This is our second time staying at this location. As usual the hotel staff at the front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of restaurants available. Our family likes this hotel cause of the pool however this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool was very cold and dirty. We informed the front desk immediately that we saw brown dirt in the pool and on the deck that resembled poo. We didnt end up going back in the pool for the rest of our stay and that was very disappointing.

Great stay, excellent hotel! So many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance, and a quick trip to Buffalo U. Solid breakfast and vehicle charging stations as well. Also noted what looks like a brand new ventilation - hotel air and rooms seemed super fresh.

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely professional and very helpful. Our room was very clean and requests for extra towels was made with no problem from staff. the breakfast had many options each day and was replenished the entire time. We loved the fact that they had laundry machines. the machines are free to use just an FYI bring your soap or you can get soap at the desk for a small charge. We didn't bring our pet, however this hotel is pet friendly and we saw many well behaved dogs. This hotel has so many great amenities and is Definity in a fantastic area. We will definitely be staying there again when in the Buffalo area.

Great amount of space in the suite but it was bit run down. Our room had a lot of things we’re not cleaned properly: crumbs on floors, crumbs on the table in the suite, stain in toilet, bathroom counter not fully wiped down and shower had a lot of water stains (maybe time to re-caulk).

The staff that checked us in were nice and friendly but even that can’t make up for the fact that my daughter came home with bedbugs in her luggage. They were in the carpets or her bed. I have never been so discussed after coming home from a trip. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I was highly disappointed in this establishment. Our room was completely dirty. This was not what we were expecting. If we could have left and not been charged we would have. That should have been an option.

Room was not clean! Dishes in the dishwasher still dirty, sticky floor by the kitchen. Out tv also didn’t work- we called front desk and all they did was say they can move us rooms- which we did not want to do as it was late and we had shopping bags and luggage.

I stayed there a year ago and was very impressed. It seems that the property is not managed well and has deteriorated quite a bit….like rust spots and mildew in the shower, sticky kitchen cabinets, etc.

The showers were not clean, really just looked like they werent washed. We asked for a new room and was moved, but conditions were not better. The majority of the dishes were in the dishwasher and when we opened the washer smelt terrible.

It’s was a nice stay. I have to improvement recommendations: -the carpet in the room smelled bad. My guess: someone at some point spilled milk or something perishable. Carpets need to be checked. -no one likes non-lockable sliding bathroom door.

Stayed here after a Niagara Falls stay due to proximity to airport (less than 15 minutes away) and the convenience of a mall across the street. We appreciate their amenities, comfort and convenience. I know it's more about luck, than management, but we had some loud neighbors who didn't settle down till later in the evening. Floors noise insulation could be improved. Bed comfortable. Room huge. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good, they need more seating space if hotel is full. Convenience items good. Front desk staff good. Overall, would recommend for quick stays to/from.

Only issues were we could clearly hear the guests walking around in the room above us. Also, shower stall wasn't totally cleaned when we arrived. Other than that, perfect place to stay. Staff was helpful and polite. Loved the room.

Staff was the best hotel staff I have encountered in a long time. Front desk clerk was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. She deserves a massive raise. But everyone we encountered at this hotel was so friendly and kind. This would have been a 5 star hotel. The room was laid out nicely. Everything was modern and clean. Great kitchenette! Where it loses 2 stars, if not more, is the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable, I'm still not convinced it wasn't a piece of plywood with a sheet thrown over the top of it. I couldn't sleep for more than 40 minutes without waking up in pain. Horrible mattress.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to all if not most shopping areas. There is free parking for guests and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, while I wasn't expecting a luxurious stay, it was difficult to get any good rest in as the walls and floors of the place is very thin and you can hear everyone's movement of the surrounding rooms. It is a family focused hotel so there were many children running up and down halls and yelling through the rooms (not the fault of the hotel but something to keep in mind). The beds were very squeaky and did not exactly feel stable and all the pillows were very flat. I do feel the hotel does need some updating to better provide a restful stay. It was good enough for a 2 night stay but would not recommend for longer.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for four years during our son’s years at UB. One of the main reason is because of its EV charging and friendly staffs breakfast. But this time is very different. Maybe the management changed or poorly managed night shift staffs. We arrived very late and there was a booking error. There were two men at the front desk, the older one was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. After a long day of driving, he refuse to see my proof of booking and told me to call Hotel.com. I had to ask Hotel.com to call him to resolve the error. Doesn’t matter if the error is caused by the hotel or by Hotel.com, I’m expecting someone who’s more willing to work with us who are tired and feel helpless with his unhelpful attitude. The hotel has an every other day cleaning policy, we stayed there three nights no one came to clean or give us any extra towel once. In the last day, we tried to extend an extra night, but everyone told us they were sold out. But I checked Hilton.com, they do have room available and half of the parking lot is empty. It is very obvious that they don’t want customers! I’m referring to night time staffs. We checked out in the morning of our last day, the front desk staffs seems friendly and professional. I have to be fair. Unfortunately we will not be back to this hotel anymore! It’s disappointing!

