Was relaxing walking distance to downtown Viña Del Mar, restaurants were great and not overly expensive. Outdoor pool had great setting but was a bit cold, indoor pool was warm and looked at outdoor pool. Staff was helpful and friendly, even if not all spoke English. I would definitely recommend the hotel, my kids loved it too. Olga did great job cleaning room and left us extra coffee and water. I drove here and valet parking was easy.

It has a great location right on the see shore. The weather is not good with 17°C on average. The sun comes out only after 16:00 to 16:30 hours in the afternoon. The main "atrium" windows that cover part of the hotel and can be seen especially from the elevator is covered by bird excrements. The valet service closes at 22:00 hours, so every time you go with your car to a restaurant at night, you have to park your own car. The parking is a quite a walk from the hotel with my 74 years.

Hotel antigo, carpete no quarto. No meu quarto tinha uma sacada que não era possível utilizar pq estava suja de coco de pássaro, que aliás nem a janela poderia deixar aberta pq senão os pássaros entravam. Academia fantástica, café da manhã com variedade, piscina aquecida.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely.

This is surely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious, the bed & linens very comfortable, and the staff was always excellent. It is safe and the location very convenient. The ocean view from our terrace was breathtaking.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with pleasant and well-maintained facilities. However, the service from the staff left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived with several suitcases, no one offered to help me, and the attitude at the front desk was quite cold. Throughout my stay, I felt a distant and unwelcoming treatment, which was very disappointing. I hadn’t been back to my country in many years, and it was really sad to return and feel so poorly received. I believe customer service should be a priority, especially in a hotel of this category.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff on all levels was amazing, particularly Patriccio. The staff is beyond helpful on every level. The rooms are lovely and the location and views amazing. The food and breakfast were great. The gym is wonderful with ocean views. Everyone speaks good English.

1.It was difficult getting to hotel as on Sunday streets were closed. 2. No bathing ammenities (body gel, shampoo or conditioner) for tub bather. 3. Concierge gouging for taxi ride to cruise port one mile away at $40.

We only stayed for 2 nights, but I’d happily recommend…… the reception and breakfast restaurant staff were just so nice (big thanks to Sophia in reception and Jose in the restaurant) and even when we were leaving our room to checkout, the lady cleaning the rooms close to ours saw we were on our travels and insisted we accept a couple more bottles of water ….. again, just so nice

Sin duda el mejor hotel de Viña del Mar, lo que no quiere decir que no tenga detalles, siendo dos los fundamentales. Su localización no es cómoda para caminar hacia la zona de restaurantes y lo más desagradable es que tienen un sinfín de reglas, especialmente que no puedes usar una habitación , aunque sea doble con 2 adultos / 2 niños. Y si van 3 , debes pagar 75 USD aprox por el tercero por Noche. Lo que no estaba estipulado en ninguna parte. Insólito, aun cuando no tenía el desayuno incluido en la tarifa. Al menos después de una breve discusión y un lento check in, no me lo cobraron.

The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool and spa was really nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly

The hotel, and surrounding views were gorgeous. We had a lovely room with a balcony view of the water. It was comfortable with a nice bathroom. We are appreciative of the daily cleaning included. The breakfast was good other than the coffee and the setting was nice. The spa and their staff was lovely. It is located on a minor highway which it’s loud and there’s some walk to get to a nicer boardwalk and restaurants

gorgeous spot and view of the water. Lovely rooms, very clean and nice bathrooms (with shower and bathtub!). The pool is also nice. We didn't take breakfast, just some juice, and that was definitely overpriced (and not jugo natural). But the staff was also overall incredibly friendly and we had a great time.

La atención del personal y el hotel como siempre excelente, pero almuerzo es malísimo y no es la primera vez que nos ocurre, en general la carta del restaurante es poco variada, mala presentación de los platos y porciones realmente pequeñas. No lo recomiendo. Muchas aspectos a mejorar en el bar de la terraza y piscina. El desayuno rico y variado. Excelente atención de don José Luis.
