Hotel moderno, aconchegante, 2 bons restaurantes, ótima vista da cidade e boa academia de ginástica. Boa localização, perto de shopping e metrô. Sugestão de melhoria é que a academia de ginástica tem apenas uma esteira ergométrica, deveria ser colocado MAIS uma ou duas esteiras. A crítica é que foi informado pelo Hotels.com que receberíamos um drink de boas vindas, mas a recepção do hotel informou que não tínhamos direito a essa cortesia e não nos deu o drink.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, and the location is incredibly safe and clean. The view from the rooftop is incredible however the restaurant is really overpriced. The only reason I am rating this a 4 out of 5 star instead of the full 5 is for the amenities. The gym is really subpar and we couldn’t use the pool the entire time we were there because the water was incredibly murky/cloudy and the patio furniture was filthy. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the staff know how to properly balance the pool chemicals and they just keep adding more instead of changing the water or troubleshooting their technique. The patio rooftop needs a deep clean badly and the rooftop restaurant/bar - which is open to the public - is glued to the hotel pool so there is zero privacy. It’s unfortunate since it’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the amenities.

Rommet var rent og fint med fantastisk utsikt. Komfortable senger og fint bad. Fin beliggenhet. Bra med parkering. Litt tungvint at man ikke kunne stoppe å sette av bagasjen ved inngang til resepsjon, men måtte dra den opp fra parkeringskjeller.

The hotel is well located with modern finishes but starting to see some wear in the rooms. Pool is nice but limited space to lounge as it is occupied primarily by bar/restaurant. Gym is poorly equipped. Staff were lovely.

This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. Rooftop area has constant beating music and it gets tiresome. And spa is restricted as one must have reservation and limited in time. I understand it’s a small space but hotel guests should get priority and greater flexibility. Staff are great and rooms are super comfortable! Great option to stay at in Las Condes.

Front desk staff felt very robotic. The hotel could benefit from more hospitality training and flexibility so guests don’t feel like an inconvenience. I had to book an extra night, and they couldn’t honor the rate I had on the app. Early check-in and late check-out were automatically charged with no attempt to find a middle-ground solution. The front desk was not very helpful overall. The breakfast restaurant staff was excellent — very friendly, understanding, and genuinely service-oriented. The room was okay, but the bathroom had visible dirt (soap dispenser was dirty, bottom of the door, walls, shower head had dirt also). Towels were very old, dull in color, and didn’t smell fresh.

Der Zustand des Badezimmers im Zimmer 510 ist katastrophal. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer 711 ist etwas besser. Das Reinigungspersonal sollte mehr Zeit bekommen, um die Badezimmer zu säubern, anstatt die Aufzüge zu putzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich. Danke an Laura O. für ihre Arbeit.

Um horror! O chuveiro tava furado do lado! A água batia na parede! O box não vedav a água correu passou do banheiro foi até a porta e o roupeiro o piso todo sujo imundo o box cheio de mofo o aonde pegava pra abri o chuveiro tava verde saindo pedaço um nojooo! A cuba da pia tava trincada a mesa da pia e mesa da escrivaninha tava destruída toda riscada a porta do frigobar não tinha mais e as outras portas caindo! O ar-condicionado não funcionava fora tava 10 graus e o quarto tava 23! E não me trocaram de quarto falaram que só trocando o chuveiro e a pia e o ar como? Como me colocaram em um quarto sem condições! Hotéis.com não é mais sinônimo de tranquilidade pois que é isso né?

Ficar hospedado no ICON é incluir uma experiência a mais a viagem a Santiago. A vista do quarto do hotel é espetacular. O quarto é amplo, confortável, modelo e lindo. O café da manhã é correspondente a categoria do hotel. A equipe é atenciosa e extremamente educada. O hotel fica localizado a pouquíssimos metros de uma estação do metrô, o que permite um fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. A poucos passos de distância há uma galeria com lojas de todos os tipos e casas de câmbio, além de um supermercado ao lado da galeria. Foi a minha quarta estadia no ICON e seguramente, recomendo a hospedagem neste hotel.

Achei o hotel lindo, mas senti falta de um bom chuveiro ( o nosso era fraco e a água saía muito quente). Não gostei do fato da pia ser dentro do quarto (não dentro do banheiro), isso prejudica a privacidade. O secador de cabelo era fraco e o fio muito curto para alcançar a cabeça. O ferro de passar roupas não esquentava. Café da manhã com poucas frutas.