My family and I had an enjoyable and memorable stay at this Hilton location, thanks to the incredible customer service by two of their staff members - Kristen and Sheeba. Kristen went above and beyond to resolve the room accommodation issue that I encountered upon arrival. She was relentless in her efforts to ensure that my family and I received the room we reserved, and remained committed to responding to our requests and concerns in an expeditious manner throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her passion for delivering exceptional customer service was evident. Sheeba aka Mama Sheeba made my stay feel like I was with family. Her infectious smile and kindness greeted me each morning at breakfast and throughout the day. Sheeba worked tirelessly to ensure the breakfast area was clean and replenished. I will most certainly return to this hotel because of Kristen and Sheeba.

We chose room 504 in the app when checking in. I got notification that my room was changed to 310 and my digital key was available. We went straight to 310, phone unlocked it, it was occupied by other guests. We went to the front desk, the lady that helped us was frustrated but very rude. We had to get key cards for room 509 and 310 was still accessible to us with my phone. When we went into room 509 it said welcome, Lauren on the tv. It was all a big mess and a mistake that should never happen. I booked a king size room and was given 2 queens.

Stayed for a night and we were in a room next to someone who was watching television at max volume until after midnight. Sounded like they were in the room with us. Called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and didn’t. My son used the sink in the room and lettuce floated up from the drain and the disposal did not work to try to get it down. Everything else was average. I understand the hotel staff didn’t blast the tv, but would have been nice to have some assistance in getting the guest to turn down the volume so my sons and I could sleep.

Chose this hotel as it was conveniently located right next to I290 and Trader Joe’s. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Only disappointment was the included breakfast bar as there seemed to be only one employee attending the breakfast area and maybe one chef in the back to service more than 30 guests in the line. Of course some food items would run out, although the blame lies in some guests taking more than their fair share of the hot food items (a little girl ahead of us took the whole plate of potatoes for herself while her mother said nothing). Save yourself the hassle over mediocre breakfast food and find yourself a real restaurant down the road.

Went for a funeral. Didn’t know what to expect, but was very surprised to see stainless appliances, kitchen, nice bathroom and TV. Great bang for the buck. Could somewhat hear the outside environment but by no means bad compared to some places I’ve stayed. Great location with strip mall next door for anything you need and good places to eat. Safe place for families. Free laundry, free breakfast, nice gym and pool. Electric charging station too. Would definitely recommend. Only negatives were a part of the floor was very creaky and the shower pan had rust/dirt spots, but again, nothing bad compared to some places I’ve stayed at.

We stayed here on a family trip to Niagara Falls (two couples, two kids and grandma in two rooms). Pros: the rooms are clean and spacious, and we especially appreciated the extra couch-bed and kitchenette in both rooms. The hotel’s downstairs common area has lots of seating, the gym was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: while the room bathrooms were clean, portions of the grout /caulking in the showers were cracked and stained, which gave them a dated and dingy appearance. We were also there on a holiday weekend (Labor Day), and with so many guests at the hotel, it was easy to hear hallway noise inside our room, and the communal breakfast was pretty chaotic. I would recommend staying here if you need a spacious room (think families or small friend groups) on a budget. This was much less expensive than places closer to the Falls, and was only about 23 minutes away. I would not recommend staying here if you can’t handle a little background noise or don’t like being around groups or families with kids.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast could have a bit more variety, especially for those staying for more than 2-3 nights. The TV in our room stopped operating fully and properly. Staff attempted to fix, but could not.

The rooms were really spacious and clean. The breakfast offering could’ve been done better. They were understaffed and kept running out of everything. I know they tried their best but it was hard when there were a lot of hotel guests.
