Lovely hotel, very nice spacious room, nice decor, clean and really quiet. Very secure with two main doors before the room and access by key card.perfect temperature even with scorching weather, good Aircon. Only slight negative was the really early checkout time at 10.30am. spa is lovely and great value.... nice to relax after walking miles in Rome.

Great hotel- met all expectations. Come in expecting a hotel similar to New York City and you won’t be dissatisfied. Simone was very helpful. Convenient location and access. The on-site spa was absolutely wonderful and completely made the trip. We got private access for 90 minutes in during hottest and busiest time of the day so could relax with sauna , Turkish bath, emotional shower and massive jacuzzi with cascading waterfall and a bottle of Prosecco. It was wonderful.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. There is an elevator, so we didn\'t have to carry our luggage upstairs. The room was clean, and it was refreshed on a daily basis. The shower and bathroom were splendid with a rain head shower head. As in other European cities, washcloths were not provided, but I buy "cheap" ones at home, and I can dispose of them in the hotel. The air conditioning also worked well. There was an excellent coffee shop, Tallia, nearby with wonderful pastries. Also, a pizzeria across the street, which we preferred to the other restaurant across the street, but they were both good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those visiting Rome.

Highly recommend this place! Alessandro was great and very helpful at check-in. There were 3 separate places that you needed to use your key card (front door, hallway to your room and your room), so it felt very secure. Air conditioning worked great, the space was very clean. Location was excellent - right in between the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum (about 20 minute walk to each). Definitely would stay again!

Service was really perfect. Since our flight was landing at night (around 10pm), the hotel suggested a self check-in procedure. It went super smooth, very clear instructions. The service was very reactive during our stay, appreciate the flexibility and recommandations that they provided us regarding our visit program. Strong point to notice is the luggage storage service they offer (for free) on demand. Our return flight was at the end of the day so we left the room on the morning and they kept our luggage until the end of the day when we had to go to the airport, very convenient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back here if we have the chance to.

Great location in the middle of all the major sites with a 2 minute walk to a nice shopping area and only a few hundred yards to a coffee shop. The staff were very helpful and provided us with an early check-in and help our bags while the room was being prepared. We also used the spa which was excellent with a sauna, pool and relaxation area. All in all a great stay and we already booked for one additional night at the end of our stay.

Decent hotel, the room is very small. The sheets had hair on them and when I asked for another set the new “clean”set had hair as well. The front desk was very helpful with rides to and from the airport and around the corner is a great cafe and restaurant. Walking distance to a lot of locations.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. To start, we got a standard double room. The room we got was nothing like in the photos. It was super small, and my husband could barely fit in the bathroom and in the shower. Again, nothing like in the photos. The shower was not super clean either, and the water was leaking on the floor each time we showered. There was 2 small water bottles, and when we asked for another water bottle the next day, they said we had to pay 1 euro for it. At least they could provide new water bottles the next day. There was no coffee, just a tea pot and tea bags in the room. We travel a lot, and we usually know what to expect when we book hotels, but this one was a surprise, unfortunately. Also, there was no one at the front desk ever, but they messaged us a lot about the check out time, reminded us a million times that we have to be out by 10:30 am. It felt a little odd. But there were some positive things about the hotel, of course. The windows are soundproof, so you sleep like a baby. Everything was walking distance, the location was great. There is a coffee/pastry shop just a block away. Tons of restaurants, etc. Again, the most disappointing thing is that the photos of the rooms are misleading, at least for a standard double room. If I saw the original photos, I won't book it.

Excellent hotel on a very quiet street! I would highly recommend this hotel. The soundproofing is wonderful and you are able to get a good night's sleep without disruption. It is within walking distance to all major attractions.

The communication from the manager of this hotel was so great. She checked in a few days prior to our arrival via WhatsApp check-in was very quick and efficient and staff was very kind and attentive. The room itself was much larger than I had imagined based on pictures I was very! The location is very convenient with most places within a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel for the size of room, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and ideal location.

First note that this is not a hotel it is guest house which means it isn’t staffed after the evening. This is not clear in their description. Double deluxe room wasn’t as nice as expected. Pretty dark with a window far from the bed area overlooking a non appealing courtyard. The attendant didn’t act on our request for a room change was quite curt and snappy with answers. Won’t stay here again.

Our return flight was at the end of the day so we left the room on the morning and they kept our luggage until the end of the day when we had to go to the airport, very convenient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back here if we have the chance to.

The staff were all superb which allowed for a very quick check in. Lots of information provided when we were shown to our room, including being provided a map of the local area. They arranged taxis for us to the airport and stored our cases safely on our last day. They are all very accommodating in all areas and we would stay again. Lots of nice little places to eat on the doorstep if you have had a busy day exploring and wanted a bite close to home.

I truly loved my experience with Relais! Even before flying out, the staff was communicating with me trying to make sure our check-in would be smooth. Once there, they were super nice and accommodating. And the room was very clean and comfortable. Relais is located in such a perfect spot in Rome! It allowed us to walk almost anywhere, and if we needed to take a taxi it was easy to get one to Relais. Truly, I cannot say how grateful I am that staying in Relais made our Rome trip such a memorable experience.

Highly recommend this place! Alessandro was great and very helpful at check-in. There were 3 separate places that you needed to use your key card (front door, hallway to your room and your room), so it felt very secure. Air conditioning worked great, the space was very clean. Location was excellent - right in between the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum (about 20 minute walk to each). Definitely would stay again!

Good location. 15 min walk from the train station to the hotel and 15 min walk from the hotel to the steps, fountain, and coliseum. Only time we took the metro was to the Vatican. Rooms are clean and secure. Key required to get in the front door as well as to get on to each floor. Would stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

We had a lovely stay. The property is located near the main attractions and they are easily walkable. We used this more like an apartment than a hotel but it was perfect for my son and I. Staff were really friendly and there is a nice mini bar with soft drinks available for a euro which was a nice touch.

O hotel é bastante confortável e bem localizado para acessar os principais pontos turísticos. Com exceção do Vaticano, a todos os demais pontos fui caminhando. Struttura molto bella, personale molto disponibile; la camera era pulitissima (cosa fondamentale); posizione ottima abbiamo girato a piedi praticamente tutte le attrazioni principali di Roma. Consiglio questo hotel proprio perché è comodo per girare ma soprattutto per il team dell'hotel che come già detto molto disponibili. Se devo trovare una pecca è che non fanno il servizio della colazione ma a 20 metri c'è un bar che ha dei dolci formidabili 😁

Dejligt nyrenoveret værelse i midten af Rom. God seng og godt rummeligt værelse med udsigt til gaden. Rengøringen og servicen fra personalet var i top 👍 God placering tæt på metro, termini og gå afstand til alle de stor attraktioner i centrum. Få meter nede af gaden er der en espressobar hvor man kan starte dagen og spise dejlig morgenmad. Et stort plus var faktisk minibaren hvor vi kunne få forfriskninger for 1€ stykket !

The staff are informative, enthusiastic about Rome and proud to make recommendations about food, tourist visits and general support for our stay. The air conditioning existed and worked incredibly well within our room. This was a relief with the temperature being so high. The room was expertly cleaned and well maintained. The shops cafes and restaurants were all you could hope for and more.
