The stay was good, we just had a room that had a smell when we arrived, later they found a leaking pipe. Also the swimming pool was ok to begin the week but the water became green in colour so we stopped using it.

Staff was very helpful. So glad they have washer and dryer on two different floors. They even supplied clothing detergent for free. We did several loads of laundry. Mainly had to walk a few blocks to go to some good authentic restaurants. It is a long walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar; we took Uber most days. Hercules square is very close, kids playing into the evening there. Police station is there too. We are glad we stayed there.

Great stay in a 1 bed apartment. Size was good and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Pool is small, a plunge pool but was a nice place to chill and my son loved it. It’s a bit out of the main area of Seville but you can walk to the cathedral area in 15mins. Ubers are readily available as well.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. There's a washer/dryer available for free to guest, on the 2nd floor. The pool is nice, with lounger chairs + umbrellas, and the water was warm, even in May, which was nice after a hot day outside. Pool area always has part shade, part sun, which ever feels good for you. 10/10 for everything.

Apartments were spacious and better than I imagined. The bathroom was slightly dirty, with a lot of mould and damage in the shower specifically. The beds were comfy, although the pillows were a bit flat. The apartments are in a great location which is around a 30 minute walk to the main attractions.

Very modern apartment with good quality beds, including an extremely comfortable sofa bed. Big bathroom. A rare listing that turns out to look better in person than in the photos. Fantastic location not far from a beautiful square with many very good tapas bar and restaurant options nearby. Could walk everywhere - less than half an hour to the cathedral.

I went with a couple of buddies to Seville and stayed at this apartment hotel. The weather wasn't good so we didn't get to use the pool, but it looked pretty decent. The apartment was really really nice. Big comfy beds, TVs in all the rooms and living room, and 2 bathrooms!! The location was a little far from the centre, but there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We wanted to add another night, but it was unfortunately full. The price was reasonable considering hotels are quite expensive in Seville.

The apartment I stayed in was modern, clean, spacious with all the amenities needed. Contact was great, had a reception during morning to evening hours and then required code access to get in. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but also 3 minutes away from a square that has cafés and bars on either side that are very popular in the evening. However it is around a 30 minute walk into the old town centre and public transport nearby other than taxi wouldn't make this quicker. The only negative on the apartment for me was the Aircon it isn't very powerful, and it was quite warm to stay in, quite often warmer in the apartment than outside which unfortunately would have to avoid staying in during the hotter summer months

A fantastic apartment with everything that you could possibly need. Plenty of space storage; bathroom was great. Very clean apartment and very friendly staff. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main centre but this is an easy walk.

The 2 bedroomed apartment we stayed in was excellent. Spacious, well equiped, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately it was cold and wet during our stay and the apartment then felt a little cold and dark. The pool view was from the bathroom and bedrooms and an internal space view from the living area and as it was cloudy this gave no natural light. The local area, within 5 mins walk was wonderful - a hub of family friendly areas and plenty of dining options. Seville centre is an easy walk away.

An almost brand new apartment a little walk out of the tourist centre. Could be made even better by attaching felt to the bottom of furniture legs as the noise from chairs and beds being moved on the hybrid floor upstairs was really terrible. I also think coffee and instructions should be supplied with the unusual coffee machine, which I was unable to use, - or replace with nespresso style, which is more standard these days. Nice treatment of me and my stranded friend during the Iberian peninsula blackout.

Location and general facilities however we did find the kitchen area small and only suitable for making tea/coffee and getting cereal for breakfast. Not much room for anything else. But the room, bedroom and bathroom were good size and comfortable. Reception staff were very good and helpful..

A great find and the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing good communication and providing an excellent service. The only draw back was the air conditioner wasn't effective, which meant sleeping with the window open. In Dec that's not too bad, but in summer might be an issue. And whilst the road outside was a side road, the noise seemed to amplify, so take ear plugs. It is a lovely accommodation though.

Good location, the nearby restaurants were good and the proximity to both the river and main tourist area was good. Only mild complaint was that the check was delayed by about an hour and a half without a heads up, but a late check out was allowed to compensate. Would recommend this place.

Well kept apartment building with reception and security guard at night. Walking distance to everything. Very charming stay. The microwave is too modern and a bit complicated to operate. They only have traditional coffee maker not pod machine. They should consider supplying wine glasses as only cava glasses were provided. All reception staff were friendly and always available to help.

Check in experience was excellent, the staff was amazingly kind. The room was sparkling clean, extra sofa bed was absolutely helpful as we were 2 individuals! Everything was just perfect. Will definitely go back here if I go to Seville again.
