Hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice- roomy with nice work station, Netflix, beautiful bathroom. The free breakfast is quite nice and the seating area is attractive. Only small downside- they have a pool but no hot tub. So it's a really nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and well-kept throughout — the lobby, rooms, gym, and even the beautiful heated pool. I loved that the EV charging station was right on the property, free for guests, and so convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot items, fresh fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and our neighbors both upstairs and next door were quite loud. Parking was a breeze and breakfast was good.

Lovely property, very spacious rooms with extra storage. Pool was clean and fresh, with towels provided (very appreciated). Breakfast options are well rounded - a bit chaotic in the morning, but galley style buffets always are. Easy check in and check out process - would stay again.

This property was very clean and everything looked new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting outside at the end of each day and enjoying their patio area with the outdoor fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

First room smelled awful like dirty stinky feet moved me to a second room that smelled a little better still can smell dirty feet smell and the shower was one of the worst. I’ve experienced the water pressure was the lowest it took forever to rinse off because there was hardly any water coming out Brought it up to management. They did not seem to care. Nothing was done about it. I don’t understand the lack of care in motels/hotels.

All the Staff is so friendly, great location. Rooms and hallways are so clean, it does smell good everywhere. Breakfast is excellent with multiple options. Coffee also tastes great which isn’t common in Hotels. Highly recommend if they will keep it to that quality level and standards.

The wine glasses in the room had lipstick stains on them from the prior guests, pretty gross. The breakfast was probably the lowest in terms of quality of all the Marriotts I have ever stayed in. The property was new and nice.

I'm a Bonvoy member and was told that I got an upgrade, however I did not see any upgrades. Prior to my arrival the General Manager email me and asked if I was traveling for business or pleasure and that is all he wanted to know, which is none of his business. The room was not clean during our stay, I find this ridiculous as it is a hotel, not an Airbnb. I will not recommend this hotel.

Usually, we are given wifi info automatically whenever we stay. We weren't given any info here. Breakfast options were ok. Would have preferred bacon over ham, but it worked. Having the Market option was nice. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The wall A/C in room 200 was the loudest A/C on our 5 day trip. For such a modern, new hotel, I can't understand why there isn't a modern, quiet room A/C. We didn't sleep hardly all night. Also, it advertised as close to Sedona, it's over 1/2 hour away. I would NEVER stay there again.

Highway side of building was overall quiet; but coworker was on the backside of property, businesses behind hotel started making tons of noise at 230 am waking him up and keeping him up. Also, both of us had ACs that didn't cool like they said they were. Overall; hotel is in nice condition and very friendly staff, but location requires some work to perimeter walls to knock down sound.

Convenient to get over to Clarkdale and old town Cottonwood, internet wifi sucked unless you wanted to pay for the premium version. Accommodating for a later check out and they offer free breakfast in the morning.

Better than expected, very nice accommodations. We got the King bed suite and we were surprised at how spacious the room was, with a great comfy couch and desk area. Would definitely stay here again.

the property was great, location excellent, however, my experience at check in was not the greatest. They need to provide better costumer service. the gentleman who checked us in didn't know what he was doing and took almost 45 minutes. he was so lost and wasn't helpful at all.

Hotel looked brand new. Nighttime service guest clerk was excellent. The breakfast was really good although we’d like to have had Greek yogurt. All the throwaway utensils and plastic cups for juice should be replaced with washable stuff to reduce garbage. The only real complaint was our room rate included housekeeping but the hotel had a policy of only cleaning rooms every other day. If you pay for something and don’t get it that’s a problem to me. The very professional manager phoned later promising the room would be cleaned the next day. It was not even though we mentioned it to maid on the floor as we left for the day and she confirmed it and said no problem. We were gone between 10am and 4pm so there was plenty of time to clean our room. I mentioned it all to the service desk when we left the hotel. From 6pm until morning there is only one front desk staff on duty which seemed strange to me.

Front desk workers were very rude, and didn’t want to let us stay after paying for the room. After being outside in the heat waiting for the taxi he kicked us off the property and was just being overall disrespectful. Will never book again

My stay this weekend was AMAZING!! I have never left reviews before but this specific location and staff members need to be recognized 100%! From the staff at the from office to the staff in the cafeteria were all just so amazing and humble people you could meet. Excellent breakfast was served and the women working in the cafeteria were just so kind and full of care for others, awesome team they have there. Thank you so much for my peaceful stay!

Close to Sedona and cheaper/newer than most hotels there! Hotel looked new and very clean. We loved our stay and will be back again! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was actually really good and they changed it up daily. Safe area! Parking was right next to the door.

Property is new; staff doesn’t even know their own offerings. Breakfast was sub par. There was a sign stating that ppl with allergies should ask questions and they would be happy to help, staff didn’t know what each food had in it. Breakfast was cereal with no non dairy milk options and hot food was 3 different egg dishes; that all had milk. My kids with egg and dairy allergies had no options. Sofa bed has a trundle but staff didn’t know it existed.

Really liked the property for its cleanliness. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast closes at 930am, could be a little later as some people might sleep later. Found that some hot breakfast items were gone by 9am. Wish we could have stayed one more extra day to enjoy the pool! Stayed one night visiting Sedona. Would stay again.
