The staff were friendly and helpful. However, my stay was very disappointing. The room I was given had no windows, and only one room key was provided. Because of that, the air conditioning turned off when I went out, and when I returned the room was extremely humid and smelled like sewage. The bathroom layout was also very poor. There was no separation between the shower and the toilet, so after taking a shower the entire bathroom floor, including the toilet area, was completely soaked. The bath mat became so wet it was heavy. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

The check-in staff were helpful & friendly on 23Nov. However the toilet was leaky & the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel was informed on the next morning but nothing changed & got worse with frequent flushing noise till we left on 26 Nov. Every night sleep was bad.
