The Snug Townhouse

This hotel is located right I. The middle of Quay street close to all the activities. In fact it’s directly across from the Quays Bar which is convenient but also noisy. The bar opens late so the noise doesn’t come down until after 2 AM. Our room faces the street and we had to use the provided ear plugs. Other rooms not on the Quay street may be quieter. Our room was simple but was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly too. Would stay again and ask for a quieter room.

Right in the Latin Quarter. Very noisy at night and in the morning we listened to the conversation of the couple right next to our room. Note there is no elevator and we were up 3 staircases. Reception did offer to help us with our suitcases. No parking on site but was close by. Parking lot was super tight to get in and park but you get a discount so only 12 euros for 24 hours. Hard to pull suitcases across cobblestone. Tiny room but clean and well organized.

Look, the rooms are small. Don’t expect a ton of space but the hotel is literally named “snug” so. On another note, it’s clean, comfortable, and everything a solo traveler would need.

Paid for the ‘roomier room’ it was still quite small. Ok for one night. Midweek so street noise was ok.

Excellent location, easy checkin . Very clean. I would suggest that it strongly note that the townhouse for four people requires a lot of stairs which would be impossible for anyone with a disability. Overall for us it was great
