I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Mina Suites in Monterrey and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The suites are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like having a private apartment than staying in a hotel. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made working from the common area an absolute pleasure, and the team kept bringing me coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop is also a hidden gem. It gets plenty of sunlight in the afternoon and is a great place to unwind. What really stood out to me though was the service. Edwin, the owner, was amazing, genuinely kind and attentive, and even offered to transport my friend who has a disability to a nearby restaurant on his electric tricycle scooter, which meant a lot to us. The entire staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and you can tell they truly care about making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and a personal touch, Mina Suites is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Monterrey.

If you’re looking for somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and a personal touch, Mina Suites is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Monterrey.

The stay was wonderful I would highly recommend this place. We need more botiquín hotels like this one. They thought of everything every little detail was thought out. The only thing is that the pool is right in the center of the lobby I would be nice if it could be on the roof! The view from the lobby is beautiful! The people are very nice and friendly! The entrance is kind of hidden, but there is a bell by the main entrance, but you have to circle around the building to find it. I didn’t try the food, but if I had more time I would have loved to try it as they had a nice selection of food! The staff was very helpful with any information needed, and it was in a central location. It felt like you were at home at this hotelito!

This is a charming and quaint little hacienda hotel. The open air lobby and pool are beautiful and welcoming, and my husband and I lounged on the rooftop nightly after a full day on the town. It's close proximity to Fundidora Park and Barrio Antiguo made it the perfect location for a home base. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

A distinctive style of hotel that felt more like a sanctuary in the middle of the city a few blocks from all the museums, parks, and nightlife. You can see attention to detail in everything from the decoration in the rooms to the windows that overlooked Paseo Santa Lucia. Get sunlight on the terrace and great selection of lounge music. Hands down the best place I've stayed in Monterrey. We will see you again soon.

I travel to Monterrey monthly for business. I got tired of the same old same hotels. This is a cool place. Many places within walking distance to eat. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Really clean and comfortable rooms. The only hotel I’ll use in Monterrey going forward.

Great stay right at the paseo Santa Lucia. Five minute walk to Barrio Antiguo. Big room staff was super friendly and attentive. I will warn those who are early to bed. There's music loudly heard from the restaurant on the Paseo next to the location and from a couple of other spots that will go on until 10 during the the week and 11 on weekends. I didn't mind. But if you go to sleep around 930, well good luck.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy atento, atención personalidad por whats app, instalaciones muy limpias. Lo malo es la habitación que nos tocó (Uranio), ya que no tenía ventana, eso quiere decir que no hay luz natural, se encuentra una puerta que da hacia otra habitación y, aunque ésta no se puede abrir, eso hace que se escuche absolutamente todo lo que se diga y haga entre una y otra habitación, la puerta de acceso a la habitación se encuentra en la calle, lo cual no es muy conveniente ya que se escucha mucho ruido de los autos y las personas que van pasando. Un detalle adicional es que la regadera hace ruidos extraños al abrirla. Por todo lo demás muy bien.
La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy atento, atención personalidad por whats app, instalaciones muy limpias. Lo malo es la habitación que nos tocó (Uranio), ya que no tenía ventana, eso quiere decir que no hay luz natural, se encuentra una puerta que da hacia otra habitación y, aunque ésta no se puede abrir, eso hace que se escuche absolutamente todo lo que se diga y haga entre una y otra habitación, la puerta de acceso a la habitación se encuentra en la calle, lo cual no es muy conveniente ya que se escucha mucho ruido de los autos y las personas que van pasando. Un detalle adicional es que la regadera hace ruidos extraños al abrirla. Por todo lo demás muy bien.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Mina Suites in Monterrey and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The suites are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like having a private apartment than staying in a hotel. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made working from the common area an absolute pleasure, and the team kept bringing me coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop is also a hidden gem. The stay was wonderful I would highly recommend this place. We need more botiquín hotels like this one. They thought of everything every little detail was thought out. The only thing is that the pool is right in the center of the lobby I would be nice if it could be on the roof! The view from the lobby is beautiful! The people are very nice and friendly! The entrance is kind of hidden, but there is a bell by the main entrance, but you have to circle around the building to find it. I didn’t try the food, but if I had more time I would have loved to try it as they had a nice selection of food! The staff was very helpful with any information needed, and it was in a central location. It felt like you were at home at this hotelito!

Great stay right at the paseo Santa Lucia. Five minute walk to Barrio Antiguo. Big room staff was super friendly and attentive. I will warn those who are early to bed. There's music loudly heard from the restaurant on the Paseo next to the location and from a couple of other spots that will go on until 10 during the the week and 11 on weekends. I didn't mind. But if you go to sleep around 930, well good luck.

This is a charming and quaint little hacienda hotel. The open air lobby and pool are beautiful and welcoming, and my husband and I lounged on the rooftop nightly after a full day on the town. It's close proximity to Fundidora Park and Barrio Antiguo made it the perfect location for a home base. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was cute and each room was different. There was a bad storm while we were there and the pipe above our bed leaked, but the owner came out in the middle of the storm and helped move us to a new room which was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was really small, especially for my 6'3" husband. Also the bathroom light in our first room flickered so much it gave me a headache. Other than that, the owners were super nice and helpful, the property was well kept, and we enjoyed our time there.
