Our door would not shut. I had to lift it to shut it. Vent was hanging down in the hall. Only one elevator worked. Our ice machine did not work. Our phone kept ringing in the night for no reason. You charged $10.00 for a breakfast that a hotel $30. Per night cheaper gives free and much more.

We stayed here while visiting our son at Fort Sill for family day and his AIT graduation. We were super pleased with our front desk experience! The front desk staff were super friendly and inviting. They were very helpful and pleasant! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to the base and it was an easy commute. Parking is plentiful and it is a short drive to many dining options. There is also a nice restaurant within the hotel. We would definitely recommend.

Good food and bar. Staff wonderful. Easy access to Fort Sill Ay base. Cons: No recycling bins for water bottles, etc, the mattress was on the firm side and a few of the pillows were worn out, but overall a great stay. Would definitely return.

The lobby was nice and clean. One of the elevators and our floors I’ve machine was down the entire weekend. The pool needs better caretaking, it was so cloudy. And the hot tub smelled like sewer…

We forgot that we had booked an extra night and when we called in, the lady for customer service told us we were charged a fee. We had to pay for another night and wait on our refund. Also, once we got our new room, it was extremely hot and did not get fixed(we waited 3 hours.) Then we were switched to another room, where the tub was filthy. I ended up getting cleaning supplies from the front desk and cleaning it myself. Also, one of the women lied and said the hotel doesn’t do room service when in fact they do.

The front entrance is closed. The sign directing us wasn’t clear. I had to call to find out how to get in. The AC fan wouldn’t go off even when we tried to turn off the unit. The controls did nothing. The bathroom had blue painters tape around the sink area. The fixture we’re old and shower not great. The breakfast was not good. I had to wait a long time for coffee. There were crumbs on my seat, the floor wasn’t clean. My bread tasted like it had been toasted in old grease. I couldn’t eat it. The workout room was good. The beds and pillows were good.

The hotel is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, and a great value! Wifi worked great in our room. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate! A very short drive to Ft Sill where we attended a graduation. Barely over an hour drive from OK City WR airport.

The ac didn't work in the room, you have to pay extra for continental breakfast and even more for special plates, ihop is cheaper and taste better honestly. Didn't really feel welcomed like other places.

Hotel was full and the people above is and next to us were extremely noisy all night. Shower head was plugged up and barely worked. Receptionist was more concerned about her phone than us when we were checking in. Most of the room was very spacious and confortable.

Front desk was AMAZING!! All staff in the hotel anytime they saw me they greeted or acknowledged and was super friendly and helpful. Great stay from start to finish! Rooms were fully stocked with anything you would need. Was never big on Hilton brand bc I’m a Marriott girl but this hotel GAME CHANGER!!! I’ll definitely stay Hilton when traveling!

Property is clean and updated. Bed was firm and comfortable. But best part was the staff. We got to our room and it was 77 degrees, way to warm for us. Front desk sent up maintenance and wasn’t anything he could since that was where it was set by last guest. Front desk person moved us just down the hall to a room with temp at 69 and wall unit that we could lower to our desired 64. Staff was friendly and accommodating and resulted in a great nights sleep.

It looked like a brand new hotel. I asked the desk how long it's been there and surprisingly it has been there 10 years. It was so clean, staff were very friendly. The bar was good the food was excellent. Will be returning.