We stayed here 5 nights, in February Firstly check in begins at 3 pm so everyone turns up to check in at 3pm except the staff so there’s a very long line. My advice is dump your bags and come back around 5 pm. Rooms were noisy from a fan running even though we turned the AC off. Our shower head was half functioning with the small shower head pointing towards the corner of the shower which leaked! The breakfast and dining staff are just great and service was excellent, friendly and welcoming The rooftop bar however was the complete opposite and it cannot possibly be run by the same company. The pool looks nice but small and there are far too few loungers for the number of guests. I didn’t try the spa It’s an ok location but probably wouldn’t stay there.

Quarto Corner - peguei esse hotel e esse quarto pra ter visão das cordilheiras. Visão maravilhosa. Hotel bem estruturado. Café mto bom, paguei a parte mas valeu a pena. Estrutura pouco mais antiga mas bem confortável.

O hotel é bem bonito e fica em uma região nobre de Santiago, próximo à estação de metrô e alguns restaurantes e shoppings. O café da manhã é bom, e o local conta com estacionamento (incluso na minha diária). O Wi-Fi do hotel é péssimo. No meu quarto o único lugar que funcionava era no banheiro. Staff that received me was extremely rude when I asked why they charge for an OBLIGATORY deposit fee when I never had other hotels charging me for it unless o wanted them to have a registers card in card in case of additional services within the hotel. I said no, I wasn’t cool with it because they withhold $50 per each day I am on the hotel, that’s taking needed credit from my CC and I had already paid for the hotel reservation in advanced, they gave me no choice or solution. His reply was” it’s a hotel policy, we can’t do anything about, you can go on and telling me not to agree with the fee and nothing is going to change” BEWARE HIDDEN FEES I had to do what they said - so beware that you will need to have enough money or credit to go to this place so they put a credit hold on your card $50 for each day you are staying there. Unfortunately I have an 8 reservation paid for so that $400 I had to set aside for their security deposit. NICE ROOFTOP but very EXPENSIVE and again VERY BAD SERVICE besides that the place is very nice and it has a very good top roof but is very expensive and the service is very bad. I sad in a table an waited for about 20 mins and nobody came to provide service so I left. Check in was horrible. I wanted to pay for the stay with a debit card, and then they wanted to charge me 20% extra for the room!! Because we had several rooms and several nigths that was 500USD extra, something I did not want to pay. I offered to do a direct bank transfer, but they claimed a copy of the payment from my bank was not good enogh, they do only trusted a bank transfer when it was arrived in their account, as is anyone can stop a SWIFT transfer... In the end they sent me in a taxi to a bank that was closed for the day, I found a atm 300m from the hotel where I took out chilean pesos, then exhanged them to USD as they only accepted USD in Chile -their own currency was not accepted unless I wanted to pay 20% extra for the rooms. They tried to tell me that this is they way it works in Chile, but that is not the truth. I have paid with a debit card in several other hotels in Chile and with no problems and with no extra add on for it. This is only this specific hotel that is VERY difficult, another guest I met had 20% extra for the room charged to his card without him being informed about it on forehand. The check in seriously took away from the whole stay, and unfortunately the rest did not make up for the unpleasant start of they stay.

Front desk staff felt very robotic. The hotel could benefit from more hospitality training and flexibility so guests don’t feel like an inconvenience. I had to book an extra night, and they couldn’t honor the rate I had on the app. Early check-in and late check-out were automatically charged with no attempt to find a middle-ground solution. The front desk was not very helpful overall. The breakfast restaurant staff was excellent — very friendly, understanding, and genuinely service-oriented. The room was okay, but the bathroom had visible dirt (soap dispenser was dirty, bottom of the door, walls, shower head had dirt also). Towels were very old, dull in color, and didn’t smell fresh.

El hotel es muy bonito y recomendable. Solo advertir que desapareció de mi cuarto un collar swarowski. Lo dejé sobre la cómoda un día y al regresar ya no estaba. Recomiendo usar la caja de seguridad. El hotel no hizo nada al respecto.

