The property is wonderful. Clean and bright throughout, including my room. The roof top bar and pool was really fun. Every single staff member was cheerful and friendly. We had an Uber driver problem, and staff came outside to translate and help. The local area is lovely with many choices for food and drink, picture perfect beaches. A great trip!

No tiene estacionamiento los autos quedan en la calle sin poder salir ya que pierdes el lugar para estacionar así que quedas obligado a sólo andar por el centro que no es muy grato con el gentío, la recepción mal atendida, el desayuno bueno pero faltan mesas así que debes esperar, el personal (botones y personal de servicio atentos) el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba malo y sonaba mucho así que tampoco se podía descansar por el ruido, el baño incómodo y peligroso ya que uno se resbala con facilidad. No volvería a ir por ningún motivo lo pasé pésimo y mas todavía obligada ya que no pude hacer uso de mi auto por miedo a perder el espacio. En resumen un muy mal lugar si no fuera por el personal de servicio de desayuno y de aseo.

Das Servicepersonal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und das Housekeeping hat für alle Probleme ein Ohr. Klasse ist der Aussenpool und einen Pisco Sour auf der Dachterasse mit Meeresblick zu nehmen, ist eigentlich ein Muss. Die Zimmer (wir hatten Premium mit bequemen King Bett) auf der 3.Etage sind recht neu und wit konnten auch problemlos das Zimmer wechseln, da das Eckzimmer zwar sehr schön ist, aber nicht ruhig. Gegessen haben wir im Hotel nicht, da zu viele schöne Restaurant fussläufig erreichbar sind. Es gibt einen Transferservice den wir auch gebucht haben. Aufgrund der Lage würden wir nächstes Mal hier auch wieder buchen.

I have stayed here more then 15 times, but this is the first time things weren't perfect. The breakfast is awesome the location is great. This time they were slow to clean the room (after 4pm) and they didn't sweep the floor or take away dirty cups. Normally the clean is spotless.

Estadía agradable con buenas opciones de desayuno y muy variado. Excelente ubicación cerca de todo en una buena zona de la ciudad. Nos decepcionó que hicimos la reserva de la habitación con vista al mar y esta era parcial, preguntamos si era un error pero nos informaron que estaba correcta. Nos ofrecieron pagar un cargo adicional para tener mejor vista lo cual no hicimos ya que nos dimos cuenta que lo único que ibamos a obtener era acceder a la misma vista parcial pero en un piso más arriba ya que el hotel no se encuentra frente al mar. Su ubicación es en diagonal con un edificio al respaldo por lo que en ninguna ubicación hay vista directa al mar. Si eliges tener la vista al mar recuerda que en cualquier piso siempre es vista parcial.

We just stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and had a wonderful visit! From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the outstanding front desk/lobby staff. They assisted with our parking to make our check-in seamless. They were also helpful in getting our two rooms close together which we appreciated very much. The bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Camila and Lucas for taking the time to help us locate a store with local handcrafts, and their assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a perfect location and our rooms had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room/bathrooms were so comfortable and perfectly outfitted! All around a great visit!

O hotel é muito bom, porém o atendimento é terrível. Parecia que os funcionários (com exceção dos funcionários da parte de limpeza) estavam nos fazendo o favor de nos atender. No check in, havia a possibilidade de uma cortesia (check in earlier) mas sequer foi informado, dessa maneira, fizemos 2 vezes check in, avisando, no segundo, que já havíamos feito o primeiro. Na lanchonete e no restaurante, o que estava informado nas cardápios, em termos do que tinha em cada horário, era exatamente o contrário. Um dos garçons chegou a jogar na mesa (sim, jogar, não colocar) a plaquinha de metal do QR CODE para escolhermos o que iríamos comer. Uma das contas veio errada e quando reclamei, disseram que o errado era eu e não quiseram me mostrar a nota. Primeiro, no check in, fui informado de que meu café da manhã estava incluído, na hora de tomar o café no dia seguinte, não estava mais (eu sabia que não estava). No balcão do bar, os atendentes nem te olhavam e, portanto, demoravam muito para te atender, você tinha que chamá-los, estando na frente deles, com o corpo praticamente em cima do balcão. Enfim, muita má vontade por parte da equipe da recepção e do restaurante, com uma ou outra exceção. A sensação é de que fui tratado em função da minha aparência, segundo os critérios deles, os quais eu não faço a mínima ideia de quais sejam.

We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was well-equipped, comfortable and had a sea view. It was conveniently located at the oceanfront and we were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and sites in Vina del Mar. We used it as a base so we could day-trip to other nearby areas, such as Valparaiso, Cachagua and Zapallar.
