Jamie at front desk made our transition to Santiago easier especially re safety and knowledge about getting around on metro etc. However one elevator was out of commission for more than four days and still was not functioning when we left.

Hotel próximo a rodoviária e a 2 estações de metro, muito próximo do comercio local, shopping próximo. Custo benefício é ótimo. Porém longe das áreas mais nobres das cidade. Nada que um metro ou mesmo um app não resolva. Café da manhã bom, a ocupação do hotel é muito grande, logo muitas vezes pode haver uma falta de mesa. Fiz uma refeição no hotel, nada demais, qualidade e sabores OK. Estacionamento gratuito, e com vagas para carros grandes.

This hotel was a very nice surprise! The room was beautiful and clean, modern. Very quiet. The breakfast buffet which was included had a nice variety of food, and it was delicious. We ate dinner one night at the hotel, and the service and food were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful with information about the area, calling taxis for us. Very pleasant staff.

As soon as we arrived, experiencing jetlag and seeing the terrible location of the Hotel, we felt safer eating at their restaurant. Terrible mistake!!!! It was the worst meal we have ever had in many years of travelling. The day after we went to Los Condes and ate at a high scale restaurant, the bill there was less costly that what we were charged for at the Nobile restaurant. On the positive side, it is close to the metro. Their wine was appalling, the meat was gray, and the fish was horrible.

Hospedagem vergonhosa. Fique longe. Passei 5 dias no hotel e em nenhum deles houve água quente. A recepção confirmou o problema e tentou me trocar de quarto 4 vezes, sem sucesso. Disseram que era uma falha geral na caldeira do prédio. No fim, fui colocado em um quarto sem aquecimento porque o ar condicionado funcionava de forma PÍFIA, em pleno inverno chileno. Estou sem banho e passando frio há dias. Ofereceram um voucher ridículo como “compensação”. Total desrespeito com o cliente.

La habitación tiene muy buena impresión y muy cómoda la cama, solo en el baño había cabellos de otras personas, de ahí en más todo súper bien. El personal nos recibió de la mejor manera, y al final nos permitieron resguardar nuestro equipaje mientras hacíamos otra cosas fuera del hotel. Solo hubo una persona que estaba en el loby como supervisando o gerente, no se, que fue muy apático, ni las buenas noches respondió.

The team at the hotel were amazing. They helped me with reconnecting to the Internet and TV. The room was great. I had a suite and it was specious, clean, excellent bed and bathroom. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The area had the Central Station so getting around was a breeze. There is a shopping mall with lots of options and 2 large supermarkets and clusers of shops in the area.

Clean room, nice hotel, great breakfast. Our mattress was outdated and definitely needed to be replaced. The area outside the hotel is definitely big city downtown situation with homeless and the sense of security isn’t the greatest but my wife and I only had one questionable experience.

First time to SCL, very close to centre of city Hotel room very Noisey due to traffic and lack of Double glazing . Central station 5mins walk along with metro. Room quite large good water pressure for shower and free breakfast not bad But could be better. Approx 30 mins from a very nice airport. All you see around you are mountains. Somethings are expensive but Starbucks latte are half euro cost as a guide. I would consider possible another hotel away from the constant traffics of SCL

After 22 hrs. To arrive at Hotel Approx. 10 AM I was told there was no early check-in possible. I along with other guests. I was told I could wait with others in the lobby. When I checked out at 7 AM there were a half dozen sleeping in the lobby. Asking for a receipt, I was told to get it from Expedia.

The staffs in the restaurant and dining are very nice and pleasing with the diners- food is adequate and prepares well. Receptionist ( Claudio) is very courteous and helpful. He’s very professional and has a pleasing personality being the frontline of the hotel. Claudio also helped me with my bookings of essentials and must-see places in Santiago. My stage was only 4 days but it was enough for me to just relax and divert from my previous trip prior to Chile. But the hotel is well situated within my range to the airport. Very accessible too.

Our stay became great because of how accomodating the hotel staffs were. Our flight was early so we came very early but they were able to arrange our room earlier than the usual time for check in. The rooms are spacious and clean. During our check out , we need to go early morning, They prepared our breakfast to go. Thank you to all the staffs who made our short stay there wonderful..

This was my second booking at the hotel...I liked it so I wanted to stay longer. The room was great and the staff was kind and sooo helpful and I had the buffet breakfast each day and it was a great way to start the day with a dining room full of nice people. Another aspect of this hotel that was amazing is the location. It is near a bus station to take the big tour buses all over the country and international, plus the airport for what is about $2.30 USD and its a nice bus. The Central train station is up the street and the Metro and a big shopping center with a large supermarket with lots of wine and liquer and beer. And the shopping in the area is extensive--nice shops to stalls and hundreds of options.

El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de autobuses. Nos dicen que la zona es mala pero nosotros no hemos tenido ningún problema tomando las precauciones necesarias y el Estado del hotel, el desayuna, la comodidad y la atención de la recepcionista lo compensan. Tiene un metro justo al lado y en un par de paradas estas en el centro. Volvería a escogerlo.

Excellent property as far as cleanliness and condition. Conveniently located close to subway, bus station and about 20 min drive from the airport. Breakfast was great! Staff were pretty friendly. There are not too many dining options around though. Not really within a walking distance to tourist attractions either. So this is a great place to stay between the flights and to take a day trip to Valparaiso or other surrounding areas. Not the place to explore Santiago without a need to transportation either.

O hotel é bom, novo, bom café, tem estacionamento e fica ao lado de duas grandes estações de metro e uma de ônibus. O problema é que a região é tipo o brás/25 de março em SP, após 19hs, não se pode circular a pé na rua, muito perigoso. Recomendo para quem estiver de carro.

Foi incrível, boa localização por estar 150 m do metrô, supermercado, padaria, farmácia, estação de ônibus e acesso a linha principal do Chile linha 01 que dá acesso aos pontos turísticos de Santiago. Café da manhã diversificado, saboroso e com muito sabores local. Não achei a localização perigosa apesar de ter visto muitos comentários negativos nesse respeito. O serviço de quarta excelente. Tv com canal do Brasil. Água quente nas torneiras. Restaurante que funciona no hotel das 11:00 às 22:00 não tivemos problema com a refeição e nem com a janta. Recomendo o hotel a todas as pessoas.

Hotel is closed (walking distance from the central station if you need to take a train). The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good, but it will be nice to have different daily options. I wanted to take the time to thanked the restaurant staff, specially Wilrmet and the lady they did an amazing job.

Great staff the Internet was not on all the time kept gerting kicked off. Same breakfast every single day. They would cook the scrambled eggs sit for a few hours rubbery and in clumps instead of throwing it away they would add fresh eggs on top of the old. Stale pastry and rolls every day yuck.Spanish stations only exept bbc news in english. A lot of bakery around for sure they could get fresh baked pastry. Wished they had Netflix. During the day male front fesk clerk very nice.
