Even though our stay was during the soft opening period... the noise was construction noise was minimum and relatively unobtrusive. Surrounded by rice paddies and rain forest and beside the fresh bubbling brook, the room was peaceful and relaxing. We walked to the Ubud Yoga Centre daily - approx 25-30 min walk. The staff were exceptional during our 6 nights stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. Not accomodating a late check-out in our own room, was our only criticism as the midnight flight back to Australia requires some support, yet the continued access to pool, shower and facilities in our last few hours was wonderful even without our own extended room.

Truly feel a wonderful experience at Gdas. The staffs are so gorgeous, Sri and Arik help me a lot. My healing consultation with Dewi deeply touched my emotions!\xa0 All the rooms have luxury bedding, sparkling clean, authentic Balinese decor. Spend a bit more and get a room with a private plunge pool. Doing morning yoga classes, you can choose between open-air yoga studio or hot yoga. Having heard about their wellness center from the staff, sounds amazing. I am not vegan, but I love their vegan dishes, can feel the authentic Balinese dishes! One of the most beautiful places to stay near Ubud. The spa facilities and staff are exceptional. The bathtub overlooking the rice paddy fields are an absolute beauty! The rooms are spacious and wonderful facilities throughout.

GDAS is a wonderful hotel - everything from the rooms to the pool and restaurant (delicious vegan food). The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Note that the hotel is still under construction - did not interfere with our stay of 5 days. We had access to nearby private club to use the facilities. The gym at GDAS was partially open - beautiful gym with all kinds of equipment. There's a shuttle to Ubud center.

Amazing food, wonderful staff and beautiful property! I loved the interior and attention to detail. The pool was really nice with a great lush view. Delicious Balinese vegan food, “Tuung Menyatnyat” was so nice. There were free shuttle to Ubud which was great, took about 10 min to the center. I joined the daily yoga classes in the morning and had a massage during my stay. I really recommend both! Thank you guys for making my stay magical! Everything will be complete once their wellness center is open. Definitely will be back again!

What an amazing and beautiful estate right outside of ubud - this hotel is a sanctuary and the service of the entire staff is outstanding! The rooms are beautiful, the views are beautiful and the gym and the yoga shalas are perfectly equipped! They even have a hot yoga studio! Breakfast and food quality is amazing, 10/10 experience

The place is beautiful! My room was stunning I had one of the villas. The only annoying thing was the spa wasn’t open (still not built ) and that was one of the reasons I chose to go there and was told only after I made the payment. Other than that it was great and Juan assisted me and was a great help taking me to the temple etc. lovely staff and beautiful location and rooms

The property was still under construction, and unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the spa services. Additionally, there was a Kundalini retreat taking place, which made the spa area inaccessible during the workshop. I found this quite disappointing, as it restricted access for other guests. That said, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the food was excellent.

This was an exceptional stay from the moment we arrived. For Ubud, this is really a special hotel. It is quiet, tranquil. With delicious vegan food and great facilities to swim, relax and have the amazing time. The hotel has 3 saunas, 2 pools, 2 cold plunge pools… The staff was very attentive and offered us welcoming and caring service throughout our stay.

Our stay at GDAS gave us a new perspective and appreciation for a resort experience. GDAS is where to stay when visiting Bali. The attention to details and guest preferences is outstanding. From the airport pick up to departure, we felt like VIPs. Actually, more like family!! Everyone greeted us by name and with a welcoming smile. You can tell that GDAS is ranked high among the best places to work in Ubud (perhaps all of Bali) and it shows by the staff’s energy and enthusiasm to service each guest. The environment is serene and calming. Gracefully situated overlooking rice fields, there is a peace and calm that overcomes you. The rooms are meticulously kept and offers a warmness just like you’re at home. The connectedness that GDAS has within the village is felt throughout. Every transaction was genuinely authentic and heartfelt. The food at Tangi is satisfying and “clean eating” at its finest. Talk about tickling the taste buds. Every dish was tasty and full of fabulous flavors. We highly recommend GDAS, even if for one night. The standards are so high that future stays anywhere else won’t be the same.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our room was so nice and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us. There was construction going on the grounds of the hotel, but we did not really notice it when we were in our room. The resort is 100% vegan. I didn’t realize this until we arrived. Everyone kept saying you won’t tell the difference with their food. As an avid meat eater I definitely could tell the difference, but the food was still good.

G’DAS was one of the best stays I have had at a hotel in quite some time. The attention to detail and service, albeit with elegance and unobtrusive, was the best for our tastes. Small surprises and big results at this property. Beautiful and modern, the resort retains the old world charm of Balinese traditions. I will be back.

There was construction going on the grounds of the hotel, but we did not really notice it when we were in our room. The resort is 100% vegan. I didn’t realize this until we arrived. Everyone kept saying you won’t tell the difference with their food. As an avid meat eater I definitely could tell the difference, but the food was still good.

The staff were exceptional during our 6 nights stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. This was an exceptional stay from the moment we arrived. For Ubud, this is really a special hotel. It is quiet, tranquil. With delicious vegan food and great facilities to swim, relax and have the amazing time. The hotel has 3 saunas, 2 pools, 2 cold plunge pools… The staff was very attentive and offered us welcoming and caring service throughout our stay.

Note that the hotel is still under construction - did not interfere with our stay of 5 days. We had access to nearby private club to use the facilities. Amazing food, wonderful staff and beautiful property! I loved the interior and attention to detail. The pool was really nice with a great lush view. Delicious Balinese vegan food, “Tuung Menyatnyat” was so nice. There were free shuttle to Ubud which was great, took about 10 min to the center. I joined the daily yoga classes in the morning and had a massage during my stay. I really recommend both! Thank you guys for making my stay magical! Everything will be complete once their wellness center is open. Definitely will be back again!

From the airport pick up to departure, we felt like VIPs. Actually, more like family!! Everyone greeted us by name and with a welcoming smile. You can tell that GDAS is ranked high among the best places to work in Ubud (perhaps all of Bali) and it shows by the staff’s energy and enthusiasm to service each guest. The environment is serene and calming. Gracefully situated overlooking rice fields, there is a peace and calm that overcomes you. The rooms are meticulously kept and offers a warmness just like you’re at home. The connectedness that GDAS has within the village is felt throughout. Every transaction was genuinely authentic and heartfelt. The food at Tangi is satisfying and “clean eating” at its finest. Talk about tickling the taste buds. The property was still under construction, and unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the spa services. Additionally, there was a Kundalini retreat taking place, which made the spa area inaccessible during the workshop. I found this quite disappointing, as it restricted access for other guests. That said, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the food was excellent.

Close to Ubud but out of the way so more peaceful. A really nice hotel super friendly staff and a destination in itself. Wow what an amazing hotel. The staff was so great, the room was amazing beautiful. I would live here if I could. The spa connected was great for steam room, saunas, cold plunge and the pools. The room with the paddy view was the best thing I experienced. The hospitality was soo good. Location is great as well I loved my stay I didn’t leave the hotel for 2 days just staying on site and enjoying.
