We always choose this hotel when staying in Phoenix to watch the Diamondbacks play! Their breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Only problem is parking.. there is a lot that you can pay at that’s covered parking.

Our room was very clean. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean. There is a restaurant downstairs in lobby area that has happy hour, we didn’t get to try as they closed at 10pm on a Wednesday night. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The onsite coffee shop (they make Starbucks coffee) was operated by the same person who was checking guests in and out so we were not able to buy coffee because she was busy with guests. Also $44 for all day valet seemed too much. There is self parking at a parking garage near by but they also charge around $35 for all day.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. The employees were also friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was the parking situation. Before arriving, we called to ask about parking and were given different information than what we were told when we checked in. We later found out that the parking area is about a block away from the hotel. While we understood that parking required an additional fee, having to park a block away and carry all of our luggage to the hotel was inconvenient, especially since we weren’t given clear information beforehand. Aside from the parking situation, we really enjoyed the hotel and were very happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and service. I would still recommend staying here, but I do think the parking process and communication could be improved.