Pésima experiencia, deberían quitarle el vip acceso, al decir que era por Xpedia u hoteles.com el trato fue malísimo, incluso el personal del check in cuestionó que tenía unos tragos de cortesía, nos hicieron sentir pésimo con mi señora por pedirlos, finalmente me los pasó pero molesto ya que según él no correspondía, a pesar de tener dinero para comprar lo exigimos ya que por algo estaban en la reserva, el lugar está bien ubicado y podría cumplir las expectativas si cambiarán a todo su personal en general todos eran largos y desagradables sin ánimo de ayudar, hoteles.com se debería de preocupar de no trabajar con estos hoteles que no cumplen la política ya que yo todos mis viajes los hago a través de ustedes pero esto es decepcionante cuando uno se encuentra con estos hoteles que solo tienen vip acceso solo para engañar a los clientes

Worst hotel experience in over 40 years! Lied too, insulted, treated like an inconvenience, disrespected and to quote reception Mateus when the air conditioning didn’t work (room 28 degrees) ‘you can just go to another hotel’ (at 10 pm at night?) plus and I quote ‘I ready don’t care about your situation’. Even the second bedroom air conditioning struggled to cope and the temperature was cooler outside. They have refused to refund the first sleepless nights accommodation due to 28 degrees and a fan that was like a turbine. This hotel should be renamed CON not ICON!

Ficar hospedado no ICON é incluir uma experiência a mais a viagem a Santiago. A vista do quarto do hotel é espetacular. O quarto é amplo, confortável, modelo e lindo. O café da manhã é correspondente a categoria do hotel. A equipe é atenciosa e extremamente educada. O hotel fica localizado a pouquíssimos metros de uma estação do metrô, o que permite um fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. A poucos passos de distância há uma galeria com lojas de todos os tipos e casas de câmbio, além de um supermercado ao lado da galeria. Foi a minha quarta estadia no ICON e seguramente, recomendo a hospedagem neste hotel.

Loverly hotel located in a safe neighborhood called Las Condes. Icon Hotel is a bit far away from the city center, but one can easily get there with Metro Red Line. It only takes about 20 mins. SKYCLUB23, Icon Hotel's rooftop bar, was great and our group spent the whole evening there twice!

Es la 4ta vez que me hospedo en el Icon, me gustan su ubicación y sus instalaciones. La cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno muy completo el personal muy amable y la atención es muy cálida. No me ofrecieron un up grade de categoria, siendo que ml reserva podría haberla tenido. Solicite batas me dijeron que no “incluía” batas mi reserva. Detalles que para mí son importantes y mejoran mi estadía. Una pena, siendo que en las primeras visitas quede fascinada con el hotel, pero en estas ultimas fueron decepcionantes ya que son notables la baja calidad del servicio.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, and the location is incredibly safe and clean. The view from the rooftop is incredible however the restaurant is really overpriced. The only reason I am rating this a 4 out of 5 star instead of the full 5 is for the amenities. The gym is really subpar and we couldn’t use the pool the entire time we were there because the water was incredibly murky/cloudy and the patio furniture was filthy. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like the staff know how to properly balance the pool chemicals and they just keep adding more instead of changing the water or troubleshooting their technique. The patio rooftop needs a deep clean badly and the rooftop restaurant/bar - which is open to the public - is glued to the hotel pool so there is zero privacy. It’s unfortunate since it’s one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the amenities.

This hotel is located in a lovely walkable area. There is a shopping centre across the street and nearby restaurants. The staff are wonderful - especially the front desk staff. They helped us with arranging transportation and with some other issues. The rooms are gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows and lovely views. The sky club area is smaller than it looks in the photos. The new Italian restaurant downstairs is amazing!!!

Everything about the hotel was great, apart from the food at breakfast! The breakfast was disgusting - dry, inedible hash browns, salty bacon cooked for far too long, cheap (probably frozen) sausages and the coffee wasn't very good either. It's a shame because everything else about the hotel was perfect, but my stay was really let down by the quality of the breakfast. I repeat - the Hash Browns were LITERALLY inedible. That's simply not acceptable at such a nice hotel. Also the pictures of goodfellas/de niro/joe pesci on the walls in the restaurant makes the place feel tacky and cheap. Get some proper art or just remove those altogether, you find those things in a teenage boys bedroom, not a fancy hotel.
