The room was so clean and comfortable. The lobby and bar are beautifully decorated with plenty of sitting areas. It was so light and airy. To top it off the pool area is delightful with a nice hot tub. We will definitely visit again when in the area!

While there isn’t much around the hotel, we were able to easily get an uber and go downtown. The hotel is beautiful and clean and there are plenty of things to do on site

We loved our stay at Element! It was very clean, spacious, quiet, breakfast was great, and the hotel amenities were nice! The lobby has a nice large sitting area to enjoy the provided beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, coffee, water, etc. We were impressed with the cleanliness. Would highly recommend staying here when in the Waco area! Bonus that it's very close to Magnolia Table, which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Great experience, friendly staff, great stay!

The property was beautiful, staff was friendly, and location was great. I only gave 4 stars because of two small issues. First, when I checked in I asked not to be on the side close to the freeway. I’d read in previous reviews it gets loud, and they were right. My 9 year old granddaughter woke up and said she couldn’t sleep because of the cars. Secondly, my room was never cleaned. We left early Friday to go to Waco Surf, we were gone all day and when we got back the trash hadn’t been taken out, bed wasn’t made, and no fresh towels. I tried to called down to the desk but the phones weren’t working properly. Even with these issues we had a great time, met some awesome people, and the kids loved the pool area. I would definitely give them a second chance and stay again.

The property was very clean, the staff very friendly. I love that breakfast was made per order and not a buffet, so I knew i was going to get a fresh, hot meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and ambient. The room, the bathroom, the kitchenette... awesome.

Housekeeping did not come on the day we needed them to but was knocking on the door on checkout day at 9 am and again at 10:15 am when checkout was 12pm. Hotel is situated in a very weird location road noise is loud.

This hotel was conveniently located. The standard king room was huge and had a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, a safe, a huge closet and bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The complimentary breakfast had a menu choice of 4 items that a chef cooked to order. There was also fruit, a yogurt bar and muffins/bagels and cereal. It was delicious! The staff were helpful and friendly. We were impressed and highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again.

Candace was amazing. We’d had a terrible flight, 6 hours trapped in the terminal and we missed our connecting flight due to plane mechanical issues. We were hungry and exhausted. She was professional and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed, all with a cheery, encouraging disposition and politely ignored our grumpiness. Candace deserves a raise in salary just for dealing with us!

The front desk rep Elena was amazing! She offered us directions, dining and shopping information. She was very sweet! The manager (Raj?) is super helpful and so very friendly! This is our third stay and we love the hotel!

It took almost 20 min to check in. Once person at front desk was off the phone I was checked in in less than 4 min. She was on the phone booking someone a room. There were people at the bar and someone even came to the desk but was unable to check me in.

Horrible check in.... clerk couldnt find a toom to assign. Called for help. Help came and checked in 2 other guests before helping the original clerk. Said he was upgrading me but in reality, my room was a downgrade. I won't go back.

Me my mom an sister went for my birthday had An AMAZING time but then it turned left the next day , we checked out room 300 on 3rd floor on Sunday aug 10th , left my black purse in the room called that same day to tell them an all I keeping getting is that the maid didn’t find no purse but I KNOW FOR A FACT I LEFT IT THERE cause we stayed in the hotel all night an didn’t go no where . WOULD NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH STAFF WHO STEAL !!!!

Really great value hotel. Nice bar with an extremely talented bar tender. The free breakfast was not your typical cereal and stale bread spread. Crepes, berry parfaits, frittatas and good coffee. I selected it because it was close to Baylor and pet friendly and very pleasantly surprised.

Clean rooms, great staff, best ‘included breakfast’ any in our party can recall. Somehow the mattress was perfect for both of us, one who prefers soft and the other firm. Will happily stay here again.

We really enjoy our stay at this fabulous hotel! My kids love the pool and all the fun stuff they have outside. Very pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is the breakfast is not as good, but it is free. :)
