Hotel muito confortável, silencioso, estacionamento fechado, mas sem cobertura. Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade. Quarto e banheiro amplo. Restaurante no hotel. De frente para o mar.

Hotel con excelente ubicación si quieres al lado de la playa, en el sector tambien encontraras restaurant bien calificados. Si no vas en vehículo tienes que usar servicio de Uber, in drive o taxi, en nuestro caso no fue necesario ya que son 36m caminando al centro de la ciudad por lugar bien habilitado y grato. En cuanto al servicio de hotel el desayuno (de pago extra) es variado y puede ser muy contundente (depende de lo bueno que seas para comer) ofrece alternativas dulces y saladas, fruta de la estación, jugos, te, diferentes tipos de café. Lo negativo es falta de mesas cuando a todos se nos ocurre bajar a la misma hora, en chile no hay costumbre de compartir mesa cuando tienes demás espacio, por mi parte yo comparto. Recomiendo no tomar todos los días el servicio de desayuno ya que en la ciudad encuentras buenos lugares que te ofrecen ese servicio y a menor costo y con alternativas de empanaditas de mariscos( por si te gustan).La limpieza a veces se notaba muy superficial en la habitación. Cercano a la recepción hay un dispensador de agua con pepino, u otros muy bueno, lo malo es que casi nunca tenían vasos limpios y la bandeja de los sucios llena, pero se solucionaba pidiendo y listo. Bueno lo que mas interesa es como es el hotel, ofrece varios servicios y depende en que plan de estadía vas, es comodo, y tiene una excelente habitación y baño bien equipado. Buena atencion.

Great location right on the beach. The staff is fantastic and always ready to help. Carmen is wonderful. The restaurant has great food at a really great price. Do yourselves a favor and get tge included breakfast. My partner worked out in the gym everyday. The pool is perfect

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto amplo, restaurante, café da manhã muito farto, ótima estrutura. Só a garagem que poderia ser coberta, mas isso não é um problema.

I made a reservation for the biggest room. Mini fridge: empty. I asked for 3 water bottles at 3 AM. I have to go to the front desk to get them twice, one for pick them up and then another one to grab my wallet and for them. I asked them to charge it to my room, the answer was NO. Coach need a new fabric, windows needs to be cleaned also. Very dissapounted.

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and restaurant food offerings were varied and tasty. Breakfast provided lots of options to guests. Nearby restaurants are excellent. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city Much awareness of surroundings should be exercised by those choosing to walk the distance to the nearby shopping mall or further to the City centre.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at, including our travels in the United States. Everything is very clean and up to date. The aesthetic is also really cool. The breakfast buffet and restaurant area is beautiful and the lobby is spacious and comfortable - perfect for visiting with friends. The restaurant staff are also very polite and attentive. Our room had a sea view and it was amazing! We had a great view of the beach and El Morro with the Christ statue and flag. The room was also gorgeous. It looked just a nice as the pictures, if not better. It was also quite spacious and it and the bathroom were laid out very well. This might be silly, but the different lighting options in the room and bathroom were really nice. The bed was also super comfortable and the room was quiet. I seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel. If we ever find ourselves in Arica again, we will definitely stay here.

Gostamos muito do conforto dos quartos e da gentileza da equipe. O restaurante também é muito bom, com boa variedade e qualidade dos pratos.

Amazing place, best Hotel in Arica, great breakfast and really friendly and helpful staff. Only problem might be that there is a nightclub near by that might be an issue on weekends for light sleepers.

Foi otima! Fora o pessoal receber em dólares e não ter troco para dar. E não podem devolver nem em pesos chilenos. Não sei como querem q pague em dólar se não tem troco. Então para ter i Iva somente com cartão

Loud neighborhood, not acustic protected rooms, terrible paying system, not resourceful staff, not prepared staff for handling emergencies, false fire alarms not handled correctly that interrupted all night sleep.

La recepcionist que nos atendio fransisca creo su nombre excelle te atrencion nos dejamos un saludo por su sttencion en el li ro de recomendaciones

pésimo, al llegar reservamos 2 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales , al hacer el check in nos dicen que no tiene. el establecimiento ese tipo de habitación , lo cual les muestro que en hotels figura y de hecho la reservamos. Me dice que es un problema de la página , NO del hotel. Solicitamos la presencia de un gerente y nos dicen que a partir del lunes por la mañana . Nos ofrecen agregar una cama ( impresentable) al lado de la cama doble , lo cual accedimos (veníamos viajando en moto , eran las 22.30 hs y demoramos en hacer aduana 5 horas . ( sino me hubiera ido a otro hotel ) pero lo peor viene ahora , cuando realizamos el cheli in , habiendo abonado y habiéndonos entregado las tarjetas de la habitación , nos dicen que debemos abonar 20 dólares por cada cama extra , una verdadera estafa . ellos nos vendieron habitación con dos camas individuales , el problema es del hotel , no nuestro como usuarios . Así que no solamente no nos resolvieron el problema, sino que nos estafaron contándonos por una cama impresentable 20 dolares . una pena porque el hotel es bellísimo y las instalaciones muy buenas , pero el personal es malísimo .

Es un lindo hotel, solo que la recepcion nunca respondió el citofono y por ende se nos paso la hora del desayuno.

Muy buen hotel para quienes desean conocer la ultima ciudad chile frente al Pacifico antes de cruzar a Perú. Muy buena playa. Mall muy bueno a pocos minutos en automovil

El hotel en infraestructura esta muy bien, sus habitaciones son muy agradables y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar y descansar, el personal a excepción de la recepcionista son poco amables y la comida que tienen en su carta deja mucho que desear.

We went down to have breakfast with over ann hour left for breakfast and immediately left the property as it was almost empty of anything but meat, seemed like the other choices we few and there was no staff to be seen. Sure glad we did not pay for a breakfast included rate!!

the rooms are big and comfortable, the food is excellent has a very good menu that can compete with the best restaurants in Arica, all the service was great and people very kind.

Para la categoria del hotel no daban agua en las habitaciones ni tampoco locion para el cuerpo. Desayuno bastante sencillo.

Housekeeping did a good job. Restaurant/BAR staff were unfriendly.
