We arrived around 2:00pm and the friendly staff at the front desk quickly assigned us a room and we settled in and went down to the bar for a drink. We speak no English but found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. Since there is not much in terms of restaurants near the hotel, we dined at the hotel and the food and service was wonderful. We learned there is a barbeque place in back of the hotel, but we did not take advantage of it, but it seemed popular. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi that we did not use, but saw that others were. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and they had an ‘egg guy’ who would cook your eggs to order. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower had a good stream and was hot. Overall the hotel was well maintained and everything seemed clean. Transportation to the airport the next day was effortless and on time.

This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises.

Ótimo hotel! Tudo bem novinho! Ficamos apenas uma noite e aproveitamos a piscina aquecida, utilizamos o serviço de transfer gratuito de e para o aeroporto, tomamos café da manhã (boas opções)… o quarto é grande, as camas super confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho de primeira qualidade. Em razão dos comentários sobre os preços do restaurante, nem chegamos a olhar o menu; caminhamos uns 5 min até o posto Aranco onde há uma Little Ceasers, uma pizzaria bem boa e com ótimo preço (mas não há lugar para sentar), e garantimos um lanchinho aleatório na conveniência ao lado. Atenção para o agendamento do tranfer gratuito, que deve ser feito com 24h de antecedência por whatsapp (+56 9 5810 9482). Seguindo as orientações direitinho que eles passam, não haverá nenhum problema :)

The hotel was surrounded def by razor wire and a gated compound. But as a transit hotel to and from the airport it was excellent We just stayed in and used the pool Organising the pick up before from the airport was complicated but done The area around the pool was old and not really clean but the rooms were excellent Staff were very pleasant sand had some good food options

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa e nova, e os funcionários são bem treinados e bondosos. O quarto era amplo, limpo e confortável, assim como o banheiro. O traslado de/para o aeroporto é um grande diferencial, assim como o carpete grosso do quarto e dos corredores que, junto com as portas especiais, tornam o ambiente bem silencioso. O café da manhã era muito bom, mas sentimos falta de mais opções salgadas, como tortas. A academia é bem completa e com aparelhos novos. A parte ruim foi a área da piscina: a piscina não é aquecida (diferente do que anunciam), e por isso ninguém conseguia entrar. Só restou a jacuzzi, que cabe no máximo 6 pessoas sentadas e não está com todos os jatos funcionando. Quando cheguei, disseram que a sauna estava em manutenção, mas, pelo que vi, parece estar desativada há muito tempo, ou seja, era melhor que deixassem de anunciar essa comodidade.

It was horrible. No internet for 8 hours, my husband and I missed hours of valuable work hours. No tv, then to top it off they missed out 3 am wake up call and we almost missed our international flight. Please request a credit or partial refund on our behalf.

Terrible communication. i Messaged several times about the shuttle. No response to messages. No what’s app at all. In the end, I paid for an international phone call and tried to ring them but still no answer. I don’t know if it’s the Expedia app or their app but I just couldn’t get hold of them. No one at the airport knew where the shuttle would be going to so in the end we had to pay for an Uber. Then the hotel said they would talk to the manager about a refund but they didn’t bother.

Difficult to get in touch with front desk by phone but they did respond by WhatsApp. Some confusion trying to book airport transfer as I kept getting messages from them through Hotels.com but they do not use the communication feature and the hotel must be called directly. They were unapologetic about the confusion.

Rude and untrained front desk staff. Salome and Balentina. Was given a late check out at 2pm and at 12.38 was told they never gave late checkouts past 1pm. So they were accusing us of lying. I explained that the man who checked is in has even scheduled the shuttle for us at 2 but they insisted that this was not possible. I spoke to the manager Mario who did actually apologize but reiterated same policy. Also slow and poor to respond in advance to requests for shuttle pick up which have to be done in writing 48 hours ahead.

We spent an agreeable but very short stay at the Wyndham Santiago Aeropuerto. The shuttle picked us at the airport, we checked in - which took rather a long while - and early the next morning we caught a very early shuttle back to the airport for an early departure to Patagonia. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, but our limited time in the hotel did not give me the opportunity to evaluate any other aspect of the property.

Airport shuttle didn't pick us up and we had to take an Uber. The hotel will send you an email asking for your name, number of people, and your flight information but after you reply they do not confirm that they received your message. There is no signage at the airport for where you meet the shuttle. Don't choose this hotel based on the "free" shuttle service. Stay somewhere cheaper and pay for an Uber or taxi. There is a Holiday Inn right at the airport. This probably would have been the best option.

The hotel is close to the airport. Free parking. The restaurant open until 10.30pm, after that time room service can be reached #620. I didn’t find an option to place my order on-line. Breakfast was not included, we payed for it separately. The price was very reasonable, the food is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff. Large clean comfortable rooms. The front desk needs an extra person to help with check in. 7 minute ride from airport.. It is not walkable. If you plan to visit any city attractions you will need to plan for a taxi and a minimum 20 minute ride..

Quarto e café da manhã espetaculares. Serviço de transfer para o aeroporto funciona bem. Saindo de 30 em 30 mins (poderia ser de 15 em 15 em alguns horários). E por ser um hotel de aeroporto, achei estranho o restaurante fechar cedo e só ter pouquíssimas opções de comida depois das 22hs (ou 23hs, nao lembro).
