The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. The grounds including the pool were immaculate. A great place to call home while in Izamal.

Hotel Izamal is a small but family-friendly and clean hotel. We are a group of six including a 84 year-old and a 5 year-old. We had a great stay.

This was an excellent hotel that was pristine! The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was the best in Mexico! The pool was clean and inviting as are the grounds. It was tranquil and close enough to town for an easy walk or ride to the center. There were even bikes to use. Definitely recommend!
