Meva Otel Konya

The stay was amazing and it's right outside the Rumi Tombs and mosque. The staff were also amazing. They helped with booking taxi and were accommodating to a late check out too. Really nice family run hotel.

When we got to the hotel we immediately noticed it didn't have much quality standards, but still we decided to stay, especially because it was late. When we got to our room, it felt way too small, but again that wasn't a problem. However, there was a light blinking every 2 seconds for the whole night, which is something that can be quite disturbing when someone is trying to sleep, which was my case. Still, we decided to stay for the night, although i was thinking of maybe changing the hotel. The next day the breakfast was very poor, but that was expected: it was a cheap hotel. However, in the afternoon the hotel started doing a space renovation for the entry lobby (which also served as a breakfast room), with at least 3 men working there with all the mess that comes with it and also on the 1st floor for conservation works (they should have closed the hotel to do that kind of works) and we decided to leave immediately. I know the value wasnt refundable, but still i expect some kind of compensation for this experience, because i had to pay for another hotel and the Experience was very bad. I dont think hotels.com should work with such a hotel and i booked through hotels.com as i thought this kind of thing wouldnt happen. I am expecting an answerr from hotels.com. the room as clean but in general the hotel is old and no elevator the room is very small , staff were nice and helpful, the breakfast was acceptable , the location was amazing and near to everything

We just arrived at Meva Hotel Konya, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. The hotel advertised a "queen bed," but what we found was a mattress far too small—even for one person! For reference, a standard queen bed should measure at least 152cm x 203cm (60in x 80in), and this was nowhere close to those dimensions. Then, despite our reservation being for a twin bed, neither the receptionist nor the hotel manager helped us switch rooms. We tried calling hotel customer service, but they were absolutely useless: they didn’t solve anything, refused to cancel the reservation, and wouldn’t issue a refund. We plan to file a formal complaint and lawsuit against these scammers for their unprofessional and misleading practices. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I would like a refund this hotel was terrible! it had a terrible smell the rooms looked nothing like the pictures the temperature was hot the hotel service didn’t help us at all he was rude and disrespectful this is not a hotel its trash id rather sleep in my car then go to this hotel but i had my family with me so I couldn’t and the service didn’t even gave us a chance to have a refund wich we immediately knew it was a scam he knew it was a scam also! you could tell he was guilty but didn’t say anything i wish i looked at this trash hotel before giving my money to waste! And we didn’t stay there thats why we dont have pictures to show you. dont go to this hotel unless you want to smell the sewers.
