The location of the property is good as you can walk down the boardwalk either way for miles and find a thousand shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was also great. Breakfast was pretty good. My complaints really stem from the quality of the build, walls were so thin you can here everything we turned a noise machine on our phones full blast to drown it out. They also only put one sheet on the bed like it was prison. They clearly do this to encourage you to keep the AC down but this combined with extremely uncomfortable cheap mattresses ruined our hotel stay. If they upgraded the bed/sheet situation it could be considered a loud 3.5-4 star hotel. Right now much closer to a 2.5 star hotel until that’s fixed. Also pool and jacuzzi were not heated.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, it was absolutely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful the restaurant food was outstanding, we booked bed and breakfast but ended up eating in the evening to, so much choice, food always hot and the presentation was as good as any 5 star hotel. The sky bar on the roof was great not only to sunbathe during the day but to sit up there in the evening watching the sunset was a delight.

El hotel se encuentra situado en un entorno perfecto, primera línea de playa, todo muy nuevo y limpio, habitación amplia , el personal del restaurante lo mejor, son de lo mejor bellísimas personas y muy cordiales, tod@s. La comida muy buena. Lo único que le falta es una piscina climatizada con jacuzzi, tipo Spa. Aun así volveremos.

This hotel will take some beating in Benalmadena. I have no complaints about anything here, it was all great. During our stay there was a happy hour every day from 5.00-6.00, drinks were two for the price of one. Would definitely say here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the pool was cold again and in our room there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed, even though there was room for a large chair.

Stayed at many hotels and apartments in the area and Las Arenas was magnificent. Nice, modern reception, comfortable bar/lounge area, excellent happy hour between 1700-1800 hrs each day, superb breakfast and unbelievable rooftop bar. Would highly recommend Las Arenas.

Positif : emplacement, hôtel pas trop grand, amabilité personnel de réception, du restaurant, du skybar et femmes de ménage. Chambre spatieuse, lit confortable, empreinte écologique. A améliorer : parking, nous sommes arrivés pour le check in et l'agence de location de voiture nous a dit de remettre les clés à la réception mais aucune place. L'agence de location était fermée, nous avons réussi à joindre quelqu'un qui a récupéré la voiture plus loin, et nous avons dû marcher avec nos bagages jusqu'à l'hôtel. Nous avons demandé une chambre calme avec vue sur mer frontale, nous étions face à un arbre, au 1er étage avec les nuisances nocturnes jusqu'au petit matin. Petit déjeuner et diner un peu pauvre et en qualité surtout. Présence de cafard et blattes dans l'hôtel ( en juillet..doit-on s'en plaindre.. :-) ). Really nice hotel, room was nice, food was decent. All the staff were lovely. It's not the quietest location next to the road but I never really noticed. I didn't book parking ahead of time so was unable to use the car park. We were on the 6th floor and the music on the roof bar was loud in our room with lots of stomping about. Again not a massive issue for me but a sensitive person might not enjoy it. Would definitely recommend.

It has a good location , beach front, you can go easily to walk and fine food restaurant around. I didn’t like my room , was not clean when I arrived , super bad smell in the room, like if they just used the bathroom , there was room hair in the toilet, in the phone and in the bed. I ask for changing my room and they told me there was not anymore room but they had because I check in expedía and they gave me the option to book more rooms . The lady was not nice.

We stayed for 3 nights in March. Our first impression was of a bright, spacious and spotlessly clean foyer. Upstairs was no exception and we really enjoyed our stay. We were in room 625 which had a sideway view of the sea. Huge, comfortable bed, decent size wardrobe with a safe, big bathroom with a large shower. Fridge in room too. Service was good with everyone we interacted with being really helpful and friendly. We were able to pay a bit extra for late checkout which was appreciated too. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was a really good selection: continental, cereals, breads, pastries, hot UK breakfast, and lots of fruit. The hotel is right across the road from the sea and about a 20min walk from the marina. Really happy with our choice and would highly recommend.

Everything at Las Arenas was perfect from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are excellent and facilities/location are magnificent. Stayed here 3 times in 12 months and definitely the best hotel in the area.

Very good hotel, modern, clean & comfortable rooms. Food was excellent and wish I’d booked half board not b&b. Location good though think I prefer Torro to Benalmádena. Only down point was getting pool towels change was a hassle as only able to swap in a 1 hour window each day.

le confort des matelas est en fonction des catégories réservées. comme il y a un espace d environ 4 a 5 cm entre la porte d entrée et le plancher, c est bruyant et laisse passer la lumière des corridors.

We were in room 625 which had a sideway view of the sea. Huge, comfortable bed, decent size wardrobe with a safe, big bathroom with a large shower. Fridge in room too. Service was good with everyone we interacted with being really helpful and friendly. We were able to pay a bit extra for late checkout which was appreciated too. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was a really good selection: continental, cereals, breads, pastries, hot UK breakfast, and lots of fruit. Perfect! The only thing to complain was that the rooms were not very soundproof and on the 6th floor you could hear everything from the rooftop (eg. when someone was moving chairs and tables). Compliments to everyone from the restaurant, especially to Juan and Micky! Always very helpful, always smiling.

Property seemed little dated. Rooms did not have the best sound insulation. We could hear TVs playing from the guests next to us ans above us especially when in bathroom with sounds coming in from the vents (very weird). Overall the experience was fine, balcony was missing a handle but it was fixed immediately, check in and check out process went fine. Just expected more from a 4 star hotel but for its location and our needs it worked fine.

It has a good location , beach front, you can go easily to walk and fine food restaurant around. I didn’t like my room , was not clean when I arrived , super bad smell in the room, like if they just used the bathroom , there was room hair in the toilet, in the phone and in the bed. I ask for changing my room and they told me there was not anymore room but they had because I check in expedía and they gave me the option to book more rooms . The lady was not nice.

Really friendly staff, who helped us book a hire car gave advice on restaurants and always happy to book us taxis which only took a few minutes to arrive. Breakfast was nice plenty of choice again friendly staff always made to feel welcome in every part of the hotel. upon arrival we were early so had the use of the baggage room changed by the pool then took off to the beach. We had a call to say our room was ready and then were upgraded to a beautiful corner top floor over looking the sea which wwas perfect for watching the sunrise.

We travelled in a group and enjoyed our stay. Beach is right across the hotel. Some rooms had renovated bathrooms, other old ones. Breakfast and dinner variety was really nice, but it was very loud atmosphere while eating, we could not have proper conversations. Staff was really nice and from the skybar it is a beautiful view. Parkingspaces nearby are difficult to get.

Location was good, especially when travelling with a baby you can walk everywhere, to the shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Very clean and staff absolutely amazing. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, maybe a little updating is needed in the bathrooms. The pool area was nice but unfortunately the food menu and quality was very poor. We had to go out for lunch. Finally a small but important detail the hotel lifts took forever. All in all an ok place to stay!

Very good hotel, modern, clean & comfortable rooms. Food was excellent and wish I’d booked half board not b&b. Location good though think I prefer Torro to Benalmádena. Only down point was getting pool towels change was a hassle as only able to swap in a 1 hour window each day.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, it was absolutely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful the restaurant food was outstanding, we booked bed and breakfast but ended up eating in the evening to, so much choice, food always hot and the presentation was as good as any 5 star hotel. The sky bar on the roof was great not only to sunbathe during the day but to sit up there in the evening watching the sunset was a delight.
