It was cheap to stay for a night and we got free bfast. The only thing we didn’t like is the building we are staying is a different building from the pool and the bfast room and the check in area. The pool a decent size but the chlorine is too strong.

Clean and quiet room. Bed was very comfortable! I didn’t like the fact I had to go outside to get to the lobby/ breakfast. Was told to go through breeze way, but doors locked-unable to use my key to access. Same with nightly desserts. Not enough parking.

Really enjoyed the cookies & ice cream in the late evening. (I was a little disappointed that they no longer had the cobbler in the evening, but they had my favorite cookies.) The staff was quite friendly, & helpful. Only thing i didn't like, was that the pool is only 3 foot deep, & very cold!

We were in building 2, on the 3rd floor. The elevator broke as soon as we arrived and we had to use the stairs the rest of the trip. My husband has a bad back, and it was a major inconvenience. They did not notify us other than a sign on the elevator or offer any assistance.

I didn’t like the swimming pool is cold water, grand child didn’t play long cause it was cold water. We thought it would be heated pool. Probably won’t be stay there again.

Clean room. Quiet. Location is near Brandon attractions. Pool is indoor which was nice when it was raining. Pool is small and basic. No towels in pool area. Breakfast was good. They have free cookies and soft serve ice cream after 9 pm.

The hotel is very nice. There are 2 separate buildings however, that are not connected. If you are in the 2nd building you will have to go outside to access the pool. The pool itself is a good size, but the chlorine is very strong. Just sitting in the pool room to watch the kids our eyes were burning from the chlorine. During our stay the elevator was broke. So we climbed stairs a lot going to and from our 4th floor rooms. The staff was very friendly!

The hotel was very nice. The front desk girl during the daytime was so friendly and nice. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast attendant was extremely nice and very Helpful. If I had one complaint would be that we had triouble finding parking because they had a party at the venue that is connected to the hotel so all the parking was taken. I would highly recommend the hotel. It was a great deal for the price of the room.

Hotel was fantastic. Perfect location and it smelled clean! In the lobby, the hallways, the elevator, and especially the room. The room actually smelled new. Only problem was I did t think the bed was very comfy (but my family said they spelt great! Lol). Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, looks to have been recently remodeled, is clearly being well maintained. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Even though right in the middle of Branson, the whole property was quiet, particularly in the room. Breakfast was very good; all items were hot and refilled when running low. All the staff were pleasant and always working. Very nice, would definitely stay there again.

Older hotel in a convenient area. Our room needed a thorough cleaning. Sheets had a stain and so did a towel. We always bring our own sheets and sanitizing wipes just in case. We were glad that we brought them or we would have requested another room.

Check-in was easy, staff friendly. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. The only negative thing was the room was smaller than most places we have stayed, and the bath was small. A large vanity, but was right where you walk in the door. They have a large breakfast area with what i would call a normal breakfast for a hotel. Would stay again. Great for couples.

The motel was great and we liked the price; however the room was super tiny!! my husband and I kept bumping into each other lol. The bathroom was even smaller and the door opened in making it even tinier!! The shower door is glass and on rollers , it’s beautiful but it would not stay shut while you were in The shower !

If you get room 429 get a new room A/C is not working like it should. Contacted them and they said they would have maintenance look at it. Not sure if they did or not but they did give me $50 off the room then. Overall not a terrible hotel. Best part was ice cream and cookies every evening. Pool is cold just wish my room was that cold.

Nice hotel. We had a balcony room, and enjoyed our view. The layout is different as it has two different buildings but it's all located in the same parking lot. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. The staff was super sweet. And our room was clean.

Over all a great place to stay great breakfast hot food. Rooms were clean people were nice. They even have ice cream after 9pm for anyone which I thought was cool. Only thing that sucked was ac was only working about 50 percent so it was a little warm in room I talked to them next day and as we was gone to have fun they fixed it worked great rest of trip. I would definitely give it a 4.8 for sure

Very disappointed in our room. The TVs didn’t work, shower was clogged so it was always close to overflowing, floors dirty. I do have to say the staff at the front desk was great and was always willing to help resolve our issues.

The hotel itself is fine and the girls that work the front desk were very nice and helpful HOWEVER management or whoever is in charge of billing is not. We paid in full in advance for four nights. On our arrival day they charged my card that I gave them for incidentals only for the full price of four nights AGAIN. I called as this was my bank account debit card and now there is hundreds of dollars deducted from my account. The front desk woman was super sweet and did what she could but here we are NINE days later and my money is still not refunded even though they said they have refunded it. The management that is have been communicating with has not apologized even once, has an attitude with me that I keep asking where my money is, and has no empathy for the fact that this placed my account in overdraft and extra expenses because of THEIR mistake of taking out payment for the room that was already paid. I do not recommend this hotel as there is not organization to ensure people are charged correctly and when it happens who knows if you will get your money back and they certainly will not offer anything to compensate for the trouble and stress caused. I expected so much better from a Wyndham hotel. So disappointed. People don’t have care or empathy if it doesn’t effect them. So I continue to wait with my bank account in limbo and out hundreds with no one caring to help.

This was by the worst stay we’ve had in Branson. We completed the pre-registration the same day of our check-in and it went ahead and charged our card. We were able to check in just fine but the next day they said that they were unable to process our payment and they did not receive a payment which was false. They doubled charged our card and blamed it on the “Wyndham company” for charging us the first time. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Very unprofessional. You will get double charged. Lady at the front desk made an irresponsible comment that was helping us. Please avoid this hotel…we don’t want someone experiencing what we did.

I stayed here with my son for a few days at the end of July. On the last night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the power went out. I noticed because the room became very hot as the air conditioner went out. I attempted to text the number that they give you if you have any questions… no response. I tried to call the number to the hotel… no answer. I figured the power would be back on shortly and tried to go back to sleep. Well the power was out for hours!! It was soooo hot, and dark, and actually quite scary! I was afraid to leave the room or hotel because I didn’t know if I would be able to get back in with the key card. Thank goodness my son slept through it… but I was miserable. I didn’t get any sleep and had a 12-hour drive home the next morning. Never got a response from anyone. Even tried messaging the hotel through hotels.com and again no response.

Cheryl at the front desk was fantastic and needs to be rewarded for excellence in customer service. Loved the food at breakfast and the dessert bar at night. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very close to shopping too. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The entrance to the motel was the same entrance to the outlet mall making it difficult to get to at times. The bed was not very comfortable. But we still enjoyed our trip.

Excellent location, in outlets parking lot, halfway between most Branson attractions. We requested an indoor access room, and we’re happy with what we got. Although next to a hotel being demolished, this one is fine with soft beds, simple breakfast, and evening snacks.

Breakfast was great! Employees were great! Room was clean, except for a stain on lounge chair. Bed was comfortable. Great location! Negative… elevator was not working in our building, so we could not have the top floor unless we wanted to climb stairs with all our luggage. Very small room. Towels are small and thin. There wasn’t a luggage cart in our building . Had to go to front desk in another building to ask where it was. The motel in front that backs up to this property is closed and vacant with chain link fencing around it. It looks terrible and creepy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. But, the breakfast was a disaster…the eggs and sausage couldn’t be real! Just stick with waffles and cereal and it’ll be fine. The coffee was horrible as well. I probably would have done better making the coffee in the room. The staff was nice and the rooms were sufficient! I’m sure we will stay here again.

Could upgrade some things to make stay nicer, switch up breakfast, toilet paper hard, another chair in room or something to set luggage on.
