in the toilet, the door handle broke and she was trapped and eventually the maintenance guy came and opened it. Then the day after, the handle broke again and I couldn't open it from outside. Called the maintenance and no one came for like an hour and then I had to go down and complain to reception for them to finally sort this. 4.) Pool on the top floor but tiny and not heated which wasn't ideal either and not informed about prior. 5.) The toilet did not have a bidet of any sorts and had the wash basin after a separation which I found very strange. 6.) The breakfast was ok awful service. Good location, only 15 walk to medina and public market. Grocery store across the street. Restaurant on topmost floor has an outstanding view. Our tour on Gate1 ended in Casablanca and we stayed an extra night here.

Disappointed. The hotel clearly knew our room had a terrible damp smell prior to allocating the room to us. After dinner we returned and had to move rooms at midnight. There was no issue when I asked BUT I shouldn’t have to ask!! Our clothes stink just being left in the room a few hours. A significant inconvenience given we stayed just one night. Bathrooms cleanliness average at best. Hotel booked car service was literally 15 times the cost of a local taxi. A local taxi was 10Dirum the hotel car same trip was 150Dirum. That’s taking advantage of tourists in an ‘upper market’ hotel. Limited communication on the messaging app. Asked if room upgrade was available as a Gold member - response ‘It says at our discretion’. The hotel was not busy so no reason they couldn’t have pushed the upgrade. Instead we got the down grade into a damp and stinky room. Hilton is just up the road and half the price.

The room and bed were comfortable. The lobby is under construction and the dust and noise from the construction was very noticeable and disruptive. We did not have hot water in the shower. The breakfast hot dishes were completely cold and not very appealing. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

Great hotel in the city center. The property is on a major busy street, so cars are very loud throughout the night. Also although impeccably clean, the bathrooms smelled of smoke.

Overall nice hotel. We stayed for 4 night and never had housekeeping. We had to call them twice, sometimes even more to get clean towels or coffee cups. Restaurant manager was very nice and helpful

The room was clean. Very well kept. Smelled good. Hallway to the room was clean and inviting. Staff spoke English well which I am grateful for. My Arabic and French is significantly lacking. The staff was kind and welcoming. The outside staff assisted in getting us a taxi. They too were kind and helpful.

The room king room was so small that there was no place to put our boxes and we could not move around that the reason that we left to another hotel The staff were overwhelmed during breakfast I asked for egg white omelet and I was given regular egg twice The place needs renovation from top floor to the bottom

Good location and price. Selected a junior suite which was stated to sleep 4, but turns out to only have one bed and a loveseat too small to sleep on. The kids had to share a twin mattress placed on the floor. The room and especially the rooftop bar were a little shabby and in need of refurbishment. That said, the room was clean and serviced daily. The staff were wonderful.

Recently renovated! My room was perfect! It’s a little far from the medina, but was ok! AC Not working independently. Just heating in this period. I came from Miami. So people from the tropics use to the AC in Summer or Winter

Once they were checked in, then someone else walked in and they decided to go through and check-in them which took another 15 minutes whilst we kept on waiting (all in all about 45 mins for check-in which is ridiculous). 2.) Once in our room, the A/C didn't work. Called maintenance and he said to restart it after 15 minutes (which I already did a few times). Called him again after an hour and he said maybe its broken. Spoke to the manager and he then explained finally that all rooms on that particular floor have heated set on and that he'd move us to another floor which finally resolved that issue. 3.) Next day, whilst my family was in the toilet, the door handle broke and she was trapped and eventually the maintenance guy came and opened it. Then the day after, the handle broke again and I couldn't open it from outside. Called the maintenance and no one came for like an hour and then I had to go down and complain to reception for them to finally sort this. 4.) Pool on the top floor but tiny and not heated which wasn't ideal either and not informed about prior. 5.) The toilet did not have a bidet of any sorts and had the wash basin after a separation which I found very strange. 6.) The breakfast was ok awful service. The items were always missing and rude staff.

Book for three adults in a room that accommodates 4 people. We were only given 2 towels and when we asked reception to organise the sofa to be made up into a bed while we were at dinner we were told we could call housekeeping to do it. After insisting they speak with housekeeping to organise, the receptionist reluctantly called for us. Expected better service from reception. Room was nice but basic.

Service was slow. Front desk clerk always busy forgets to follow up requests. One time, the cleaning lady forgot to close our room door. It was wide open when we arrived, so much for security. The hotel is located in the city center which is not noisy but the surrounding area very dirty. Bed was comfortable but not the pillows. AC is not available in winter time , we had to open the window every night to cool the room to be comfortable.

