Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gab ohne Probleme eine zweite Schüsselkarte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Leider stand nur eine Wanne im Bad und diese ohne Vorhang oder sonstige Umrandung. Das Ergebnis kann sich jeder selbst vorstellen wenn 3 Personen geduscht haben. Darum nur 3 Sterne für die Ausstattung.

Wir waren mit einem Baby dort und die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, bis abends Musik auf der Dachterrasse, die durch den Flur schallt, für unsere Zimmernachbarn war es sicherlich auch nicht sonderlich schön, um 6:00 Uhr geweckt zu werden! Ansonsten ist das Hotel ist einem super Zustand, neue Zimmer, tolle Dachterrasse, Whirlpool und top Lage
Wir waren mit einem Baby dort und die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, bis abends Musik auf der Dachterrasse, die durch den Flur schallt, für unsere Zimmernachbarn war es sicherlich auch nicht sonderlich schön, um 6:00 Uhr geweckt zu werden! Ansonsten ist das Hotel ist einem super Zustand, neue Zimmer, tolle Dachterrasse, Whirlpool und top Lage

Die Lage war super. Nähe zum Busbahnhof, Kreuzfahrthafen, Strand und Innenstadt vereint. Beim Frühstück haben wir alles gefunden was wir füreinander gutes Frühstück brauchen. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück von der Dachterasse war fantastisch. Der Whirlpool war entspannend und die technische Ausstattung mehr als wir es zuhause haben. Ein rundum gelungener Hotelaufenthalt und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

La réceptionniste est très bienveillante accueillante, respectueuse et surtout très élégante et belle 😁😁😁. C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable. Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . Sa vaut vraiment le coup pour garder la voiture en toute sécurité. L’activité Poema del mar est situé à 5 min à pied Bref l’hôtel est très bien situé approximité des commodités Les chambres sont luxueuses et très très propres , niveau hygiène il Nya rien à dire car tout est impeccable 👌 je reviendrai …

Es war natürlich unmöglich, Rührei, Omelett zu machen während BEIDE Kaffeautomaten streikten und das Buffet aufgefüllt werden musste Die technisch an Japan erinnernden Toiletten sind super solange sie funktionieren Wir haben 4 Zimmer belegt und sie waren teils nicht funktionsfähig Das Hotel liegt zentral und hat eine wunderbare Dachterasse mit Jakuzzi

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, da wir am nächsten Tag auf das Schiff gegangen sind. Der Hafen liegt fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer modern und sauber. Das Hotel ist in einer Fußgängerzone mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen und nur ca. 200 Meter von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Hotel hatte uns - auf Anfrage per WhatsApp - einen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert (ca. 40€).

Det positiva var att hotellet låg centralt, det var rent och fräscht, receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt och vi upplevde att de hade en stark ambition att driva ett bra hotell. Det som drar ner betyget är att det stod att rummen var ljudisolerade. Vi hörde ingenting från rummen bredvid men vi hörde allt från korridoren och allt från torget utanför vårt rum. Det var som om balkongdörren stod öppen när den var stängd, det var väldigt svårt att sova innan restaurangerna på torget stängde och folk gick hem. Vi pratade med receptionen efter första natten angående balkongdörren som släppte igenom allt ljudet. Men ingenting åtgärdades under de fyra återstående dygn som vi bodde där. Vi vet förstås inte om det här bara gällde vårt rum (3:e våningen) eller fler rum på hotellet. Däremot tror vi att alla rum har samma sorts "japanska" toalett. Vår spolade i tid och otid och det kom olika ljud från den lång tid efter det att den använts. Vi tyckte också att madrassen i sängen var hård, men det är ju en smakfråga. Om hotellet lyckas åtgärda de här problemen så tror vi att det kan bli ett riktigt bra hotell.

Ein schönes modernes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage und mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr schöne Frühstücksterrasse am Dach. Der einzige Abstrich: das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster zur Straße (nur zur einen Innenschacht, keine gute Lüftungsmöglichkeit also) und wahrscheinlich deswegen einen etwas muffigen Geruch beim betreten.
Ein schönes modernes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage und mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr schöne Frühstücksterrasse am Dach. Nettes Personal sowie gutes Frühstück, aber leider sind die Betten sehr hart welche zudem stark gequetscht haben bei jeder Bewegung dazu kommt, dass vom Flur alles zu hören war sogar der Knopfdruck vom Fahrstuhl. Dadurch hatten wir 3 Nächte schlechten Schlaf. Zudem kam durch die Gardinen Licht durch welches wir als unangenehm empfanden, bei den Betten und der Schallisolierung muss unbedingt etwas gemacht werden.

Hotel Catalina Plaza Sostenible has been modernised to a very high standard with sustainable solutions. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom. The location is next to the Santa Catalina Park and a few hundred meters from the Santa Catalina Cruise Pier. The Las Canteras beach is five minutes walk away from the hotel. Excellent location smack in the middle of the city with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

La réceptionniste est très bienveillante accueillante, respectueuse et surtout très élégante et belle 😁😁😁. C’est dommage que l’on n’a pas pu faire de spa car il fallait réserver en avance et notre bateau partait très tôt le lendemain, on a tout de même profiter du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est situé à 3 min à pieds des plages , restaurants et boutiques à prix abordables et raisonnable. Un parking est situé à 3 min à pieds de l’hôtel et j’ai payé 8€ pour 24h . Sa vaut vraiment le coup pour garder la voiture en toute sécurité. L’activité Poema del mar est situé à 5 min à pied Bref l’hôtel est très bien situé approximité des commodités Les chambres sont luxueuses et très très propres , niveau hygiène il Nya rien à dire car tout est impeccable 👌 je reviendrai …

Hotel Catalina Plaza Sostenible has been modernised to a very high standard with sustainable solutions. The rooms are large and airy with a lovely bathroom. The location is next to the Santa Catalina Park and a few hundred meters from the Santa Catalina Cruise Pier. The Las Canteras beach is five minutes walk away from the hotel. Excellent location smack in the middle of the city with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es gab ohne Probleme eine zweite Schüsselkarte. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr schön. Leider stand nur eine Wanne im Bad und diese ohne Vorhang oder sonstige Umrandung. Das Ergebnis kann sich jeder selbst vorstellen wenn 3 Personen geduscht haben. Darum nur 3 Sterne für die Ausstattung.

Das Frühstück ist gut, es gab sogar den typischen "heilige drei Könige " Kuchen, allerdings war nur EINE Person für das Frühstück zuständig. Es war natürlich unmöglich, Rührei, Omelett zu machen während BEIDE Kaffeautomaten streikten und das Buffet aufgefüllt werden musste Die technisch an Japan erinnernden Toiletten sind super solange sie funktionieren Wir haben 4 Zimmer belegt und sie waren teils nicht funktionsfähig Das Hotel liegt zentral und hat eine wunderbare Dachterasse mit Jakuzzi
