Está en remodelación y hay ruido desde las 8am, y eso lo sabes justo al hacer check inn

Très bien situé dans le vieux centre animé, parking (un peu cher) sécurisé, l'aile gauche de l'hôtel vient d'être rénovée et est parfaite. Belle piscine idéale pour les jeunes, ascenseur pour les valises: nous y reviendrons, c'est certain!

El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento y diversas amenidades, además está en remodelación, me tocó quedarme en una habitación recién remodelada, la cual me deja una muy buena impresión

The property is very close to the Ado bus station. It’s a great central location right next to R1. However it is a very dated property and the WiFi cuts on and off all day. Also the pool closed at 8:30pm two of the five nights that I stayed, so which is way to early for Cancun.

Me quedé durante 6 días en mi aniversario. El hotel tuvo mejores días y está en remodelación, asi que hay áreas y habitaciones que son nuevas, lamentablemente me tocó una de las habitaciones viejitas. Aunque yo soy muy aventurero si se notaba el deterioro de los baños, solo había 1 tomacorrientes funcionando y la luz del baño a veces encendía y a veces no. Sin embargo, siempre estaba limpio y el personal amable dispuesto a ayudar. El parqueo es grande, seguro y practico para estacionar. Si me quedaría otra vez allí.

For the price, this was a great place to stay. The pool area is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. ADO bus station is a five minute walk. Will stay here again.

Siempre reviso las camas y encontré dos chinches, me cambiaron de habitación y ya no encontré pero no me volvería a hospedar ahí

La cama más dura que una piedra, no hay Internet en las habitaciones, había un zapato que no era nuestro debajo de la cama, eso incida el grado de limpieza que realizan

The worst experience ever! First, i arrived and the lady at the concierge said that they don't have any rooms avaliable. I told her that i got a reservation with Expedia and finally she gave me the room but in return she gave me the worst room ever she had. The nightmare starts from there, the room was filthy, outdated, with broken sink, mold in the shower, floor, inclusive i found roaches! Please stay away from this property if you want a decent pleasant stay. They don't care about customers cause i told her how we can fix this before a potential bad review from us, but she just told me to to do it. Not even a simple sorry about it. Unbelievable!

Pior experiência em um hotel que eu já tive e olha que conheço muitos hotéis, primeiro dia o quarto bem velho com buraco na parede, so tinha 1 tomada que ficava dentro do banheiro e vi 2 baratinhas pequenas no banheiro e ignorei. Já no segundo dia a noite notei várias baratas maiores pelo quarto, desci pra avisar e me ofereceram um quarto melhor (a diferença de qualidade era absurda), só para passar a noite pois no dia seguinte iriam me atribuir outro quarto na mesma categoria que a que reservei. Eu ia sair para um passeio então tive que deixar minhas malas prontas na recepção pela manhã para quando voltasse pegar as chaves no novo quarto. A noite quando entrei no 3º quarto o banheiro continha uma faixa de higienizado no vaso sanitário, porém ao abrir o mesmo estava cheio de urina espirrada na tampa e assento, fui informar na recepção e nada fizeram, eu mesmo tive que limpar, e sem contar o box do chuveiro que o chão estava cheio de pelos e cabelos, e não tinha cortina decente pra tampar a claridade. Resultado, pior hotel e mais imundo que já fiquei, nem me pagando eu voltaria a me hospedar nele. Vivem pedindo gorjeta pra tudo, mas nem o mínimo que é limpar para o novo hóspede ele fazem. TV tbm funciona bem mal, hotel estava em reforma fazendo muito barulho o dia todo, mas só informam sobre isso quando você ja está la sem ter a possibilidade de trocar de hotel, a única coisa que realmente funciona é o ar condicionado e o atendimento de alguns funcionários que é o razoável.

El hotel esta en buena ubicacion, pero la habitacion en que nos quedamos dejo mucho que desear. definitivamente las fotos no concuerdan con las que se encuentran en internet, la alberca muy pequeña, las camas en estado muy deteriorado, el piso del baño muy dañado, asi como las llaves del lavabo. una de las sabanas tenia cabello y manchas permanentes. definitivamente hay muchas areas de oportunidad para mejorar.

La habitación olía mal, tenía cucarachas y mosquitos, ese hotel necesita fumigación.

We had a terrible room. The sink were broken, the shower were old, and we had a bad smell for the bathroom.

First the place has been under renovation for a few years so noisy in the morning. The rooms windows do not cut out outside noise. The renovated rooms are comfortable wifi was good . Had hot water. No smoking in hotel and no alcohol in rooms. For the price it’s served the porpoise. Close to ADO bus station.

Deluxe room was very nice for the price.

