Mucket fräscht o bra men parkeringen var helt mörk o svår stt se när man kom. Antar att det var tillflälligt fel. . Det borde även finns en upplyst hotellskylt så man slipper åka förbi o vända tillbaka. Men annars utmärkt o prisvärt lägenhetshotell.

Boendet bra som helhet, mycket dåligt med parkeringsplatser när man kommer sent. Fick flera koder till dörren skickade till mig så jag fick prova mig fram. Rummet var välstädat men lite slitet. Allt vi behövde fanns.

Everything was great. Nice to stay in a place that feels a lot more like home than a traditional Hotel. The room was clean, generous size, had a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and the free parking was right next to the hotel.

Rent och fräscht boende. Skön säng . Gratis parkering. Det mest nödvändiga fanns men vi saknade balkongmöbler, ac och microvågsugn. Väldigt trevlig receptionist. På det stora hela var det bra och vi återkommer gärna.

Först när vi kom in var det väldigt kallt i rummet, jag gick ner och fick därefter ett extra element som inte heller fungerade och tillslut fick vi ett fungerande element, dock senare på kvällen så såg det ut som att det kom gnistor från elementet och det knäppte ibland. Kylen var även varm när vi kom dit och vi hade med oss egen mat som vi fick ställa på balkongen. Sen när vi öppnade frysen kände vi även en stank, som sedan kom från mögel i frysen. Vi fick hjälp av en kvinna som gjorde rent och lukten försvann. Morgonen efter var även vår juice och leverpastej djupfryst. Så överlag fungerade inte kylen som den skulle. Inte värmen heller.

We had problems with one of the rooms, someone left the door open, element at zero and it took 24 hours to heat it up again, had to sleep with clothes on to keep warm, some things in rooms can be fixed, overall ok based on what we payed for the rooms

When we got to the building, we were asked to pay again, even if we already paid thru hotels.com. We were told that the card was decined (not my card), that we should pay, and then contact hotels.com to fix the problem later. Personally, I'm not a fan of recunds, so we asked if we could call hotels.com first (which was a long, yet productive conversation). It was a fault on their part and their payment system, and we didn't receive any prior message that they had a problem. It was an inconvenience for us, for them, and for the other guests waiting in line. I thought that it was weird to ask the guests to pay again, when they've already paid. We were on traveling mode and booked all hotels thru hotels.com, and ithis was the only accommodation we had a problem with. Since the accommodation is on hotels.com's listing, we unfortunately expected that the business runner and hotels.com have a form of communication. Apparently, they don't. The room was fairly new. There's a kitchen, and big parking space with EV chargers. Uncomfy bed with small pillow. Trash bin not emptied. And a drunken man living/staying on the same floor, greeting the guests - he was harmless though. It was an okay stay for 1 night.

Hard to reach with public transport. Surrounded by industrial aerea. Not many scooters available. Scooters difficult to use because the place is surrounded by no-go aereas for scooters on thre sides. No bicycle rental. Hotel does not rent bicycles. Open windows can easily be entered by unauthorized persons if apartment is on the ground floor.

OK for one night stay, reasonable price and with own cooking facilities. Apartments pretty spartan and reflect utilitarian architecture of building. Considerable distance from city centre, but OK for own needs as I arrived quite late (having travelled 11 hours on a motorbike) and had pre-booked other accommodation in Upsala centre for the next few days.

It was a very nice and clean room. We didn't receive the check in codes, but there was personnel at the reception so that wasn’t a problem. There is a very good bus connection to the city centre and a supermarket 15 minutes away in walking distance.

There are no shops around the apartment and the apartments itself has nothing expect a vending machine and a coffee machine which didn’t have milk. The property is nice and clean and spacious.

There are no shops around the apartment and the apartments itself has nothing expect a vending machine and a coffee machine which didn’t have milk. The property is nice and clean and spacious.

There wasn’t much food options, only place within a walking distance was a kebab shop (still very good). And for us who loves to sleep on a hard bed with fluffy pillows and blankets, this was a winner

El alojamiento es prácticamente nuevo, con buenas instalaciones y excelente relación calidad precio. La cocina está bien equipada, aunque se echa de menos un microondas. Está algo alejado del centro en una zona de almacenes y con opciones de comida y de compra no cercanas a pie.

Great idea and very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and within easy walking distance of bus stops. Just a couple of things could do with being looked at. The pan handle fell off when lifted, luckily not full of hot water, and there was no toaster, as there was in other rooms. I'd happily stay there again as it's a half-way-house between a hotel and private rental.
