Great view from the rooftop bar, and a great stopover choice to start a holiday in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was very good too.

What we liked: - bed was very comfortable. What we didn't like: - Service was poor. We were told to go to the rooftop bar while they got our room ready but they forgot about us. It then took quite a while for them to bring the bags up. - The pool is pretty small and only had 4 loungers. - The shower had a curtain which lets water out, so the floor became very slippy and quite dangerous.

I spent 1 night at this beautiful property, and I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and views at sunset. The staff assisted me with arranging airport transportation the next morning. On my next trip to Colombo, I will be sure to stay at this property again.

This is 4 star property with 5 star service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent amenities, easy to get around the city and good access to airport. Great variety of food, also cater well for people with food intolerance.

Trevligt hotell vid hårt trafikerad väg och havet mittemot.Personal med bristande kunskaper i engelska. Rum med sköna sängar & täcken men för höga kuddar. Modernt badrum men vi fick endast vars ett stort badlakan, inga små.Toalettsitsen var ofräsch/dåligt städad. Garderob i badrummet???

Maybe I caught a bad day, but apart from its location, everything screamed of low budget. The staff were friendly and accommodating (and I did feel sorry for them writing this review), but there were no towels in the room and took a couple of hours to replenish, the sink was leaking, when my Uber arrived the staff their told it to move further down onto the road so to make way to some celebrity minister who rocked up (which was funny and insulting), and frankly the whole vibe of the hotel felt it had a strange clientele. I immediately booked Galle Face Hotel for 3 days, swallowed the one night cost - and got a refund for the 2 days after in Radisson. Stay away at all costs

Checked out early. On arrival late at night, had to wait for someone to attend reception. No hairdryer in room so couldn't wash hair after travelling for 20 hours as would have to sleep with wet hair. No response from reception by phone evening or in the morning, having tried several times. Reception didn't tell me on check-in about wi-fi password. 6 people at reception were complaining entry cards not working, in the lift they said that was a daily ocurrence. Information says 24/7 room service but on check-in around 11pm found that it was closed so nothing to eat. The bedroom was oppressive - shame they didn't give more room to the bedroom and less to huge bathroom. For me, tired and hungry the next morning, the decision to check out early was when there was no fresh coffee available at breakfast. Reception staff were surly. I was told they would not give refund for unused nights even though I checked out at 10am. I didn't even want to argue about issues - just booked into another hotel and moved. Life is too short to be stuck in a miserable hotel, not near to facilities, with no coffee at the start of your holiday. You can get better in Colombo for similar money.

Staff were amazing. Friendly and super helpful. The room seemed a bit outdated, and old. Ive stayed at other Radisson hotels and the look and feel is way more modern. But the courteous staff make up for where the hotel fell short.

Good room was given with sea view. Breakfast buffet was great. But when we checked in at around 3 pm on 4th July, we were told our room was not ready and had to wait for about half an hour. Actually what happened was our room was ready and want to given it to someone else. We learn that as we heard the conversation among front office personnel. So we had to demand for rooms to be ready immediatley. As a result we were given an upgraded room. Later someone called and apologized us and offered free breakfast. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars

Staff were amazing. Friendly and super helpful. The room seemed a bit outdated, and old. Ive stayed at other Radisson hotels and the look and feel is way more modern. But the courteous staff make up for where the hotel fell short.

Staff was very kind to me and always helping when needed. I really appreciate their helpfulness. They gave us everything we needed and asked and I have never experienced such a hospitality in my life. I really appreciate especially the nightshift of the hotel and the night time manager. Day time staff was also superiour and always making sure everything is ok.

I liked the property but their room service for food was terrible, had to call front desk repeatedly to contact room service who wasn’t picking up room calls.

Good room was given with sea view. Breakfast buffet was great. But when we checked in at around 3 pm on 4th July, we were told our room was not ready and had to wait for about half an hour. Actually what happened was our room was ready and want to given it to someone else. We learn that as we heard the conversation among front office personnel. So we had to demand for rooms to be ready immediatley. As a result we were given an upgraded room. Later someone called and apologized us and offered free breakfast. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars

Maybe I caught a bad day, but apart from its location, everything screamed of low budget. The staff were friendly and accommodating (and I did feel sorry for them writing this review), but there were no towels in the room and took a couple of hours to replenish, the sink was leaking, when my Uber arrived the staff their told it to move further down onto the road so to make way to some celebrity minister who rocked up (which was funny and insulting), and frankly the whole vibe of the hotel felt it had a strange clientele. I immediately booked Galle Face Hotel for 3 days, swallowed the one night cost - and got a refund for the 2 days after in Radisson. Stay away at all costs

No hairdryer in room so couldn't wash hair after travelling for 20 hours as would have to sleep with wet hair. No response from reception by phone evening or in the morning, having tried several times. Reception didn't tell me on check-in about wi-fi password. 6 people at reception were complaining entry cards not working, in the lift they said that was a daily ocurrence. Information says 24/7 room service but on check-in around 11pm found that it was closed so nothing to eat. The bedroom was oppressive - shame they didn't give more room to the bedroom and less to huge bathroom. For me, tired and hungry the next morning, the decision to check out early was when there was no fresh coffee available at breakfast. Reception staff were surly. I was told they would not give refund for unused nights even though I checked out at 10am. I didn't even want to argue about issues - just booked into another hotel and moved. Life is too short to be stuck in a miserable hotel, not near to facilities, with no coffee at the start of your holiday. You can get better in Colombo for similar money.

1. Classy hotel, Clean, hygienic. 2. Rooms- Clean, Great views. 3. Staff - Polite, helpful, Mr Arafath and his colleagues provided a lot of support for our pleasant stay. 4. Security - the security staff provides you with sense of security and are very polite. 5. Good restaurants in hotel itself. 6. Walking distance from all amneties.

This is 4 star property with 5 star service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent amenities, easy to get around the city and good access to airport. Great variety of food, also cater well for people with food intolerance.

Has a great view from the rooftop bar and an amazing swimming pool on the roof too. There is a gym too. The breakfast is great with a wide selection. Concierge at the main entrance with taxi drop off good also smiling and friendly. The Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming though. Took themselves ta bit oo seriously..
