Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were spotless. Comfy bed and great toiletries. Highly recommend if you are staying in Palermo.

This was probably the best hotel experience I've ever had, and I have been to many places. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient. The staff was beyond accomdating to the point that we were shaking hands and calling each other by our first names on a daily basis. The location was perfect. I will recommend you and be returning in the future. Love you guys! All the best from the USA.

This hotel was a great little find. The amenities were great, especially breakfast selection. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Outstanding. If I am ever back in this city, I would stay there again.
