Nice hotel, close to the airport. Located in the Newport World complex. Casinos, shops & restaurants. All staff have a can do attitude. Pool with swim up bar is shared between Sheraton & Hilton. Quiet enough although a function on Friday night created a bit of noise for a while.

The room is great I think the cleaning staff really pays attention. Got a call asking if I was ok cause I didn’t want anybody coming in the room literally on my second day… the pool needs extended hours why put a bar when you cut people off at 9pm happy to spend $$ but not when the pool is closed before happy hour starts

Hilton Manila is a 5-star hotel is truly exceptional. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning lobby and warm welcome from the staff. My room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed, spacious marble bathroom, and fantastic views. The service was top-notch – friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel's facilities, including the spa, fitness center, and pool, were impressive and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the excellent dining options, with delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay. Excellent location right opposite the domestic terminal and next to resorts world.

This hotel had it all, fantastic facilities, close to the airport and you don't need to leave for entertainment. The gym and Pool were awesome and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room condition 6 Stars

The service provided by all the service staff was impeccable. The room is very comfortable and the only thing could be pool water is not so clear. I think life guard should control and prevent pool users from wearing T shirts or shorts in pool which I suspect is the reason why the water is a bit unclean.

The large pool with swim up bar is a great focal point for the property. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of cuisines catered for. In contrast, the evening buffet was a little underwhelming and did not feel special. Other than that, my stay was a good experience and I will use the hotel again when I am next in Manila on business

Had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel however, be mindful of the following: 1-During weekends, they have a pool party with music blasting all over. We reported this & the staff were very helpful to report this & even accommodated us to check on other rooms were there were less noise. The staff is a big plus for the hotel. 2-Incompetent parking staff - we brought our car & parked and availed of the free parking. When we entered the parking on our first day, we were not given any token/chips. When we checked out, we were not told of any of this requirement and was required by the parking attendant that we cannot go out without the token/chips. We were asked to pay 500 pesos even if we explained of what happened that we were not given any chips when we entered our car. If this some kind of a modus operandi??? 3-Breakfast buffet was a bit of disappointment. It was a waste of money and not at all satisfied with the food. The staff however were very courteous & pleasant

I am still trying to figure out why I have an extra charge on my bill. Plus, during check out, a total stranger's dinner bill was added to my check-out bill, something that was removed after I complained about it. But that was something that I shouldn't have had to worry about if management had done the due diligence. I also have pictures of a messy bed and shower area, even before check-in. There is NO profanity or actual charges in this review.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night only as we were flying back to Europe. Location near airport is great. But we received a room on the floor with wedding guests of the wedding taking place there at that night. If you have a wedding or any venue, please DON’T accomodate other guests on the same floor!!! We were 3 times awake during night due to loud guests and I had to calm down my crying baby who was already exhausted as could not sleep properly. This is really not something you expect from a Hilton hotel. Otherwise everything else would have been great - spaceous clean room, everything functioning well, etc. - just the loudly guests during the night ruined our stay before a long flight.

the staff were slow. We checked in quite late due to the constant flight delays. But it took them long to just check us in. It also took them long to just provide a simple razor. when checking out the staff chose to service a girl behind me, pretty much skipping 2 people ahead of her. Overall the service was not befitting of the Hilton name.

The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some waste on the floor once we arrived. The pool is great when traveling with lively kids, not for us. Breakffast was awesome. The front desk manager was very reactive and offered us a free aiport shuttle ride.

The location,service and amenities were of high quality. We only stayed for one night but the room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was beyond our expectations. So many choices and the staff were very attentive and very professional. The pool was beautiful. It wasn’t busy at all and the staff were very kind. The pool was very large and very clean and looks like it had been kept up nicely. Overall I don’t have anything negative to say. The reception staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Dom was so helpful. He allowed us to have 2 extra hours as our flight wasn’t until 6pm. Thank you to all the staff. Our stay was short but perfect.

My wife and I often stay at one of the Manila Airport hotels when we have an early flight. Hilton is a little more expensive than some of the other airport hotels, but it is very nice and probably the best value for money of the ones we have used. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a nice selection of restaurants across the walkway in the Newport Mall.

I love the staff. They were attentive and listened to my complaints and found a way to solve it the best they could. Thanks to Ingrid for looking out for us. Our room was nice and big for us. The pool water temperature was great. The gym that’s 24/7 was a plus. I just didn’t like the experience I had in the Kusina breakfast buffet but it was addressed on the 3rd day so it’s ok in the end. We enjoyed our stay overall.

There is a charge for the shuttle. It was cheaper to run a taxi to and from the airport. The shower was having a difficult time to pull hot water. The food was excellent, many options from many countries. Service was good, unyielding for some options. Late check out comes at cost. Deposits need to be in Peso, and they don't work with debit cards. $100 bills that you want converted have to be the new prints (blue stripe) or they won't be accepted. They did say that you may have requested early/late check in, but that had no ramification on their process (waste of effort). You work under their rules, and the customer planning and agreements prior to arrival had no value.
