The property is located in a commercial area way outside the city. There is a tram that stops outside that takes you in to Besancon and a large retail park 20 mins walk away. The room we had was huge with all facilities you’d need except aircon which we really needed! There was a huge balcony with a great view of the mountains. Unfortunately there was a gang of people congregated in the car park until the early hours which made me happy our car was in the underground parking that I would recommend.

Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.

Appartement spacieux, possédant pas mal de rangements pour les affaires. Kitchenette avec quelques affaires pour cuisiner. Frigo. Laverie dans l'hôtel si besoin. Penser à réserver le parking, tout est payant autour. A deux pas de l'UFR santé. Petit déjeuné copieux mais reste cher.

Not really obvious hotel in a commercial area a bit outside of the city, but no noisy surrounding. No restaurant. You will need a car to go there. Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, too, even continental style, as usual. Friendly staff at the reception. Good place to stay.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist nicht kostenfrei, ist aber sehr günstig. Nur wird man vom Hotelpersonal nicht darauf hingewiesen. Ich sah viele Autos mit Strafzettel. Nur weil ich sie gesehen habe, verstand ich, dass der Parkplatz zu bezahlen ist. Keine Klimaanlage im Hotel, habe bei Buchung nucht darauf geachtet, weil es sonst Standard war. Die Autobahn in der Nähe war gesperrt, aber keine der Mitarbeiter konnte Auskunft geben.

Deux pièces très agréable et propre. Personnel très accueillant. Déjà dit à la réception mais il serait bien de pouvoir stopper la vmc qui est assez bruyante et encore plus lorsqu'il y a du vent. Sinon nickel :)

Wir schlafen gerne in getrennten Zimmern, hatten deshalb hier das Apartment 412 gebucht und waren erst einmal sehr zufrieden. Ein nettes kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett sowie ein sehr bequemes, gleichgroßes Sofabett im Wohnzimmer, das passte, besonders angesichts des sehr günstigen Übernachtungspreises. Einschränkungen gab es eigentlich nur im Bad, wo der Waschtisch dringend mal ausgetauscht werden müsste; die Dusche – besonders im unteren Bereich – wartet auf eine gründliche Reinigung und die Handdusche baumelt hilflos an der wackligen Befestigung herum. Aber ansonsten alles OK, ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles sauber, flauschige weiße Handtücher, eine praktische Möblierung im Wohnzimmer, flottes WLAN und ein für diese Preislage sehr gut ausgestatteter Kochbereich. Super ist die ruhige Vorstadtlage: die Straßenbahn hält gleich um die Ecke und für 1,40 € ist man in ca. 20min im Zentrum von Besancon - wozu also sich mit Anfahrt, Parkplatzsuche und Gebühren herumärgern. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen bis dahin auf ein paar Investitionen im Badezimmer. Ach ja, und ein paar deutsche Sender im schönen Flachbildfernseher wären nett!

We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider verfügt das Zimmer nicht über eine Klimaanlage und es ist extrem heiß. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Fotos – sie sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schlafcouch ist äußerst unbequem, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Séjour en pleine canicule, je n'avais pas fait attention au fait qu'il n'y avait pas la clim dans la chambre. Ventilateur à disposition tout de même. Gros point noir sur la nuit passée : beaucoup de bruit dehors par une bande. Burns avec les voitures, musique à fond, alcool, etc... tout cela juste en bas sur le parking. Obligés d'appeler le 17, personne à la réception la nuit.

We were glad we only stayed for one night. The room itself seemed clean, but there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was also a dusty smell. The hallways were dirty (ground). Because of the smell and no AC, we had to open the windows at night, but it was very loud from all the cars coming and going, and there was a constant light coming from the building across and from the parking lots. Would not recommend. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was easy.

Good location, large room with a comfortable kitchenette and TV. The hosts were very helpful since I arrived late in the evening, they left the keys in a lockbox. Easy to park. Everything was perfectly fine.