The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. Khadija at the reception was very efficient and kind, helping us to arrange sightseeing and transport to the airport together with Khalim. At the restaurant Bader and Chaimae gave us several tips of places to visit in Casablanca. Nice and friendly people make all the difference!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel but full credit goes to Fatima at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and made calls to organize and reschedule my private taxi. The one negative was on the day I was checking out Fatima wasn’t work and I spoke to Khadija to check on my taxi and she was unhelpful and refused to make the call to the taxi. A clear night and day service between the two. Nice property and Fatima is the standout star!

Staff at front desk was not helpful. I asked if I could borrow an electricity outlet converter since I lost mine at my last stop, he simply said I could buy one at a store and he did not have one to lend without checking the house keeping. The way he communicated gave me a sense of not willing or trying to help. But i have to say the front desk stuff in the evening before i left were kind, nice and were not mind helping customers.

The stay was very good. Reception Staff is very welcoming. I appreciate the breakfast staff led by Said. Fatima Zohra at the reception, polite and professional. Also Hasnaa, ISlame and Khadija, all are wonderful girls, smily and welcoming. Mariam, the room cleaning, very god job. Tarek in the Lobby is very friendly and good advice.

The receptionist was incredibly slow, unhelpful and tried to fob me off with a different room than I’d paid in advance for. After 25minutes he gave me the room I’d paid for. Service through the stay was extremely slow from almost all of the staff, some were rude with limited manners. Cleaning up whilst I was eating, moving me to one side at one point during breakfast. The service was just about the worst I’ve seen from an international hotel like Blu Raddison. To avoid the dreadful service downstairs I ordered room service and they did not pick up the phone so I had to go down and order. It took 50 minutes to deliver a cold burger and chips. Truly awful. I won’t be staying again.

I was wrongfully charged nearly 100 euro in several smaller charges. I have been trying to contact the hotel at least four times - no response. Radisson customer service not very helpful either - they apparently have no access to the hotel bills. Don’t book there. They are cheats and thieves

Very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff. Street car stop - route T1 - is just a few steps from the entrance, you can easily and inexpensively get to most interesting areas of Casablanca. A good grocery store close by. Quite a few restaurants are nearby.

Enjoyable stay. It is like a good business hotel. I really appreciated the room service and good food. You can order food late at night and get very tasty dishes delivered to your door. This is great for travellers who arrive late at night. Service is good at reception and throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine if a little small. There are always taxis passing by the hotel to take you wherever you want to go. The medina is about 25-30 mins away on foot. Recommended.

Was very impressed by the hard working, friendly and helpful staff (especially Soumia at breakfast). There were lovely fresh juices at breakfast and rooms were nice. Also liked the central location. However, the hotel was no where near 5 star as promised; would say 3.5 star. It was very run down in many areas (guest toilets, stairwell, corridors), it looked poorly maintained, like a faded beauty. The breakfast was very disappointed because it had limited choices, especially healthy options, and the buffet area was always covered in flies. The staff offered to make us food from day 3 out of 7 (e.g. omelettes, chopped up fruit), and that helped and the breakfast became more bearable. The swimming pool was awful - the tiles were black and broken, and we were unable to swim in it, which should have been one of the highlights of our vacation. Was so disappointed. The indoor pool did not exist - instead there was an indoor pool in the spa downstairs, which you had to pay for.

The room and bed were comfortable. The lobby is under construction and the dust and noise from the construction was very noticeable and disruptive. We did not have hot water in the shower. The breakfast hot dishes were completely cold and not very appealing. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

The Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center Hotel is one of the best hotels for business in Casablanca. The food at the lobby restaurant is excellent and the staff are all exceptional. The Radisson takes the stress out of traveling. They arranged a great driver in a nice car to get me to the airport and home for Christmas. Going back there soon and definitely staying at the Radisson Blu as many times as possible. Keep up the great work.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Radisson! Although Google maps initially couldn’t find the correct location and we circled around an incorrect area in the city center, once we used the coordinates through the hotel website we finally arrived. The staff at check-in and taking care of our rental car were fabulous. We enjoyed a lovely meal at their Brasserie restaurant and got a good nights sleep. Breakfast selections were numerous and the hotel offers something for every taste. I certainly recommend staying here!

Hotel with great Radisson standard. The rooms are very large and the service is great, especially at breakfast. Special highlight to the waiter Chouaib. The location is not so good if you want to stay near the sea or the Mosque, but we had no problems regarding the location of the hotel. Breakfast is hearty and excellent. There is a restaurant on Rooftop, but I found the prices a little salty compared to the rest of Casablanca. Overall, it is an excellent hosting option.
