Perfecte locatie in het centrum, alles op loopafstand (10-15 min). Super vriendelijk personeel. Hotel zelf erg mooi, net zoals de kamer. Wij vonden de bedden ook erg prettig. Spa OK, vooral zwembad is wat klein, (lijkt) verouderd en vrij koud. Sauna is prima. Kom je met de auto, is parkeergarage Ramen om de hoek een goed advies.

We were warmly greeted and taken around the hotel. There were welcome sweets in the room. There were nice gifts for our baby, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Really enjoyed my stay here. I recommend the breakfast as well, even though it was quite on the expensive side, the service was top notch. The one critique I have is the parking price. It's triple the price of the parking lots just mext door, which is unjustified. Otherwise, highly recommended and would vosit again.

Great location for the Christmas markets. Everyone at the hotel was so kind and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was Delicious. Only critic was the pool was to cold. Parking was a nightmare… do your research before you arrive. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This was an excellent hotel that we stayed at for a family road trip. The staff were excellent and I would also recommend the bar and Lof restaurant too. We had a lovely time at the Spa and would say the location is very convenient with most landmarks within walking distance. We will certainly return!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the perfect location to explore the city from. Everything was in easy walking distance, the staff were super helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

on arrival our room had pubic hairs left in bed. dead mosquitoes swuashed on ceiling, chewing gum on carpet and flies buzzing around was given another room which was bit better but did requore another before before we could go in breakfast staff some unqualified and front of house staff wuite artogant and abrupt manager dealt with our issues sufficiently don’t think we will return though

All staff were delightful and very helpful. The breakfast is magnificent with plenty of choice and was very fresh. The coffee was the best we had during our whole stay in Ghent and Brugge. We ate in the hotel in the evening which was also very tasteful with attentive staff. The room was very clean and the bedding was luxurious. Access to the Spar is a nice bonus.

Beautiful hotel five minutes walk from Gent’s highlights with easy parking underneath. The hotel has several great restaurants and a nice spa area. Rooms are small but comfortable and ours had a large balcony overlooking the garden. Staff is nice and their service great.

Nydelig hotell og nydelig rom! Veldig sentralt, kun 5 min å gå til kanalen og Gravensteen slott. Fantastisk hage med servering, flott restaurant. Rommet var lekkert, deilig seng, fint bad. Balkong mot gaten var ok, men mye støy fra gaten. Neste gang bestiller jeg rom mot hagen. Rakk ikke teste spa eller basseng men det så lekkert ut.

Loved our stay at Pillows. We had a very long day of traveling and arrived early to the property, and they were very accommodating about letting us check in early. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful and showed us where everything was and was also able to call us a taxi to the train station during our stay. The location was good - within walking distance of the city center and a tram stop. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were unsure about how to work the coffee machine and rain shower, but the front desk was helpful. We wish we had prebooked the breakfast, because it was pretty pricey buying it day of. Can’t wait to return to Ghent one day, and we’d love to stay at Pillows again.

This is a truly exceptional hotel. The staff was professional and courteous and friendly, too. Given that we were a party of four, they offered us a beautiful suite at no extra charge that made the stay so much nicer than had we been in separate rooms. This is the kind of the hotel experience which Americans often praise by saying, The Europeans .. or in this case, Belgians, know how to do things right! A big thanks to the staff at Pillows for their hospitality.

The staff at Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof was fantastic. Our room was beautiful, spacious and it was the best hotel we stayed at in Belgium. It's only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main attractions in Ghent with good access to the trams. I can't say enough about what a wonderful hotel Pillows is. I just wish the Pillows in Brussels and Amsterdam had been available when we visited those cities. Can't wait to return.

Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof was a wonderful option for our stay in Ghent. Close to the major sights in Ghent, including Gravenstein and St Bavo Cathedral (with the incredible Van Eyck alterpiece - don't miss it), the staff was very helpful. The hotel has a spa and a lovely atrium garden. Despite its great location, the hotel was quiet and restful. And, it has great restaurants! Its Michelin restaurant was closed on the night we were there, but, we needn't have worried, their "casual" bistro was also fabulous. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in a striking building. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent and quick to resolve any questions. 5 mins walk to the old town with its multitude of stunning vistas and endless chocolate shops. Highly recommended!

Although not absolutely in the old centre of Ghent, it was only about 5 minutes walk to the main hub, and much quieter than hotels right in the tourist area. A lovely oasis of calm to return to after sightseeing etc. I have mobility issues and the hotel was perfect for me, with everyone wanting to help if there was a problem. We would certainly recommend to others.

This is a great hotel with a young and welcoming staff. The hotel is on the edge of a neighborhood in transition but It’s just a short walk to the historic area. Love the hotel and if I ever return to Ghent I would stay at Pillows again.

For a central hotel, this place is wonderful. Modern, but still has that historic feel when you first enter. All round, the hotel was clean, staff were courteous, and was only a short walk the main area of Ghent. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was classy at the Olivier Le Petit Bistro. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family. 10/10

Excellent. Perfect location. And the sauna/pool was amazing. Staff was fairly friendly. The maid was super amazing! Our only complaint was the food choices and prices in the restaurant. $26 for a burger is ridiculous. Otherwise a great place. And Gent is an awesome place to visit!