Ci è stata data una camera dove non si chiudeva la porta del bagno a causa della maniglia rotta e abbiamo dovuto insistere molto per farcela cambiare. Il check-in dalle 15 è molto scomodo perché fa perdere mezza giornata trovandosi lontano dalla spiaggia. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia. Non c'è il phon nemmeno su richiesta.

They are going through renovations. The newer part looks nice. The room I said in is falling apart hopefully get renovated soon. I've stayed there quite a few times because of the price and location. Hopefully the prices don't go up too high after they renovate the place.

Please improving your WiFi please but overall very good.very good value for the price

Little bit noisy due to some bars that are across the road, so if possible get room towards the back. The rooms are being remodeled so that’s nice. Our only room complaint is the smell of sewer must come up thru the floor and sink drains.

Old rooms and beds

Premières nuit dans une chambre ancienne mais tout à fait correcte. Puis dernière nuit dans une des chambres rénovées parfaite. L’emplacement est idéal proche des lieux de sortie et transport. Super pour le rapport qualité prix.

Billigt, men også slidt/gammelt hotel - vi havde ingen varmt vand i badet, de 2 nætter vi overnattede der. Personalet var dog venlige, men ikke så gode til engelsk, men den del fungerede ok.

Clean hotel, close to public transport, but very bad reception ( not professional) I’m upset about that.

Had one of the worst experiences ever - so STAY AWAY. Our hotel safes were not working and the concierage was terribly rude in helping us especially the lady at the front desk in the evening shift. We had our passports in the safe and she refused to help open it for two days citing multiple reasons. We had to cancel our plans for a day to get the safe opened. Except the evening shift guy everyone were terrible and very unhelpful We were also given only 1 key though we were 3 people staying and we were promised two queen beds in our booking but were given double beds. The towels were not clean - overall a very uncomfortable and awful stay.

Staff were so friendly and hospitable.

La atención de todos los recepcionistas muy despota, en especial una Srta de tez morena complexión robusta, complexión de estatura baja, con cola de caballo, una actitud prepotente, despota y muy mala por parte de ella, muy grosera y no se porque sigue trabajando en ese lugar si la atención a los clientes debe ser primordial, fuera de eso, La ubicación del hotel muy céntrico, pero las habitaciones contienen animales, la limpieza súper horrible, y algunas habitaciones son muy viejas.

It is on the other side of the roundabout to the bus terminal, making it easy to travel to the airport and other destinations, even late at night. But the room I booked was not in good condition. Window glasses are cracked and taped, vanity counter is cracked and glued, the room smells, the towels are old and looks not clean. The stuff are very nice, they changed the room for me, it is better but the faucet and soap holder is broken. I chose a room with low price, but I think it still need to be presentable. In my opinion, the hotel and Expedia should remove the offer of this room till it is polished. I am not a big spender. I always choose low price hotel room, but every one of them are acceptable and most of them are even excellently presented. I believe Low price doesn’t mean compromising to basic living conditions. I am writing this hoping the hotel can see it and make proper repairs to make more money becaue it is a sizeable property in a prime location with swimming pool and parking lot. And those repairs doesn’t cost much if they have the right people to manage. becaue I am a handyman myself.

The price,the location is perfect just in front of the bus station to the airport, markets and a lot of restaurants.

I never stayed at a hotel where you couldn’t drink. The price was cheap and I can see why. No speaks English. The hotel is in a pretty run down area. You definitely don’t feel safe. The room had a weird smell. My room key looked like a house key. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Hôtel parfait pour nous, près de la station de bus Ado et de plusieurs commerces. Les chambres sont ok et la piscine est très bien. Pour un court séjour, je reviendrais. Il y a des travaux en court, mais comme ça se passe durant la journée, ça ne nous a pas trop affecté. Les employés sont sympathiques.

Me gustó mucho este hotel Todo es muy cerca Como tiendas, trasporte,y diversidad de restaurantes,como también pequeños locales donde se come muy bien.

It a great place. Very clean. No bugs. No noise. Only that they are Guadalupe believers so you cannot vring alcohol or cigaretes in the room They will fine you $100 if you do. Is funny cause there is a bar at the entrance. The bar probably belongs to them.

Do NOT book a “standard room”. As a whole it was in a state of despair, but the amount of mold and overall grime was beyond disgusting. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Upgraded my room the next night to a “deluxe room” which was far superior, newly renovated, no complaints there. If you’re on a serious budget, save even more money and go across the street to the hostel, much better. Otherwise, spend a little bit more for the deluxe room. Both the cafe and bar out front were good and convenient.

Solo era para dormir una noche y la verdad habitaciones no tienen contactos solo 1 no te dejan meter cerveza Reserve por qué me gusto el area de la alberca pero no estuvimos por qué no puedes fumar ni tomar ahí ni meter comida y la señora de la limpieza súper grocera creo fue una mala opción ala próxima no vuelvo
